Food terrible. Tasteless,plastic looking and just awful!!

the pizza was good only i got it cold.

Food supposed to be fresh but not. Looks like yesterday food 🤬

I've been trying to call restaurant,..

we ordered 2 large pizzas and a large garlic bread with sausage, plus onion rings and chips. The chips were so salty that they were in edable, the garlic bread you couldn't taste garlic on it, and the ham on the pizza was canned meat that didn't taste right.

Haven't been able to order as often as I'd like recently but I can say yet again you've failed to disappoint. Really enjoyable food tonight, thank you for accepting my little request aswell, very kind. Order was on time, food was hot, and the driver was all smiles, what more can I say.

Still delivering consistently decent food everytime I order, I can't complain whatsoever. Food is good, service is excellent, drivers are always courteous and polite, and they normally get it to me really quick.

Food arrived on time and warm from across the city ,wish there was an option to tip your driver after delivery as I have no cash but hats off to him ! Chips are delicious and fluffy and pizza is great :)

over 2 and a half hours we waited for a single pizza . to be told by driver he gave our pizza to a random lady on our street

20 pounds for mixed keabab which is they special meant to feed 2 more like 1 its a discrase

rude arrogant staff. food is shockingly bad, old stale and from seeing inside-NOT hygienic. How is this place even allowed to be open? Close it save someone from a bad case of food poisoning!

Gone down hill in the last couple of months will not be using again

I ordered a meat feast they delivered it with a pork in it I phone them to see if they could help since I don’t eat pork they refused said nothing they could do to help so costumer service not satisfactory

Not a good place to go for food very dirty very unhygienic very bad food never cooked properly and the shop is absolutely disgusting I will say one thing is that the place definitely needs a good deep clean inside would not recommend this place

Delivery driver was half an hour late and when I actually received my food (mixed wrap) I noticed half way through my chicken felt a bit slimy in places. Turned out to be completely raw

Just had donner meat and chips and a mixed donner and chicken wrap meal delivery was really quick, food was piping hot and also very tasty will definitely order again thank you

Loved the burgers was so jucy love the chicken wrap chips where nice just a bit to much paprika in one of them the calzone was nice but the bottom was a bit soggy and garlic bread was amazing just a bit to much parsley or whatever was on top

The Surena has the best food I have had in a long time, everything we have had from them has been excellent, pizzas, burgers and their chips and potato wedges are all excellent. If you want a great take away look for Surena on Just Eat and I guarantee you will enjoy your meal. I have just one criticism, the delivery charge is a bit high compared to other take aways..

I came here a few weeks ago and my sister got a chest infection from one of the staff and went last night and the food gave my sister food poisoning

HAIR COOKED INTO MY PIZZA! It would seem finding things in pizzas in a running theme with this place (sort reviews by newest). As you can see from the photos there is a hair baked into my pizza. The worse part is that I only discovered it on my 3rd slice. Who knows how much hair I'd eaten by this point. It is disgusting to say the least but what is more disgusting is how the takeaway handled it. I called to explain what I'd found, to then be passed from person to person to explain the same thing. Their solution was to make me another pizza. I didn't want another pizza, I don't want to eat anything again from this place. I would have been happy with a refund but they refused to provide one. ------- Food review; Honestly, the dough is nice, fresh and soft. The toppings are not so good. Della pizza - donner meat had that cheap/smokey/wet dog taste to it. You know like when you order a meat feast and it's got that cheap smoked salami stuff on? Like that. Margarita - honestly don't know how you can get a simple margarita wrong but it was bland (not that margarita is exciting anyway!). Paired with the soft dough, it was very soggy. Chips are chips, can't complain. Overall, would not recommend for service, quality and taste.

I don't know why this place has good reviews they literally sent me a box of soggy chilly doritoz with no sauce as nachos, terrible

Love this place. Delivery always on time and the food is always made fresh on the day. This takeaway always impresses everytime. Staff are really friendly and you can tell they really love what they do. Today we ordered the Mix grill there was so much food and the lamb chops and peri peri chicken was so tasty. Thanks will be ordering again soon

After reading reviews and knowing certain people who work for this company I expected my food to be so so much better than it actually was. I placed my order it arrived 40 mins before it should have according to their app. My food was tasteless and certainly won't be using this business again. I never order from pizza places but was assured their food was amazing so gave it a try. Never again

Had our first pizzas from here last night, ordered over the phone to a lady that was very friendly and professional. The Pizza came in a timely manner from a friendly delivery driver who was able to take payment using a card machine which was so helpful. The food itself was hot which makes a nice change as other pizza vendors in the area range from warm to outright cold, so extra star for that. My pizza was tasty and the rest of the family enjoyed there's as well. The garlic bread was especially delicious. All in all I think we have found our new regular pizza takeaway.

I called and spoke to Milan who was very accommodating. We met in the park on the day and he even threw in an extra surprise for her. This is my second visit to Surena. We ordered the ‘Family Feast’. Chose the Calzone Special and Della pizza. Absolutely perfect. One of my daughters had the chicken wings instead of pizza. Great to see children enjoying their food. Saved the cheesy garlic bread for the next day to have with soup. Re heats very well. Thanks to you all at Surena. See you again very soon 🤓👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The best pizza I’ve ever had, this place is definitely worth a try.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. No customer service at all, put the phone down after saying part of our order was missing. Extremely rude refused a 7 year old boy his meal. When explaining that part of our order is missing they were patronising saying ‘I took your order you did not order it’ when we did! I will not be using this pizza place again. Disgusted!

We tried this place on the recommendation of a friend and we’re so pleased we did - the food was amazing. We had two large grill Surena special kebabs for a family of four and there was so much food! The food was really fresh and hot. We will be going back soon. Thanks.

Delicious food.kebabs are freshly grilled and very juicy. Pizzas ard the best one i ever had from any takeaways in my life. Highly recommended. Till you don't try You wouldn't know what you are missing.

We had food from here last weekend everything was spot on, we really enjoyed it. The Large Grill Surena Special Kebab, is huge we ordered them between 2 and it could easily feed 3 adults. The special garlic bread was really nice too. We will deffinately be ordering again. 🙂 Also I would like to add that the staff were lovely.

I ordered last night for the family and the pizza was amazing highly recommend bbq chicken pizza! Defo will be ordering again. The gents at the shop very friendly always smiling and having a laugh. Fast tasty food!
