Super Fry Take Away in Braintree

This is our regular place for takeaway, and usually the food is okay however i ordered fish, chips, battered sausage and curry sauce and the fish tasted like chemicals and so synthetic, including the batter. the battered sausage had been cut into so many times and i assume been left for so long that it was rubbery and cold and the chips were powdery, dry and cold. the only good thing was the curry sauce but even that was overly amazing. We’re usually happy with it and can actually stomach the meal however we barely made it through a couple bites. Really disappointed

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was by far the worst pizza we have ever had. Under cooked, slimey dough almost raw looking. The cheese and pepperoni absolutely disgusting, save your money! I have heard the kebabs are great, lesson learnt.

The chips weren't exactly the best. They tasted of old oil. And for what you pay for them, not a great deal either.

By far the best takeaway in halstead! I got 15” doner pizza and it was like American pizza big fat and juicy!! I got half pounder and wings and chicken burger and all big and made to fill you up! Bang on!

Careful only takes CASH. Otherwise all good.

I got 2 x 12" Plzzas and chips then when i got back home after a 3 minute drive. We shared the pizzas and chips around. With some of my friends and after eating a slice of this. We had to throw the rest in the bin because if was horrible. We wouldn't be going back there again!

First time ordering here! Never ever again!!!! Pulled up outside To collect and instantly regretted, Shocking!! Hair in food, over cooked kebab! Tasted rank!! Shish kebab was cut so small seen bigger lumps in my dogs food! Child’s wrap totally inedible! Disappointed and hungry.

I've happily used this place now for around 15 years. Now, don't get me wrong, it isn't always perfect, but if anything is ever wrong, it's rectified quickly without fuss. I usually prefer the mixed chicken and kebab combination. It's a very good portion and tastes fantastic. Occasionally, the bag has a lot of grease, but you don't get a fried takeaway for the healthy salad option! Staff are always polite and friendly and extremely professional throughout.

This place used to be good. Wedges were well over cooked, crust on the pizza was burnt. Only thing that was good was the garlic bread and bottle of coke.

They were busy when I ordered. Told food would be around 1 and a half hour which we were happy to wait. All food hot and great quality. Would recommend

NEVER order from here for delivery as it won't arrive. Ordered food last night at 7pm. Rung several times to be told was on it's way and never arrived. Absolutely disgusting service and will never use again.

Kebab meat is cheap and mushy. Kebab smells and takes 2 days to recover from.

Ordered a chicken wrap and a chicken/doner kebeb. It took 90 minutes to be delivered and turned up luke warm and dry. Not a pleasent meal.

Forgot half our order, promised to send it to us but then back tracked to say that we never ordered it. NEVER ordering from them again.

Only went to super fry once as the parking is convenient but was actually glad I did. I have now been back a few times. I always go for the kebab which is great and good value. The chips are very greasy, but strangely very nice. I dont eat fast food often, but if I need something fast and reasonable in Halstead, super fry is now my choice! Its a shame it doesnt look very inviting from the outside.

Avoid eating kebabs from here me and my mate order from here they turned up with our food and it was stone cold and very greasy my chip were also stone cold and me and my mates tuumy been upset last two days and we know it that as that the only food we ate 0that day I would of gave them no stars but it wouldnt let me

Never again had upset stomach for two days since having food from here.

Just moved here, my partner and I went there late Friday night and what you get for the price Is impressive! My partner can eat for England and he struggled to finish his pizza! People in there are so lovely, didn't even ask for the full price! Paid it anyway as he was so sweet. Food was to die for and the fish size was HUGE!

Surprisingly good fish and chips. Best in Halstead that I've sampled so far. Reasonable kebabs as well. Can't go wrong with this place.
