Amazing food, large portions and a very reasonable price. Love the anime art on the walls and the staff is very nice.

Food was good but the customer service was rude and they don’t care about what the customer needs and rushing too much! Extremely hot in the siting area and they could arrange at least a stand fan!

Lately the salmon onigiri barely has any filling inside, its just rice...i even have pictures.

My favourite place to get Katsu. Honestly one of the only places I’ve had that does it right!! No silly side salad, the perfect sauce. Honestly just a katsu lovers heaven. Will forever be coming back so long as they are open.

The food was ok at best the service isn't the best they won't bring the food to your table they scream out a number witch isn't very nice doesn't make you feel comfortable in the restaurant when they are constantly screaming and the restaurant looks very grubby overall it was a bit disappointing for my first visit

Been there a few times, Staff are allways friendly, food is very delicious and the atmosphere of welcoming, nice art on the walls too. The portions sizes are huge and very good value for money, make sure you are hungry before you go 😜 Highly recommend ✨

I've always loved the chicken katsu served here, but I think my new favourite is now going to be the aubergine katsu. It's so delicious. I had 2 portions of in one day. At lunch and for dinner😊

Great food (best Katsu Curry in the area), good value, and friendly staff. Decoration is a bit basic (white walls) and could easily be improved to give the place its own identity.

Food was good to tuck into good night out.pleasure place to chill quiet atmosphere not busy table for couple me and my fiance's enjoy time spend munching our nuts without notice the cost.

I've never had an issue until today. I had to wait around 20 minutes for my order of two dishes (beef donburi and Crispy duck WITH NOODLES) while watching four other people get server who ordered after me. Not only that but the Crispy duck with NOODLES came without noodles but rice instead when on the menu it clearly said it can be ordered with noodles. We come here quite often but we never had service this awful.

I absolutely love the place, the food too! I visited today and ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice and it was absolutely delicious, just like described on the menu. I definitely recommend going!

I can not lie, I actually went here for takeaway by accident, I meant to go to the other sushi place on the other side of the mall. However, the service was polite and friendly from the cashier, cooks, and staff in the background were just getting on with getting the food out and seemed nice enough. The food was nice, I ordered Chicken Teriyaki rice bowl and Chicken Katsu Curry Rice bowl along with a super salmon and tuna set of sushi and 4 vegable gyoza. All were tasty, and the food stayed hot in the containers for a good 40 mins until I got home, which was excellent. So why no 5 star review for the food. Well, because it was just nice. Nothing special, you see, I judge places on the Chicken Katsu Curry if you just serve me fried breaded chicken in curry sauce then its just OK. If you go Japanese Canteen style and put carrots, potatoes and other bits in with the dish then you get top marks. So I couldn't give top marks on this occasion but change the recipe and maybe I can change my mind. Worth a try if you are hungry in the area. Choice of drinks limited could definitely do better, you're not a builders cafe introduce some fruitiness into people's lives through drinks too.

For a small shop in a romford, they do really good food and provide good service. The khatsu curry is really tasty and value for money.

I absolutely bloody love it here. The food has always been good value for money in my opinion. They have expanded their menu with more size options and new dishes all really good value for money. Personal favourites are the katsu curry, chicken skewers, sweet and sour, and gyozas. The guys that work there are always friendly and never pushy and are super polite. I'm always grateful for their hard work. I really love the anime posters they have up now as well. Would be really cool to see more of that as well. So happy to see this business still going after starting out as a stall in the liberty and getting a unit of their own. I really hope this place keeps going, it's one of my favourite places to come back to now that I no longer live in the area. It would be great if they had a bit more seating but even if it is busy it wouldn't stop me from going.

Always fresh. Mouth watering. Easy access from town centre. Ideal after your gym workout to satisfy your cravings. Don't forget about hint of wasabi to wake you up. If you prefer something more substantial chicken catsu curry with rice is another alternative. Lazy to come out ? They do deliveries too. Highly recommended.

Went today and had the veg gyozas. I’m please that they had forks available too as I haven’t mastered the use of chopsticks yet 😅. Friendly and welcoming staff and only took around 2minutes for my order to be ready to eat in.

Love going to super sushi on my lunch break food is so good, would love to see more tofu and vegetarian sushi options as cucumber and avocado gets boring after awhile.

Food quality really varies! I really enjoyed it at first but I noticed a dip. I had the teriyaki rice bowl a few weeks ago and it was delicious. Had it yesterday and the teriyaki was sickly sweet and the rice very stodgy. Recommend their katsu curry, chicken dumplings and duck spring rolls

I went to super sushi with my friend and she orders a chicken skewer to try and started eating it when and she said it tasted funny so we cut open a peace and it was uncooked and slimey. So I went to complain and the staff were insistent that “that is how it’s meant to be” when clearly it was uncooked then they proceeded to tell me they don’t actually cook them. Personally I will not be returning there as this is disgusting and they could potentially have given my friend food poisoning.

