Worst McDonald's ever, rubbish everywhere, slow service, toilet unusable, cold food

Ordered multiple meals, most were ok. The problem came with the vegetarian pizza we had ordered when this arrived it clearly had ham on it (see pics). I rang the store who offered a replacement. The vegetarian person who had ordered the pizza was understandably put off the meal and so I asked for a refund instead, to be told they don’t provide refunds. In normal circumstances I can understand this policy, but with a mistake like this, clearly a serious error on their part, I feel this should be an exception to their rule.

The chicken was soggy and cold fries and wrong drinks not what I expect when I spend almost 30 pounds on food

Food is always amazing! Workers are so friendly as well!
