Surf Shack Bay in The Vale of Glamorgan

After cycling around the vale we ending up in ignore. Had a meal at the surf shack. Very good food good prices

I go here everytime I visit Ogmore, i can't visit the beach without having one now! The pizza is delicious and the staff are very friendly. It's a very a quirky and cool place. Love it

This was our first visit to the Shack. After seeing Pizza being cooked on quite a few occasions and asking when the Shack closed on Saturday evening (5.30, 6.30 see how it goes !!!) we decided to buy a couple of Pizzas. They are all Handmade, very fresh and cooked in a wood fired oven. Not a huge choices of toppings but they are done well. We ordered a couple of Benitos Specials and were really pleased with the thin base and crispy crust. The Shack can get very busy, much depends on the weather and how many are at the beach. We were told that the Shack may be open more often in the future, which is great and they take cards (with a 50p charge). Think we will be eating their Pizza again.
