Delicious succulent Chinese food!

Burnt chips food taste of absolutely nothing, the curry sauce tasted cheap and bland. £20 wasted won’t be returning.

Paid £31 tonight chips looked like they had been cooked 4 times the curry was like piss I would advise go somewhere else

Yuk full of grease old grease threw in my bin won't go here again

We order from here every week and never let us down. Food always comes quick and hot and on time as I always ask for it to be delivered for 19:45 keep it up guys👍

Got chicken in black bean was marvellous, and kung po chicken was delicious. Would defo recommend

Would put 0 stars if I could absolutely dreadful service items missing and when my wife rang up to ask where items were they hung up 4 times and said we'd have to wait 30 mins for my daughters egg fried rice....been going here for years will never go here again

Moved round her not long ago. Looking for a local Chinese and found sunnys. Banging food and great service, portions are full and well priced. Very recommended. Keep it up if you see this. Would be my compulsory every Sunday now.

Well we have just had a meal from here first time Phoned up at 5.30 asked for it to be delivered after 6 Must have been cooked then driver waited around Delivered at 6 Was luke warm and everything was salty. Got free prawn crackers which were soft Charged £24 for £18 meal live with in 2miles So disappointed

This place used to be once our favourite Chinese to go to. After recently paying well over £50 for our meal we are never going to be coming back here…. The food was luke warm, hardly any value for money and after paying all this we didn’t even get any free prawn crackers. After reviewing the menu with the meal we have noticed that we had been over charged by using just eat.

I've used this place for years but after tonight never again . I placed my order that would of been well over £30 told them I was paying by card and was told because I was paying by card I wouldn't get any free prawn crackers. The order arrived, my hubby was trying to pay and the card machine wasn't working properly so the guy was going to come back then I looked in the bag and half the order was missing. I rang up and was told that's all I asked for so I sent it all back and went elsewhere. Had an absolutely lovely meal from another local Chinese that I will use in the future and also got free prawn crakers and paid by card no issues.

We ordered a Chinese early in the day on Xmas Eve via the website (pre order option) to be delivered at 6.45pm. At 7.15pm we rang to chase it, they initially didn't know we'd ordered and then said it would be 10 minutes. It arrived at 7.40pm. the food was luke warm at best, the curry was gloopy and congealed and the chips were hard and cold, one dish was also missing from the order. I rang to inform them the chow mein was missing, they said they would refund it (which I thought was a nice goodwill gesture)and I thought that it would still be delivered. They didn't mean this and said it could either be delivered in 10 minutes or refunded not both. They weren't concerned that the food was luke warm either, I was passed from one person to another on the phone. We chose to have it delivered as it was the main dish for 2 family members. It arrived 15 minutes later. Having spent £65 I would of thought that, as an apology, the missing dish would of been delivered with no cost. All that said no one really enjoyed the food anyway and most of it went in the bin. We won't be ordering from here again which is a shame as we've previously had a nice meal, but they are lacking in any customer service even when the error is on their part.

Y are they the only place that charges u over 30 to pay by card and the only one that adds a £1. On to the bill and no free stuff after £30 pounds every other place is under they she that owns it is a dirty person she don’t wear a head net and is allways on her phone she is never on time for the food

sunnys is really nice had from here a few times always nice and hot good value for money. Staff pleasant . would recommend this take away .if you order for delivery never takes very long

Possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The food was barely warm, had to reheat some in our microwave. It wasn't fresh almost like it was reheated food from the previous day. The Crispy shredded beef wasn't crispy and was difficult to cut or chew and the piece of roast chicken was cremated on the bottom and very dry. Called to let them know and was offered something free with our next order but sorry i can't see us using again.

I happened upon this establishment by chance. So pleased I did. I order a home delivery every Saturday evening. I ring before they're due open and they always answer. The main point of this review is the quality of the food and if you like your Chinese, then you'll love this. I can honestly say, this is as good if not better than anywhere else I've tried; and I've tried a lot. To end by saying,the delivery service is prompt and cordial. Recommended

I've been going to Sunny's for 20 years now and have never had a bad one! Lastnight they forgot the fortune cookies and as my Son loves them they sent someone back with a bag of them. Great service.

