Superdry in Belfast

I do not live in Belfast but my husband likes Superdry therefore I decided to visit the store in Victoria square to purchase his birthday present. I spent over £300 on items. 2 of the things I purchased didn’t fit well. Today, I tried to return the unused items for a credit note or exchange. I was unable to do this as more than 28 days had passed since I bought the items. The manger didn’t even bother to come and speak to me. He sent a young employee to say unfortunately we can’t help. The polo shirt I had bought was still in stock and it would have beenno inconvenience to the store to swap the size from large to medium for us as I requested. We are supposed to be trying to shop on the high street to support our stores. Unfortunately I will avoid this store and shop Superdry online only from now on. I regret buying the items here. Very very poor customer service.

Went downhill in my view. The style of clothes has become more mainstream and just like everything else. Superdry aint what it used to be

Terrible.. Brought back xmas gifts & superdry is not there anymore apart from 1 hanger in another store with approx 6 t.shirts & a few out of style hoodies.

Great range of clothes lighting needs to be a bit brighter

Unfortunately not very good experience today in shop. Started of opening time needs up dates as I paid for parking for an hour. Because shop didn't open until 10. I got a parking fine. Not one member of staff asked did I need assistance. Won't be back.

Plenty of stock very helpful staff

Amazing customer service, helped me find what I needed and was able to pick up a few good sale items.

This place is a maze, but a lot of the stuff is very similar, there's so many clothes but not much choice. Some very odd selections, and as like most Superdry it's on the dear side for the quality and design. The store is also so, so dark, it must be some sort of psychological shopping trick but to be honest it's daft and annoying.

A place to get lost and spend some money !

Its a little confusing finding stuff-its a maze! But the products are good quality and the staff are super helpful

Walked into the shop 10minutes before closing time. They asked us to leave when it was closing time. They lost out on a lot of sales about this

Marca che dice già tutto. Il negozio é davvero fatto bene e pieno ma pieno di cose sia da uomo che da donna. Zaini, marsupi, canotte, felpe, top, leggins, borsette, occhiali, giubbini e tanto altro...

Un large choix de sandwichs à la carte !

Good shop lots off nice clothes 2 polo shirts for 55 pound

Big shop with a big range. Girl at the counter was extremely helpful

Staff could be more helpful. The guy who approached us in the shop asked if he could help, then disappeared and didn't appear until one of the girls served us.

Boxing day sales (were) like 2 jackets

My kids love it as I'm to fat to fit into pretty much anything. I do point out its not Japanese , but is from the West Country in England.

This was my first visit to superdry Belfast , and I was sceptical about my visit but I was very surprised the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful the store was massive and a bit confusing but enjoyable to visit
