Great food and great customer service,waiters are always very helpful

It’s food absolutely nice, and the prices are very reasonable. Their steamed king prawn is exceptionally good, and the pork slices also amazing. And I see many people eating dry pot , looks very nice and smell good, next time I will try it. Additionally, a girl was very cute and provided incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended!

Visited for the first time today food was absolutely 10/10 me and my partner loved everything we ordered and staff were super accommodating and kind. Will definitely be coming again and again x

The food was exceptional Szechuan dishes with exquisite flavours. We ordered chicken wings, dang dang noodle, pork dumplings, stir fry beef, fried crispy lamb, chives and kung pao chicken and literally every single dish was incredible and so packed full with flavour. The waiter was really lovely and smiled and laughed along with us. I was satisfied with the customer service but it is definitely a no frills place, but with good food and good prices, who cares? I prefer it that way

I’ve been to loads of Chinese restaurants and have never experienced rude staff… they were quite passive aggressive towards us making us feel unwelcome. Staff were unprofessional and the waiter was wearing AirPods. Food took too long to arrive, however my chow mein and salt and pepper chips were good. 1 star for the food.

Was very excited for my weekly Chinese night, however ended very disappointingly. Started off with the waiter wearing AirPods and ‘palm angels’ jacket, thought he was a customer! We kept our heads up but the positivity didn’t last long, we ordered our food Singapore noodles and then egg fried rice with lemon chicken. The fried rice came first but the lemon chicken came 15mins afterwards and rice went cold. My salt and pepper chips looks anaemic with extremely little spice or chilli. The Singapore noodles were incredibly bland but was still okay. On giving out the side plates the waiter almost threw the plate and the cutlery fell off. The sleeve of the waiters jacket went into my friends chow mien also. We were also not given any chop sticks where as everyone else in the restaurant had, was it because we were English girls? The lemon chicken was syrupy and felt like a dessert. Anyways overall quite a disappointing experience and felt incredibly uncomfortable -will be sticking to take aways now. Waste of money and time. 1/2 star for the decent chowmien 1/2 star for the egg fried rice

I don’t recommend. My friends and I went to this restaurant and had a rather unpleasant experience. We felt rather unwelcome, service was terrible and food was bland. My lemon chicken was vile and had veins coming out of it. Seemed unhygienic and smelt of BO. Came away very disappointed.

I had an awful experience . I am visually impaired. The manager was vrry rhde and kicked me . Do not visit this restaurant again .

My friend came here today . He is 90% blind. He politely asked the staff for a menu and they were rude to him and forced him out of the restaurant , kicking him from behind and shouting at him . If you like good customer service then here is definitely not the right place to go to !!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. I would have given a negative million if I could because I could have died but that is not possible. Completely ignored my food allergic to pork. Specifically told them I coold not eat any meat (pork, chicken, beef) accept for seafood, prawn etc but they bought me singaporean noodle with PORK in it. The waiter told me to just take the pork out if you can’t eat it, rudely told me here let me show u how to take it out. Wth? If you have an allergic even cooking it together with the noodle is a big NO. I was once hospitalised because of this. When you cook something, the water of the meat would go on to the noodle. They told me they would cook a new one. Brought out the “new one” and I was appalled when I found there was pork in it. Guess what it was not a new one. Freaking LIED to a customer and do not take their allergies seriously. When I asked for a refund completely ignored and rolled their eyes. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. DO NOT GO. I wish to report them to the police but its ok im not dead yet thank god. If I were to be hospitalised you better bet I would sue. Wasted my freaking £14 because I couldn’t eat it.

The best Chinese I have ever had, deserved 10 stars really for the quality and price of the food.

Absolutely sublime. Great sharing portion sizes and excellent flavours. My favourite was the Crab and vermicelli casserole which the sweetness of the crab was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking to go!
