Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I paid for delivery, the bag, and even left a tip, yet I received no message about any delay. The order arrived two hours late, and the food was clearly old and stale. No apology, no communication—just an awful service overall. This was my first and definitely last time ordering from here. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your money on terrible food and even worse service.

The Sushi is stunning. Fresh Love the baked crab roll. Dragon roll. 10/10 just takes ages delivery 😭 over a hour to a hour n half

I ordered with sushi boom not only once, at the beginning when you opened you were very organized and the food was great. You have had big problems with delivery lately! When ordering it says 20-30 min but the delivery is brought in two hours! We are very disappointed and I do not recommend it to anyone at all!!!

Food is very delicious as usual, no doubt. The same courier delivered my food for the past two times (fotgot to ask his name) is super nice and polite. Thank you.

Visited it because I ve been in another sushi boom on the other side of London. Really liked this place too, a bit pricey, but definitely really great Eastern European sushi style. Can't compete with anything else

Ordered food at 7pm with estimated arrival time of 730pm. Finally arrives at 830pm, however driver had the wrong order and wanted to go back to the previous address and swap them over. This wasnt good enough as the food had been in someone elses house. If you like waiting 90 minutes for no food, use this place!

They a totally crazy people, in new year evening,was waiting more than 1,5 half hour and they say sorry the driver deliver it to someone else..not recommender to order from them!!! Servise, driver dump

5 stars . Perfect food quality and also delivery was very quick and friendly.

It came at the very last minute. Estimated time was 6.55 - 7.15 which was well over an hour wait anyway. Food arrived and was stone cold. The curry sauce for the katsu curry was like a solid jelly.

Spoke on the phone to someone and the guy was very rude, handed the phone on me and never said anything, it was nearly two hours we placed an order and never received anything. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone. If you can’t speak politely and provide any information then change your people so they can work properly. Worst service ever. I would give this 0/0. Definitely would prefer and recommend other places that can do a good service and better food.

I always enjoyed the food from Sushi boom. It's no 1 choice for me whenever I have a craving for Sushi or other asian food. Their mochi is the best 🥰

I ordered today and they didn't bring wasabi, ginger, sticks,soy sauce! I called the restaurant and they told me that they would bring it in 20-30 min. So it didn't come anymore! it's not the first time even total without shame and I paid extra for vasabi and ginger!and i ordered sashimi salmon and it was froze and when it should be fresh impossible to eat it because it was ice

There is very little soy sauce and ginger for such a number of rolls!!! Make 1 serving of roll - 1 soy sauce, 1 ginger, 1 wasabi!!! And I will remain your client and will advise my friends)

First time trying Sushi Boom and it was delicious. So taste!!! Hummm… I ordered 22 pieces combo “Mix Salmon Set” for me and my sis and honestly we were frustrated that we didn’t order more! I’ll definitely try again!!!

The "Milkshake" I ordered was half full and was literally just milk with a tiny bit of chocolate powder. Why on earth are you charging £4 for that? Not to mention my food was cold and I didn't get any delivery updates until after it arrived. I've ordered from here before (on a different app albeit) and everything was fine so not sure what happened this time? Really disappointed considering I like the food.

My only concern is that the fresh cold sushi was delivered in same bag as hot food . I am now a bit scared to eat sushi , especially in this heat , I have popped it in fridge but will I risk it , maybe ice bags for the fresh produce 😟

Delicious sushi rolls, quality is unmatched in the area and portion sizes are very generous. More importantly, the ingredients are extrenely fresh. It's hard to judge the size of portions by photos when ordering but rest assured that two rolls will be more than enough for average adult, making it great value for money. Regular customer here. Good quality, but too much Philadelphia cheese. Tempura and wings arrived cold.

Sushi was greasy, noodles were bland with no flavour. Have tried this place before but the standards have gone done drastically

I had a Philadelphia roll deluxe - a reasonable amount of salmon, but otherwise only cream cheese and rice. There should be other ingredients like cucumber and this roll did not taste right at all. Disappointing meal and I normally love sushi.

Sushi Boom Romford is a great place for sushi lovers. I was impressed by the authentic taste, similar to the one in Moldova. The staff was extremely nice and gave me a special experience, including a tasting of baked sushi, which I really enjoyed. The service is terrible, no one is answering the phone to take our order. We've tried to make an order three times. Previously, we didn't have any issues with orders, but now it seems like the staff has changed and they don't want to do their job. Losing clients with service like this.

But now, the same sets looks more cheaper , not the same how was and smaller of was, service very bad, very rude, answer on the questions like you nothing , not acceptable service . If before I could recommended, but now I am highly not recommended, for the prices what they have- you can take much much better and not spend money there.
