First time I’ve used here and the Food was delicious salt and pepper chips were lovely all really good defo order again

Was staying over night in wythenshaw hospital and decided to try this place out.. Can say hands down one of the 'best' crispy shredded beef in ok sauce dishes I've tried in a while.. will be back when I'm local 💯 percent 👌

I understand that prices need to rise, I have no problem with that. I know £2 for a bag of chips is cheap, but I do expect the chips to be freshly cooked and hot. Not stale afternoon leftovers. Disappointed

I placed an home delivery and received it at my home with in 20mins. Everything was hot and tasty. Really enjoyed all my beef curry rice chips and prawn crackers. Thank you to the staff at sunnys

Food was delivered piping hot, by a cheerful person, and was as usual very tasty food :-) (and unlike last time I didn't make a mistake on my order this time :) ) Still my favourite take-away on just eat.

The food on this order wasn’t very good. We thought we’d give them another chance and they just cancel the order without even giving us an explanation. We won’t be bothering again.

This is the best chippy in Wythenshawe for salt and pepper chips I will not buy them from any where else but here been going to this chippy for over twenty years now from when it was called manzin

Normally get something like sweet and sour, but this time decided to try the fish and chips and it was a lovely as you'd hope. Still swift delivery. Awesome stuff, very happy :-)

Food is spot on. Nothing is overly salted. The Spare Ribs are the best in Manchester..easily.

Payed 16 pound for a box of chips and rock hard ribs prawn toast taste funny and expensive for hard ribs and chips will never order again

First time ordering, and will order from again. Food was lovely and exactly as I'd hope. Sweet & Sour, soup, crackers, rice. All really nice. Food was properly hot on arrival too. Delivery driver followed instructions/requests too which was also really appreciated.

The salt&pepper chips were delicious! The crispy deep fried wontons were not pleasant (chewy and felt old or defrosted) The KungPo chicken was more like cashew chicken (I don't know if they confused the order..)

They were late, but they did send me a text message about 40 minutes before to apologise that they were running late, which I thought was very thoughtful of them. And the lovely food made up for that

loved it..the BBQ pork in the special fried rice is the best I've had in years .

The Fish had a strange aroma, soggy batter, the chips were limp, not very nice at all. The premises looked very run down, neglected and dirty. Black marks on wall above the mushy pea gravy heater that would be easily wiped off but clearly been building for some time, if that is neglected what else is. I wouldn't go there again.

of the best Chinese takeaways we’ve had in a long time. We moved over to South Manchester seven years ago, all of the Chinese takeaways we have had have been mediocre at best. I can honestly stay the food we had tonight was absolutely fantastic. A message to Kyle, who gave it a one star review, honestly, give it another go, the food is really good, it’s lot better than the local places we have in Hale.

First time I've tried this place on the back of the reviews, and it was absolutely fantastic. If they keep these high standards then they have a new customer..cheers guys

“Some” of the order arrived cold parts was missing. After complaining to just eat who confirmed something wasn’t right. I then got a text of a member of staff which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Want my opinion? Avoid ordering from here!

Food was great except wasn't happy with King prawns in batter (with ok sauce) 🤔 thought the sauce would be separate as a dip not all the prawns plunged in the sauce 🤔 didn't eat any soggy battered prawns sorry.

Not had from here before but I will definitely be getting from here again. It was delicious. It also came quicker that was expected which was a bonus.

Food was dreadful. Ribs were dry and inedible like they were the previous days warms up. I requested thin noodles and got thick. Nothing was hot; all but the chicken fried rice was binned. I will not be ordering again from here.

If you are a little bit reluctant to order from this new takeaway - don’t be! The food I ordered was hot, really tasty and good quality - I was not disappointed and will definitely order from Sunny’s again

This is the best chippy in Wythenshawe who does salt and pepper chips and I live near civic so there’s a few chippys but not one of them do salt and pepper chips like these they are banging and they deliver to near civic which is a bonus because they are so nice and good plus they are always fresh

Was walking home from work and decided to try this takeaway.had the prawn curry with plain rice.curry was great.very Similar to the Katsu curry sauce.was good portion too.will definitely try more dishes off the menu

Had the salt and pepper chicken. May as well of just ordered mcnuggets as that's how they tasted. No spice or flavour! Should took the 2 minute extra drive and ate at Peking which is much better

New owners have done a good job food always good

First time with this place . Only gave two stars as the chips were white and small and the curry had NO flavour whatsoever ! It was so bland !!! She said the boiled rice had more flavour than the chips and curry !!!! 😀 My daughter threw it . ! Hot and sour soup was ok.

If I was able to give less than one star I wud... wow what a nasty place nasty food I got threatened cos I asked for my money back as the food was unedable the meat in the curry tasted off and so oily the salt and pepper chicken didnt have any taste flavours not even sure it was chicken tbh.. I still havnt got my money back they said they was after I had to keep ringing to get abuse from them each time they still not sorted it.. so god knows what is happening

Delivery took 1 hour & 30 mins after stating 1 hour. Lamb curry was pure fat snd completely inedible not impressed and wouldn't recommend.

The worst chinese food you will eat around here. The place looks like a tip and the service and food reflect that. Never order from here plenty of good chinese like oriental gardens about.

My girlfriend said it was her worst Chinese ever, I didn't like or enjoy my meal either, improvement needed.

Ordered food opened it 5 mins after delivery wrong order so phoned up refused to refund the lukewarm warm order won't be ordering there agen despite being a regular customer for last 5 years

Crap food, small portions. Try calling ahead so your foods ready and they start cooking it when you arrive!?!? Especially when Carol isn't working. This is my local chippy but I now order delivery from Oriental on Gladeside.
