Amazing fresh sushi, so lucky to have this place in Falkirk! Food is absolutely delicious. We haven't eaten in but have had takeaways a few times.

Place was nice. Customer service was good. Only downfall was. The noodles were over cooked so slightly soft. And the portion size of the noodles was very low. If they could increase portion size and the softness of the noodles it would be great.

Well presented, great tasting, comfortable interior with fair pricing. Will be returning many times!

The sushi is fresh and always beautifully made. Finding high quality sushi can be a challenge, but Sushi Negi always exceeds expectations. I have a food allergy that impacts a lot of the sushi I can eat, but they always accommodate me without sacrificing the taste. Lovely people and lovely food 😊

Twice now, I’ve ordered delivery and it’s been nearly an hour longer than advised. Also the second time where they’ve phoned very late after the order has been placed, and informed me they are out of stock against a particular fish type, leaving me little choice but to replace with an alternative (given how long family had been waiting for food to that point). When chasing the food for timescales, felt like they couldn’t wait to get me off the phone quick enough. The order itself is pretty decent. Food wise, the best of the two sushi options in Falkirk, and very enjoyable. I just wish they would sharpen up their service standards. Get delivery times in line with upfront expectations, and if you have no stock on a particular item, let the customer know early. If another competitor comes along that can match your half decent sushi quality, then you’ll lose a lot of customers via the poor service. Please take this as the constructive feedback that it’s intended to be.

Totally pathetic atemp of Japanese cuisine. The ramen was more peas and no beef. The egg fried rice had fish flakes and a lot of vegetables... And I have asked for beff udon noodles and I got soba cho mein... The chicken yakitori was tasty but very dry... Waste of money :(

Delicious food and all freshly made. Staff were friendly...and persuasive...ended up ordering extra sushi on recommendation and we were glad we did as it was fabulous Would definitely recommend.

Amazing wee sushi restaurant in Falkirk, doesn’t get enough footfall for how good the food is! The chefs previously worked in a popular Japanese restaurant in central London so they really know how to make good Japanese food. This place has become our new regular for sushi, every time we’ve been the food has not disappointed! This time we had the nasu dengako (aubergine with sweet miso) starter, the dragon roll and king prawn donburu which were all so tasty and fresh. The aubergine in particular was one of the best Japanese dishes I’ve ever tried. Would highly recommend this wee place. The staff are lovely and friendly and the service is quick, what more could you want! You can also order online, through Uber eats and just eat.

Fantastic experience. Staff where amazing and offered some great recommendations for customers not entirely well versed in Japanese cuisine. Sushi was prepared incredibly and you can tell the staff really care about each customer's experience. Will 100% be back!!

Absolutely fantastic. What a gem of a find when quickly googling for sushi near Bo’ness. Fresh, tasty and presented beautifully. Staff were attentive and helpful. Will be back when in Scotland again.

Lived in Scotland for 27 years and can undoubtedly say that the tempura fish platter was the best battered thing I've eaten before. Exceptional quality, outstanding service.

Normally love coming here, I’d say it’s the best sushi in Falkirk. The wait time is ridiculous, I’ve never had a meal on time, don’t know how many times I’ve had to phone because I’ve had to wait way over an hour for the food. Almost waited 2 hours one time, even collection is always late. Really puts me Off going here.

A fantastic experience of the orient as soon as you enter this intimate little restaurant.The food was exquisite and the presentation was beautiful. The staff are warm, inviting and very attentive. I recommend it very highly. We will definitely be back.

After visiting the Kelpies we were on the look out for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this restaurant. The aubergine starter was delicious and we both had the Yaki soba noodles which we enjoyed. Need to spread the word as this places needs more sit in customers!

Have had take out several times. Always delicious every time I have ordered. I have tried various items of sushi and gyoza, really enjoyed them all. I do think it’s expensive but it’s worth it in my opinion.

I love sushi and haven’t been let down by this place. The quality and taste is superb. Delivery is quick. I’ve ordered via their website and just eat also. My favourite take away option.

It was really nice the food was lovely and the staff were super friendly always checking on us they were very attentive. We had miso soup, yaki soba, and lots of nagiri. If I have to be super critical I'd say that the dessert menu could do with being a bit more exotic. Parking is on the street, and although they weren't busy when we visited it has a small seating area so I'd recommend booking ahead of time to be sure.

