Llamado a cancelar orden después de que nos dijeron entrega no será por unos 30 minutos adicionales. Sin embargo entrega aún en 00,30 cuando ya no estaba (de ahí lo cancelé), así que algunas personas de "suerte" o "mala suerte" (a juzgar por los comentarios sobre la comida) nos dieron de comer mi £30.00 la pena de sushi.Lo mejor es que no devolvería como 'La entrega se hizo' ... Como soy vegetariano, es raro para mí para encontrar un lugar de sushi que atiende a mí. No sólo tenían una opción de tempura (tempura de verduras), pero también me hicieron un udon vegetariana especial sin peces.No sólo superó mis expectativas para vegetarianos, pero mi colega también quería un sake y nos buscaron vasos y muestras adicionales para asegurarse de que pedimos exactamente lo que queríamos.Incluso con sabor medio, el servicio aquí debe ser felicitado. Están tratando de cavar, y había un montón de gente japoneses en el lugar, lo que me pareció que era una buena señal.

Si quieres conseguir sido estafado y engañado a tener un sabor de "comida japonesa", ha venido al lugar adecuado. La "comida" no es regular, como el nombre del establecimiento, pero es nefastas, y un insulto a cocina japonesa. I order a couple of meal from handmade sushi. Someone from the restaurant called and said it would be about 1 hour. I said fine 1 hour pass i called back to the restaurant, no answer. Restaurants like this are a disgrace

Tienen literalmente acabamos de regresar del restaurante, la comida era muy normal y el precio estaba bien. Estábamos acabando cuando una cucaracha muy grande encontramos bajo nuestra mesa y al otro lado de la planta. Me capturado, bajo una taza llevó directamente al camarero, lo llevó al director, quien insistió en que no era su problema y fue por culpa del restaurante al lado. Me insistió en que no estaba cómodo pagando y a reportar inmediatamente, pero consiguió más dolorosa que no fue culpa suya y que el Consejo había recientemente nos registramos en el lugar. Él entonces dijo que porque no habíamos visto hasta después de haber comido y que porque no tenía nada que ver con la comida (realmente?? ), quiso pago completo. acabé teniendo que pagar el precio completo para salir y todavía estoy bastante mareado ... Por favor, no visitar este lugar! (a menos que trabajan para rentokil) Me dijo que no le importaba lo que escribimos en línea, así que aquí está nuestra historia

I just changed jobs and was looking for a new sushi place in the area. I bought a rice box with Salmon Teriyaki which was displayed in the window. It was one of the worst ones I have had. This is one of my favourite dishes so it really needs to be bad to disappointing. The salmon was full of bones and skin, and very dry. It also had a off fishy taste. The rice was like mashed potato in some parts. The restaurant was empty, and the person serving seemed busy on a personal call. Avoid!

I dont usually sign on to write bad reviews but I cant let this pass. Haveing read bad reviews initially, I thought I'd still give them a try and make up my own mind and I regret not listening to the reviews. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken takeaway and chicken dumplings. Firstly the chicken dumplings were overcooked and dripping in fat, crispy instead of soft but my main issue was the Chicken Teriyaki.. it was fairly easy to spot the chicken used was either from the previous day or the day before but refried and served as fresh. It was far from fresh and very tough. Maybe it's the fact that it's harder to return a takeaway order so cutting corners is easier nonetheless I will not be returning.

I ordered a takeaway and was told I would receive it at 11.40. Baring in mind I am about 5-10 mins away from this place, I have still not received my order 1 hour and 20 mins later, and the manager says he cannot give me a discount because the driver left on time. This place is a joke and I would not recommend this to anyone even if it were the only source of food left on the planet.

I have been to Sushi-so last Friday (5 April 2013) and it must have changed from what people have commented few years ago. The sushi was decent. I love salmon and it was fresh, tasty and good quality. The rice was cooked very well and overall I found the sushi was very decent. My friend had a veggie bento box and said it was one of the best veggie sushis he ever had. It was a bit sad to see that the restaurant was empty the whole time that we were there. I felt very sorry for the chef because his sushi does not deserve this. The waiter/chef was very friendly to us. I will defo go back. I think Euston is a bit of an odd place on a Friday night so I am hoping it is busier throughout the day.

- hair in one of the softshell crab sushi- softshell crab sushi had no softshell crab- chicken dumpling had no chicken- soggy sushi rice and extremely packed in- tasteless beef gyo don- california and salmon teryaki wrap was terrible with onions, rice too packed, content tasteless- california roll had spring onion?????????!?!??!? seriously... what a scam!- 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting..... waste of my life- was so hungry but had to throw away 80% of the food because it was THAT BAD.

I waited half an hour or more for salmon noodle soup - I thought the chef had gone to catch the fish! Meanwhile I got colder and colder in the restaurant which was freezing - a real draft from the door and no heating as far as I could tell. Whilst I waited I had two plates from the conveyor belt. One salmon uri-maki which was not at all fresh. I tried one and left one as I thought the salmon was on the turning point. Then I opted for a veggie/avocado maki to play safe -- the avocado was hard and bitter When the noodle soup eventually came (and by this point I had to put my coat and scarf on to eat!) it was not worth the wait. The salmon was over done, there was hardly any broth and the serving was small. Neither was the bill cheap. I was glad to get out of the place to warm up so settled the bill and left promptly certainly never to return again. Sushi-so have advertising boards outside which make it seem a appealing but for a Japanese food lover, this is one to steer clear of. Sorry but it had to be said.

I decided to try Sushi-so for lunch takeaway as it is close to my work. I spent there over 20 minutes waiting for my order, had to ask where it was, and the lady at the cashpoint assured me it is going to come in 1 minute. In the meantime I got an invoice for £12.10 for a set of 8 pcs sashimi (tuna-salmon mix) and 1 tuna temaki. I gave the lady £22.20 and expected to get 10 pounds change. She gave me 5 pounds and bunch of coins - on my confusion she claimed I gave her 21.10. Anyways, I decided not to waste another minute there and left. When I got back to my desk I unpacked the takeaway to eat and saw that it wasnt even what I have ordered! They gave me tuna sashimi (6 pieces instead of 8 + 2 cucumber maki which I guess were the subsitute for 2 pcs of sashimi i didnt get) and salmon temaki. Tuna sashimi were half frosen and tasteless, cucumber maki tiny and the temaki were not even wrapped properly.Bottom line: terrible service, cheating you on your money and bad food.

We came across this Korean restaurant in the Holborn area just as our stomachs started growling after a full day of sightseeing. Accessed by a staircase at street level, the restaurant occupied the basement of the building above. Our initial impressions were good, helped no doubt by the slightly dim lighting which offered a touch of anticipation. Alas, the food did not quite meet up with our lofty expectations. Don't get me wrong - it was quite tasty, and Korean food is usually deceptively filling. Between the four of us, we had several stews, and hot plates of chicken and beef, all of which came with an accompaniment of unpolished rice (a nice healthier touch). Although reasonably satisfying, the food wasn't going too much to write home about. Service was average at best, and prices were a little on the high side for the size of the portions, but then, restaurant prices in London are on the high side in general.

I used to come to this place a very long time ago when I lived in London. It seems almost as popular as it ever was. I’m not surprised as as Hare & Tortoise offers good value and consistent quality. It’s wonderful to know that after all these years I can still get a curry laksa or Singapore rice noodles dish just as delicious as I remember.
