Super Pizza & Grill in Cardiff

placed an order to collect 11/1/19 for calzone and the base was still raw doughy 🤮🤢 and i asked for fresh donner and it was frozen ..would never recommend this place my husbands pizza was also nasty 🤢

I got a leaflet/menu from this place today, noticed the "free delivery under 3 miles" on the leaflet so decided to give it a go, chose my order from the leaflet menu and worked out the price £14.80 so phoned, placed order, got told it was £16.80, I said it should be 14.80, he said £2 delivery, I said I thought it was free delivery, he said OK £15.80, you pay 1 pound we pay 1 pound. I said, It says on the menu free delivery under 3 miles, he said OK forget it!! So I said, I've never ordered from you before, that is a bad first impression, forget the order and I hung up. BELIEVE me it is not the pathetic 1 or 2 pounds, It's the god damned liberty that someone is attempting to rip me off like I'm some kind of idiot. I understand robbing a bank for a LOT of money but conning £1 or £2 from a stranger is just low, I wish those people like the guy who served me on the phone today would have a bit more respect because I always give them respect, ALWAYS. "PEOPLE" always check the costings
