Possibly the worst kebab ive ever had, salty chicken also raw uncooked chips

My order never showed up have them right address couldn’t find it

my favourite place to go for a take out woud highly recommend it. really friendly. always comes piping hot.

said it was out for delivery for over an hour never turned up and then said it was delivered not again not for me

One of THE BESTEST pizza places in Inverness! Loaded with cheese and the filling and very reasonably priced. They don’t take too long to make it too. I recommend them 100%

Best place in inverness for chicken & lamb donar meat, also recommend the Bursa.

In my experience, this is nice place has friendly staff serving delicious lamb döner, scrumptious onion bhajis, with very nice garlic sauce a not too strong chilli sauce, and lovely coleslaw.

Great food, just a shame that I didn’t get a full portion of onion rings. But food was hot and tasty!

Good halal food option. Their chicken doner wrap is really good in taste and so fulfilling but didn’t like the beef burger. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Also the price is very reasonable.

Delivery driver was inpatients and kept pressing buzzer when I’m a wheelchair user

Overly priced and poorly made sushi. Dont go there. They dont even use Japanese soy. I chose the Hungry set and I didnt even get full. On top of that I had to wait for ever.

Can't fault the place, massive portion of great donner, chips and fresh veg covered in garlic sauce for 7.50. Filled me up perfectly and the staff seemed friendly. Worth a try

Rotten!!! There are 2 review pages for this place. Don’t know why. ( well I do, it’s because this one has 3.4 stars the other, with only 7 reviews, miraculously has 4.9! Lies) This was the worst kebab, pizza chips I’ve ever had. Should have trusted my initial instincts. Younger guy who served us was impersonal, unfriendly and humourless. But that’s incidental, after all the quality of the food is what is important, but where do you start!? Chips were the cheap oven chip kind, awful. The pizza was the same cheap pre-bought base, congealed cheese (boak) pepperoni spicy and at the same time tasteless. Kebab was a bad sad excuse for a kebab. Pitta bread was tough. I mean, how do you achieve that!? Chicken was dry and tasteless…and I was sober. Sakai’s was sad sad sad, coleslaw I mean WTAF! Not sure of the shops heritage but Middle Eastern Persian/Iraqi vibe so thought it should be vaguely authentic. Nope. These guys are an embarrassment to the name kebab. The people of Inverness mustn’t have ever tasted a real kebab. Take a trip to Glasgow and find out what a real kebab taste like! Rotten, rotten, rotten!

After a long wait for delivery they had then given us the wrong order, pepperoni was hidden under the cheese and is not the best thing when you are vegetarian. Very poor

my order didn't arrive. tried calling the restaurant and straight to voicemail. I find it pretty strange how Josh received a pizza the same night I ordered and tried calling the restaurant but It was engaged. I tried phoning countless times and put to voicemail. don't order from here.

Food was amazing as always. I did receive someone’s order I did try calling the restaurant to inform them but there line was busy. Apologize to whoever’s pizza I got.

driver was extremely busy apologised for the delay and kept in communication with me , so for this reason still a 5 star service and lovely food.

Waited up after being told it was delayed only for it not to arrive at all, still been charged and the restaurant is closed. Couldn't cancel it previously without being charged the full price either. Pretty rubbish like! 😡

the quality of the pizza I ordered was great. I use topkapi all the time and never have any issues. delievery times can be longer than other places. but for the price I dont think there is a better place in Inverness

Food also arrived cold, salad had the dressing underneath it and I struggled to find the pita underneath the congealed cheese that was tough and chewy. The toner was burnt on parts, my recommendation is to HIGHLY avoid

The place doesn't look that nice and there is no toilet for the customers ... but the food is really good at a decent price !!! Polite and helpful people! I recommend it.

Mixed doner wrap and a portion of chips. Simple, yet tasty. Filling, enjoyable meal for less than a tenner, what more can you ask for?

