I have regularly ordered from here and it’s been great. But recently ordered and it took 1 hour 40 mins to arrive. The food was Luke warm and my order wasn't correct. It’s disappointing.

We were shocked at how cheap it was and even more shocked with the speedy delivery! I genuinely thought the food wasn't going to be great but I was in for a third shock! Absolutely DIVINE! I asked for a mild chicken curry with no peas as they make me sick, but i got a ton of peas so i had to sit picking them out time id finished doing that there was hardly anything left of the meal & it was even colder by then, the delivery was quite quick but the curry was tasteless but spicey but not with flavor, the boiled rice was awful it was flavorless worse than the curry, chips were hard - cold must of been the lunch times warmed up ...i will not be going there again

Writing this just after placing an order, I am a uni student who has been in stoke for the past 3 years and this has been my go to chinese every single time, average prices in comparison to other chinese takeaways around. Delicious food, always read the little note about certain meals without vegetables, never once had an issue with this takeaway. Thank you :)

Overall the food was good, the mixed veg chow mein was good, chips seamed to be fresh and the chicken balls were nice and crispy. The only thing I would mention is that the sweet and sour sauce doesn’t taste like the usual sweet and sour sauce you would get from other takeaways. Would get again, just without the sauce and would probably do pick up as the wait was a while.

New favourite Chinese in the area, always hot and fresh, good value food. 100% recommend

Ok regarding delivery it's a bit mixed, most of the time it's within 30 minutes but a few time this as been around 1 and half hours but in my opinion its well worth the wait! the food is very nice. Not had 1 bad meal yet....highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆ 👍

Super yummy barbecue spare ribs, I ate n wore the lot with gusto.

Salt and pepper chips, chicken chow mein, special fried rice, extremely impressive and tastes home made rather than from a takeaway (not greasy). Would highly recommend!

Best takeaway I've ever had. Portions are generous and prices not expensive.

Been using Super yummy for years and it had always been fantastic. However the last 2 orders I've had have been thoroughly dissapointing. I always order duck, whether it's pancakes or one of the duck dishes. The last time I ordered pancakes it was pre-shredded (not on the bone as it was previously) and it was as dry as cardboard. I actually couldn't eat it. The next time I ordered duck in plum sauce, again I was spitting feathers as the duck was sooo dry. Maybe this place has changed hands or had a new chef but will definitely not be back for a while. However my partner had shredded beef both times and was very happy.

I've been buying from Super Yummy for over a year, but my most recent order was a shadow of those that came before it. New management or chefs, perhaps? The char sui pork curry, which used to be a unique hot red curry, was indistinguishable from a generic pork curry. The salt and pepper chips have replaced their chilli peppers with bell peppers, meaning there's no heat whatsoever. The wet special chow mein had barely any sauce at all - just a small spread of dark sauce on the top - but was otherwise tremendously dry. I think it's time for me to look for a new Chinese takeaway.

Just had three meals absolutely awful has the business changed hands? Its been fantastic for the last 13 months so Yummy never again.
