Super Pizza in Manchester

Was closed for awhile but as of 25 Sept 2022 now open. Fair to good place for your kebabs.... Wednesday 12 Oct. Says its open. On the Web walked round to get some food. Found it closed. This has been happening a few times. Says its open on the app. Then only to find its closed. Well dissapointed

I've ordered twice now and both times the order says it's being prepared but never gets to me. I've been waiting for well over an hour and my food is still yet to be delivered for the second time with no update from the restaurant. Do not order from here.

I ordered from these today at 9.05 and I was charged. Was still waiting at 10.40 and could not get hold of them on phone so I walked down to the shop to find our order, to find the shop shut 😡 I had just finished a 12 and half hour shift when I ordered and had 2 hungry kids at home waiting for the pizzas. Not happy and will be calling in the shop to complain tomorrow. And to get my money back. 😡

Recieved a menu posted through the door yesterday , so thought we'd try it out lastnight phoned oder up for delivery was only 2 mix kebabs 1 chips was told by the guy itlle be half hour to 45 mins said yeh thats fine , hour and 20 mins later rang em see were it was got told driver be there in couple ov minutes next thing knock at door , food was barley warm donnor meat looked like it was older and warmed up and the nan was thin and hard wernt that impressed ? unless quality changes sometime soon don't think be using , cheers 👍 😉

The chicken burger was a triangle nugget and came with nothing on it so very dry and the calzone was a mess

Hit and miss eith food sometimes nice sometimes wouldn't eat it

I ordered a Kebab special with chips when I got it it was freezing cold and the meat was burnt the chips were cold too I will not be ordering from there again!

Highly disappointed in my order... you can't really go wrong with a cheese pizza and it arrived over cooked on the top and under cooked on the bottom with burnt cheese. Not edible and will not be ordering again. Disgusting!!!

It would be better it they added salad to the burgers and added sauces.

Was our usual place to go. Today the chicken burger was tiny,dry and pathetic and didnt even fit half the bun! The large portion of Donna was tiny,not even a small. The cheese garlic bread was nothing like it normally is.

I always enjoy the pizzas as they are always fresh and hot. I have bought from Super Pizza many times and would recommend them to anyone.

All reheated meat, onion rings were soggy & I’m SO disappointed I spent a penny here so disgusting know wonder this place is rated 1 on FOOD hygiene! I’ll be making sure this is dealt with.

This restaurant is disgraceful the food was cold the worker are rude I didnt not get the service I was looking for so would never be going here again I am ashamed to call this a restaurant because to be honest it's more of a farm with rude people and very bad food. If I was you I wouldn't go to this restaurant it is a disgrace to the community

This restaurant is a joke 2nd time I've ordered from them and both times my food has been cold, i had been waiting 20 mins longer than I was told without any update of a delay, I then called them numerous times an nobody answered the phone, i finally got a call from the delivery driver who spouted gibberish at me an hung up it was by chance I checked downstairs only to find the delivery driver wandering around the estate like a lost child, cant fault them on the cake tho

Great food, friendly staff and speedy delivery... what more could you ask for? They also read the notes so if you want salad and sauce separate, you get it on the side. Perfect!!!

Food is always good from here, friendly staff. Rarely get the order wrong however they missed one thing off this time, called up and they got it to me in 20 minutes and were really nice and quick about it.

Food was late over an hour late, didn't bring all food , trying to ring to ask where my food was no 1 pick up and no 1 pick up when I wanted to ask where the rest of our food was , never again will I order from here !!!!

Do not go here as you will not receive your food and be infinite’s when trying to ring to find out how long it will be if I could I would put a 0 star rating

Very small portion, cold and poor quality. No salad, just one pice of doner meat for whole kebab.

Delivery was fine. Lucozade is 1.29 for a 250ml CAN (thought I was getting a small bottle for that price) yet the actual can says 59p😂. Ask them to remove the vegetables from calzone with a please and a thank you due to having a bad gag reflex with tomatoes and they put everything in. What’s the point on having note section if the customers notes aren’t respected? Will not be ordering again!

The 10” garlic bread with cheese (thats part of the kebab meal) the pita is like cardboard... 7”children’s pizza meal pizza cold... onion rings undercooked. Chips delicious burger delicious.I called the take away to advise and he laughed at me and said what do you expect.. we are very busy!

Came very cold and late when I phoned to ask why it is cold they said it’s not there problem and if they send the order again it will come cold again. So they sent the order again and came 2 hours later! Horrible kebab and garlic bread was disgusting

Delivery went over by 10 minutes but that’s not unexpected, the food was cold and overcooked so not the greatest, a little bit tasteless and not much filling.