Food was on time and warm. Food decent however the box and bag it all came in smelled a little... "chemically" not a word i know but it was a smidge off putting. Calzone was decent and the chips are proper chippy style chips!

Order took over 1 hour to even get cooked then didn’t arrive, said through the app that my food hadn’t arrived yet and the time for delivery was changed, tried to call the store multiple times to no answer and then the store closed so no further action was taken that night, the fact that this store is called a business is a joke.

Absolutely awful. Ordered after a night out last night, took over 2 hours to arrive (paid £5 for delivery!!!) & it was all cold. Most of it went in the bin! the cheesy chips were congealed & the chicken did not taste right at all, stopped eating just incase! Definitely won't be back here!

Delicious food ! Highly recommended . The kofta kebab , chicken and lamb tikkah, fritters and Adana kebab was super delicious . The staff is very welcoming and quick service . Best Turkish place in town

Pizza was stuck to top of box, meaning some of the pizza had to be thrown out. Bottle of coke was missing. Was delivered late.

Wrap was awful. So much so we walked down to complain as the phone does not answer, given another, just as bad. Used to be my favourite place for food but very disappointed on this occasion.

Visited the Victorian Market on Saturday 2nd March at 6pm and my Son fancied trying Sushi for the first time - as he was unsure which option he would like we asked the sullen faced lady manning the counter if she could suggest something for a ‘beginner’. Without looking up she said look at the menu and pointed at the hand written menu hanging above the counter. It was difficult to read so I asked if there was anything she could recommend - she replied if I was unable to read the menu I should download it via a QR code. She obviously had no interest in providing a bit of guidance so we went next door to Redshank Catering where we were received with a smile and the food was excellent.

I never received my order. Phoned the number that contacted me and he told me he left it on my step. No food was left on my step at 23 Birchwood road. I will not be using this service again.

We waited over half an hour for 3 veggie sets, the cost of them, 2 wakame salads and two soft drinks was over £50. I love sushi, I eat it a lot, I would label this as 'ok'. The worst thing though, was the sheer amount of single use plastic. Its depressing to see such waste generated as part of a new venture, we need to be doing better than this.

Diamond in the rough!!! Go here! I went to two other "high end restaraunts" this evening, couldn't even finish my food at the first one, it was awful, they don't know what a smart burger is, and the other ignored us for over an hour. The people at Topkapi were sweet, and welcoming and the food was freaking delicious, not to mention the portion to cost ratio... They could easily double their prices and I'd get it again. Thanks goes to the random local I asked at a pub smoking a cigarette, you made a fantastic recommendation.

TL;DR Do yourself a favor and go to topkappi. It was sooo GOOD! Some of the absolute best shish I've had. Def get chili AND garlic sauce + veg. I got the med sz chicken shish it was is more than enough and large is good for two. The staff are very kind and helpful their suggestions were to get the shish chicken, both sauses and the veg. Visiting from the states, I took a nap and didn't go to dinner with my partner but when I woke up I walked down to inverness center to meet him, his dinner was so bad he don't eat (smash burgers are not the same thing here) after being burned he asked an adorable chap for recommendations he gave us two, we went to the Blackfriar, sat for about 40 min before our drink order was taken, they warned us so that was fine but at about 1hr 15min in and we still didnt no drinks we left. we went to the other place the gent suggested, Topkappi. Do yourself a favor and go to topkappi. It was sooo GOOD! Some of the absolute best shish I've had. Def get chili AND garlic sauce + veg. Insanely underrated! Topkapi delivers the goods with fantastic shish kebabs. Just the right amount of spice. If you are keto, carnivore, or low carb, this place is where you want to be for dinner. Stopped in one evening after a broken rail delayed my train until past closing time for most places in town. Turned out to be a lucky break because it forced me off the beaten path. Great food, great service, and open late. Kizmet.

Topkapi is my nightshift stop off, the place is very clean and the team are lovely. The food is great, highly recommend the salad pakora wrap it's incredible!