Fresh as fresh can be. Very tasty sushi. I had various dishes for take away. Would recommend this place to all who loves sushi. Also got 10% discount by ordering online via their app.

The vegetable gyoza tasted more like chicken than the chicken gyoza - apart from that, the chicken katsu curry was amazing and my partner said the teriyaki donburi was great!

I remember my excitement when this place was opening about finally having a sushi place round the corner from me, and I have to say after ordering a few times from them now that the excitement was certainly justified! The quality of food is second to none. Every dish I ordered felt like it was made with extra care and it certainly showed in the flavour, with each dish being spectacular. Especially the sushi, which was on par with some I had in London, just without the ludicrous price tag! Saying that, the prices are higher than your average restaurant, meaning eating out here is less of a common occurane than one would like, but for the quality and fast service it's definitely worth it. Overall, this is a spectacular place that you must visit at least once. The food is high quality but a bit more on the expensive side. I'll definitely be coming back there many times!

I have had sushi from this restaurant before and i absolutely loved it everything was fantastic SO i told my friends about it and we decided we would try it again as i think it was the best sushi i had , had in falkirk. I ordered and after around 45 minutes i phoned and asked if it was on its way i got reassured that it was and left ten minutes before i phoned but another half hour went by - by this time me and my friends were wondering if something had happened. Anyway it finally came and it was a very young man doing deliveries once i had opened the door he shunted the bag towards me and said 'here' and walked away very fast, Anyway me and my friends were happy it was finally here. We opened the bag to find the sushi was all smashed up the box was slightly open so the rice was over the bag sushi falling to pieces, my friends chicken gyoza was cold and hard - inedible unfortunately, although my other friend really thoroughly enjoyed her noodles! was nice and warm perfect for her. I don't know if this young man had thrown this in his car or of its got squished? after waiting that long and the order being nearly £30 it was so disappointing we had been looking forward to it all week, me and my friend ordered a pizza after.

Just shocking experience today. Placed larger order for 5 people around 6pm. The latest delivery to be around 7.15. Arrived at 7.30 with half the order missing! Our order was over £100. It took another 2 hours, about 6 phone calls to get the missing items. Apparently the young driver was given 3 bags ( we were given 2) and that meant,we received 3 bags, end of story. Obviously someone got extra bag with our missing order.No apology, when asked for the rest of it to be refunded at 9.15pm, they just refused and said it will be delivered in 20 min!! I will definitely be contacting trading standards, as that service was shocking and unacceptable.

Every meal we have eaten from here has been amazing! We love the chicken katsu curry and the sushi is so fresh and delicious! Would 100% recommend 😄

Delicious food, well presented, been a few times and will definitely continue to go. The chicken gyoza are amazing as is the Katsu curry.

Tonight I have waited 3 hours for a delivery. They also lied to me 3 separate times that it was on its way. The food has always been great whevener I have ordered before but tonight their customer service has been appalling and unfortunately this has put me off ever ordering from them again.

Amazing food everytime and both the delivery staff and in house staff are very nice! My order always makes it to me hot and I appreciate that greatly. There won't be any shortage of this gal because my loyalty has been more than truly earned!

We got the dragon roll, rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll, sashimi platter, softshell crab cone & yellowtail cone. I recommend it all!!! The sashimi was fresh tasting & beautifully presented & the sushi was lovely. Generous helping of ginger & Wasabi was given, We love it! The wasabi packed a punch too & it a great addition! We usually travel to Edinburgh for sushi. Now there’s a decent place here we can have it more frequently 👏🏻 Definitely worth trying! I really fancy trying the Donburi bowls.

First time trying here, ordered the large mix platter which took a longer time than the normal just eat delivery time so we expected it to be here 30 mins late (restaurant even phoned me to let me know that the order would take longer as it was a big order) however when out for delivery it was late further by 30 mins but i dont believe this was down to the restaurant. However i would not let the delivery impact this as the food qaulity was outstanding! It is 100% the best sushi in the area and each part was delicious. I would definitely recommend ordering from here and i will be ordering for them again