Waited 2 hours for food after ordering from Uber eats. Now apparently closed with no one answering the phone! Never ordering from them again.

I wanted to order a party platter of sushi for my birthday at work. I was struggling with the delivery address, as the apps were not allowing, saying it's too far. I've called them and asked to help me. It was complicated to choose which sushi to order cause there are so many of them. So and I asked them to do it on their own. I was very glad and impressed to get those sushi delivered in less than an hour time and they were soooo fresh and tasty. All of my co-workers enjoyed and asked what was the restaurant I've ordered from. Thank you for making my day much better! Recommend this place! 🙏🏼

The best place to go for sushi and hot dishes!!! Been going here for over four years back when they were only a stand in romford and have never looked back :)) lovely service, reasonably priced food, and the best handmade fresh sushi and fish. The Katsu curry and prawn dumpling soup there is amazing, you have to try it!!! I always ask for extra ginger and they’re always happy to give it for free. The owner is lovely too, and the place is getting a makeover which makes it even nicer to dine in. Love this shop :)

A really nice place to go to during lunch. The food is at a great value £5 (a bowl) and is very flavoursome. The food isn't oily either and is served by friendly staff! The decor is cool too adding authenticity to eating in. I have eaten in and out and is a great option. Can't wait to try more of the menu Japanese wings sound interesting unfortunately it was out of stock when asked. They have lots of sushi available too. Definitely recommend if your shopping at Romford...

I had duck with rice the Hoisin sauce on the duck which I asked for more of really made the dish ☺. The meal was a bit pricey though I feel at around £7.50 with no drink.

Would put 0 stars I I could. 1hr and 20 mins no delivery so I call them.they tell me that the food is on its way. 40 mins later (I live 10 mins away) I call them and they tell me that the driver couldn't find my address! Lol I live in the easiest street ever! Then the lady rudely put the phone done on me! Avoid big time. Fake reciews on here for delivery 100%

I placed an order at 6pm through uber eats. The restaurant excepted the order straight away, showing the delivery for 7:15. Slowly time started to increase when around 8:30 we decided to contact the restaurant as on the app it was still showing preparing. I went on Google to get a contact number and saw that the restaurant was closed. Despite trying to contact the restaurant multiple times the phone was either engaged or not picked up at all. The restaurant didn't even contact us explaining as to why the order was taking so long. Morale of the story we never got our food and was still charged.

One of my favourite places to eat. Relatively cheap meals that always fill me up and that taste phonomenal. Definitely recommend.

I had a very bad stomach not long after eating a Katsu chicken curry, won't be returning.

Was worried about my order not arriving after it was cancelled last time - I waited for an hour last time before they cancelled. I was pleased it arrived this time. It was delivered at the estimated time (60mins) so I’d recommend ordering at least an hour in advance. Sushi was nice but on the small and thin side. Had a slightly strange smell to it but that might have just been the nori.

Go here as much as I can, really good food and friendly staff. Number one place to eat at Romford, hands down

Amazing, great quality food all the time. Very polite staff and neat premises. My 10 year old loves this place and always wants to eat here if we are at Liberty mall. Being vegetarians, we always have the pumpkin katsu curry with rice and it is delicious. Was very happy and surprised to see an aubergine katsu the other day, tried it, absolutely yummy (especially the dipping sauce that came with it).

I ordered Crispy Duck Noodles and Prawn Nigiri and a bottle of water :) The guys serving me at the front were nice and suggested chicken noodles as they are the most popular however I’ve had my fair share of chicken and Katsu’s so I’m now on the hunt for the best duck. The portion was more or less medium sized so it was good that I got 3pcs of nigiri on the side too! The noodles come with hoisin sauce already added and it was amazing. Sweet and a little salty, the duck portion was great and soft and some crunchy bits too and it came with some leafs and cucumber, a nice balance. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of sauce at the bottom of the noodles so I couldn’t finish it as much as I wanted to. I was able to eat in, just had to leave my details at the front. As I was eating I realised it did get a little busy with take away orders especially amongst students but stayed quiet and calm, to be expected on a grey Monday. if I’m in the area I would definitely come by again.

High quality sushi at very affordable prices. Greta taste, recommend the Romford roll and salmon sushi box 2. Would definitely come again. Down the corridor perpendicular from Lush, very close to the entrance near the leisure centre/ice rink.

Ordered from SS having looked on their website which said they were open and operating during COVID19. Order placed at 7.15pm. Waited 2 hours for delivery only for the website to then say they were closed. Phone number doesn’t connect either so no way to find out what was going on. A shame as I’m sure their food is probably pretty good, that said I’ve never tried it and probably never will unless I hear from them.

Super yummy food here and they always serve in big portions! All worth your money! Plus, they deliver on time! The staff are extra friendly and very accomodating! Will definitely recommend to everybody!
