Chickana's in Manchester

Ordered through 3rd party, shouldn't be an issue right? Order went through as normal and over half an hour passed without any inclination that anything was wrong. I then recieved a call not from the restaurant, but from deliveroo to tell me that the driver turned up and the restaurant was closed even though they are listed as being open til 3am and this was a little after midnight. Very lazy of the owner to not update opening times on the relevant sites, although from reading other reviews they are just lazy anyways. Waste of time and nearly £15 that I need to wait for to come back into my account. Not worth the fuss.

Third time at Chickana’s, would go a fourth. They never have pineapple for Hawaiian pizzas which is a shame. The sweet chilli chicken pizza was lovely; the garlic dip was questionable though. Service is slow – Took 35 mins from ordering, but we were told 10-15. Price is competitive but you get what you pay for.

Price not updated on the menu boards and takes more than 15 minutes to complete a simple order.

i usually come here with my partner once every other week and the same guy has been serving us and giving amazing service and super friendly and the food was great, tasty chicken and tasty seasoning on the fries, but just popped in and their was different people this time and the chicken was sour and soggy & the fries were bland with no seasoning! disappointed and hope the other guy is back soon!

Took the money and have not sent anything ordered from just eat boyfriend waited up for an hour and I can prove I have no call from them or nothing and he waited and hour and he didn’t show at all. Stealing thief’s

I used to go here every day, food was perfect but now their new chefs can't even cook properly. I popped in today to get a 3pc meal and waited about 20 minutes but all the chicken was undercooked and raw. Fries were way too soggy and salty. I won't be coming back.

We ordered inside. We paid and realised wrong amount of money was taken from mu card. When I told him about that, he said the prices aren’t the ones written on there. He should have mentioned that in the beginning. The chips were too salty. I said my burger should not be spicy and it was spicy.

In all 5 peri peri meal boxes chicken strips were missing and the food was too salty more than half of the food was thrown away went in the bin. need compensation and refund. Thanks

Chicken was absolutely swimming in grease. Had clearly been cooked a while then chucked back in the fryer. Binned the lot.

Chicken burger came with cheese on even though that is not specified on the menu. When I called to ask for a replacement they agreed at first but then called me back to say I would have to order a new one since I didn't specify I didn't want cheese but I couldn't have known it would come with cheese. This was also after a huge delay in the delivery. The food seemed like it would have been good but the customer service was bad enough to stop me from going back

Pizza was hard and stale looked like it had been cooked hours ago, the peri rice box was cold too

Place provides some of the best fast food I have ever eaten. They make food fresh and as such don't stock up their hot plates so the chicken dosent get cold or starts smelling. Best time to order is Monday to Friday.

first time i ordered was good, second time the chicken burger was hard, maybe abit burnt, the burger in general wasnt put together well

If I could award less I would have the food arrived cold . And missing items when we contacted them. They want to question about sending out what was paid for am sorry but you pack the bags so you are responsible for making sure everything leaves as it should . Absolute joke... chicken burger was smothered in mayonnaise, which tasted off. Chips dry and gravy watery and served in see through dip containers.... three burger in bin after one bite! Never again!

I've had food from here a couple of times now and it's always been tasty. We tried the pizza this time and it was really nice.

First of all, i do appreciate the service at this time with the pandemic etc. Good on you 👏 👍 But unfortunately on this occasion I'm going to have to give a bad review. I've ordered twice from you now and both times there have been things wrong : The first order : the salad had olives in and not cherry tomatoes like its supposed to be. I don't like olives at all 👎 Second order : everything was cold. I had to reheat it all in the oven. And the salad was wrong again. There was no cherry tomatoes 👎 Your pizzas are very nice though 👌 Sorry to leave the poor review. But I have to be honest about things.

me and my husband tried this a few weeks ago whilst visiting the hospital and have since returned 4 times. the pizza is fresh and beautifully cooked and the guys are so friendly and happy to help. definitely worth the hour drive for and will definitely be returning.

We ordered 3 irn bruh and non of the of them were delivered yesterday

Never ordered from here before and won’t be ordering again Food was late and when it came it was all cold Onion rings were hard and the popcorn chicken overcooked the pizza didn’t taste like it should of done ordered stuffed crust but whatever was in thr crust I am assuming it was cheese was cold and hard fries were lukewarm so quite disappointed 😔 really

I chose this restaurant as I like spicy food, however we did get normal chicken on the pizza’s so my girlfriend could also enjoy (she doesn’t like spice) and the normal chicken was so spicy the entire pizza was hot. The only food that wasn’t very Spicy was the chips. Good for me, not for everyone. Ultimately needs more of a range of spicy to non spicy food.

Rude manager who was shouting non stop at the staff for making a little mistake. Was a big order and when I asked for a sauce they charged me and extra £0.20. Would not recommend.

This place serves great food... It has outside parking so great to just pickup... The takeaway looks clean and fresh. The food choices is really good with them also do steaks... The peri wraps are nice. The staff are friendly and worth a visit...

This shop is not answering the phone. I placed order on Just-Eat which has gone unanswered and undelivered. Had to contact Just-Eat directly to get my money back. Today is Eid which is the reasons i'm guessing they are not open. That is fine, however it is the restaurants responsibility to update Just-Eat with their opening times and also to update their Google My Business/Google Maps listing with correct opening times.

Just got a delivery done, best food I ate in ages. Delivery was quick. Order was perfect, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I would defo order again very soon. ☺

Good place to grab a quick bite when you're in a rush. There's almost never any significant waiting time. However, sometimes the food is not so well cooked. They accept cash or card and you can eat in or takeout or even order if you live within a few miles.