We have 1 Chinese a week and always enjoy it from here. Its fresh, tasty and always delivered within a reasonable time scale. When we are allowed to have company back around we look forward to having Chinese with our extended family as they also love it.

Food was good. Regular selection of Chinese dishes available. Good screening in place for covid protection. You can pay by card too which is great.

Ordered food for collection they said 1 hour got there on time and was 1hr 25 food was disgusting and we didn’t get what we paid for that said full refund and only gave us half will never use again disgusting service

A bit concerning when they say our order is with the driver along with 9 other deliveries, surely with that many the last ones are going to be cold. So if you should use Sunny go in person order and collect.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered at 6.10 said our order would be there for 7pm, called at 7.20 to ask where my order was, said it was on its way without taking any details (order was placed on a different phone) questioned how they knew what address i was calling about they put the phone down!!! Tried calling again no answer, so drove down and asked for my money back, still wouldn't give our money back trying to tell us that our order was on its way with 10 other peoples orders!! So if your the last one it looks like its going to be cold!! Asked them to recook our order fresh while we waited! Poor service, poor customer service!! Will not be using again!!

A few delivery issues but resolved quickly. Food is lovely and not greasy at all.

Quality has virtually disappeared in recent months, either overcooked and semi burnt to serving suspected raw chicken. Do yourself a favour and go to cooking for the people.

I have been ordering from here for the past year and will no longer order ever again!! I have just found a chunk of plastic inside one of the prawn crackers, which my child almost choked on! If anyone is thinking of ordering from here, I suggest finding someplace else, unless you fancy eating plastic!!

Rubbish food. Rubbish customer service. Sent food back and didn't get offered a refund. Will never order from here. And i suggest that nobody orders from here either.

Food was really good, and arrived hot. Delivery guy told us how much we could have saved if ordering direct rather than going through Justeat, and gave us a menu for next time. Would definitely order again.

Ordered food over the phone for collection, advised this would be 20 minutes, waited a further 20 minutes in the restaurant for the food. After getting the food home, all food was incorrect, due to an allergy, all dishes had been ordered without mushrooms, however all contained mushrooms. The portions were awful! How is that supposed to feed a family! And after changing the sweet and sour sauce for curry with the chicken balls, this was also not changed. So I returned to the restaurant for this to be corrected, to be advised we didn't order the dishes without mushrooms... (however this was definitely advised due to the allergies) and that they have 3 different size portions to order! Please advise where different sizes are mentioned on either the menu or the just eat menu! After a dispute in the restaurant and being accused of lying, we were then advised we'd have to pay more for our order to be remade to match what we ordered in the first instance! Absolutely dispicable attitude towards customers, and very reluctant to amend the order! After asking for a refund over 3 times, this was finally provided by a mardy staff member who basically threw the money at me.... never ever going to return!

Really great Chinese food. Mushroom chow mein is fantastic!

Ordered our Chinese meal over the phone. Hadnt got a menu to hand, so trusted the person who took my order. Food arrived promptly (half hour). Was excellent quality. However, when I logged on to their website this morning to check on the price, I was astounded to find I had been charged 1.50 for 4 pieces of pineapple which I had requested in my egg fried rice. I dont mind paying, but this was over the top. Needless to say, will not be using them again.

Food excellent. However, as I had not got a menu at home, I trusted them. This morning, I found this website, and priced what I had ordered. It would appear that I was charged 1.50 for 4 pieces of pineapple in my egg fried rice. And, I didnt get the menu I requested either. Dont mind paying the prices, but will not be ripped off. Not be using them again.

Had bbq ribs, chicken wing they were just covered in a red gelatinous sauce with no flavour.

never use any other chinese , even though we dont live in the area any more we still drive to use this 1 , best sweet and sour sauce and chips around. phil the delivery driver is ace .

Changed owners in the last year or so and has improved greatly. Literally the best Chinese Take-Away around Eastwood, Kimberly, Giltbrook area. Food always delivered on time, in good time and the delivery bloke always has a good sense of humour.