Food was LATE and delivered to the wrong address, seems drivers can't read notes or dont understand what a bungalow is..... Food was freezing cold!!!

Absolutely rank!!! No salad or chilli or mayo on the kebabs as requested. Donna and chicken like dog meat - how you can get it so wrong I’ll never know. Straight in the bin!

The foot was awful. Never again will I order from here again.made the order at .00 and it stated delivery at 9.20, I called at 9:40 to enquire where my order was to be told you need to be patient as we are very busy. The ma abruptly informed me my food had just left the gap. It then arrived at 10:15. I called the shop to explain the food had arrived cold.to be told that the driver for them to make my would comeback back for it and I would wait another hour for them to re cook my food I told them no. It he food was not even edible. It was disgusting. Onion rings tasted uncooked. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I said I would contact just eat and he said good luck getting a refund. I wouldn’t advise anybody to order from this place. They have shocking service and the food was awful. I don’t usually review on here but wouldn’t like y else to loose had earned money .

Delivered late but was understanding considering how busy they must be. Both drinks were wrong, the meat was just left over scraps. I asked for sauce and there was none whatsoever. I rang and asked why they couldn’t have told me when they received my order that they were out of certain items so I could have adjusted my order, I was told this isn’t an option (I know it is) then hung up on me. I rang back and they hung up on me after barely saying hello. Extremely disappointed as we order from here often.

Food was stone cold when came and late by 30 mins , guy was rude when asked where the food was he just yeah yeah yeah to every thing I asked , only good thing was delivery man was nice and friendly

The order of 1 larger donner kebab 1 chips 1 Dr Pepper and 1 Diet Coke was meant to arrive at 8pm but arrived 30minutes late. When I opened the kebab it looked like it was the left over scraps and it definitely was not a large kebab it was a handful of meat, the naan bread was that cold that is was extremely chewy and nearly broke my teeth. Also the chips were uncooked and again only a handful of them. I am VERY disgusted in the food and the service and will never use super pizza again and I’ll make sure no one else uses them.

The food was late by more than 30 min. I rang the takeaway that said they were busy and my food was on the way. Still waited 15 min. Once the food arrived, the burger was soggy and the calzone had burnt meat inside. Horrendous! I was a faithful customer but after this it will be difficult to order again.

I ordered a 16 inch margarita pizza and a portion of cheesy chips at 9.05pm and it didn't arrive until 11.10pm. I know the pandemic can cause work stress but waiting 2 hours for a pizza and chips is a joke. I will never order from this place again unless they train their employees to be more efficient. I'm not happy but given the circumstances around COVID-19 all I ask is for an update into why it took so long.

Pizza was burnt . Fries was not good value very small portion for the price.

Ordered pizzas for me and my two children as a treat. It was 10 minutes turned up not really hot and sent 10"garlic bread which was burnt and looked like someone had cut it up with a knife n fork.. I will not be ordering from here again. I called to ask what happen in my order and the person on the phone was very rude.

I would never order from here again ordered garlic bread and cheese it was cold and very burnt must of been reheated also got a meat feast that was cold and barley cooked I gave it the dog and refused to eat it DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF ITS THE LAST PLACE OPEN

Food was delivered within 15 20 mins, was sceptical about ordering cos of reviews but did so anyway, only ordered pizza, was piping hot on arrival, delivery was free on orders over 7 which is great cant complain

Chicken burger and cheesy garlic mushrooms. Crispy chicken, hot juicy mushrooms and stringly cheese. Honestly, a really delicious winter warming meal. Guys were friendly and polite when I went to pick it up, really sound folks. They've only got a 1/5 hygeine rating according to justeat though. Hopefully they can work on this. Still, as far as this one goes, full marks.

Food is always nice from here but orderd at half 5, said would be here 6:55, it’s now 19:40 and food has still not arrived, I’ve rang the place and they said food was with driver.

Food is just not good, not worth the price at all. Chicken burger comes with nothing on it just chicken and bun, no salad no sauce, and a soggy bun. Also what is up with this weird hash brown texture? And the calzone is tasteless and burnt, sorry guys but you need to work on your food a bit more, its not good. Also just to mention ordered it at half 10 so it could be that u guys tried to hurry to close down, but that shouldnt matter a good business is good business should be consistent throughout the day, even 5 min before closing. Need big improvements. 👎🏻

The food is always fresh and hot, and they certainly do not skimp on the toppings. I have tried other shops pizza's but always come back to Super Pizza. I would definitely recommend them. Their Kebabs are good as well.
