I’ve been coming here for years they make the best special fried rice I always try to put everyone on

Worst food and service I have ever witnessed Ordered £50 pounds of food for delivery at 4:24 pm and my food arrived at 5:50 extremely cold food was rotten I had rang them up before food arrived and asked why it was taking so long and I was told it will be there soon I said ok food arrived it was ridiculous freezing cold and Rotten Chicken Was practically Raw I have never seen a worse Chinese I had rang up and explained to the lady on the phone she said well there’s nothing I can do you have touched the food now and hung me up I wouldn’t even give one start and not that I have two ridiculous service and food and also so rude to customers

Not the same as before when was yummy yummy, chicken balls have shrunk in size and now shaped like a tic tac, beef was skanky and really rubbery, missing sauce from order, my wife still likes it but I won't be ordering from here again very disappointed as was my favourite Chinese delivery service, will be ordering from Wong's in the future, want to end on a positive the food came on time.

Just rang to place an order - the person answered the phone saying "hello?" As if I was ringing someone's home landline. To which I had to ask is this the restaurant? Haven't tried the food, but some simple advice, introduce the restaurant when you answer the phone, not gonna

May be under new management as menu has changed and is branded Yummy Yummy with a branch in Watford. Haven't tested the menu other than a couple of dishes today that were good enough.

Called was about to get 2 udon noodles changed my order and I ordered 1 I asked if I could pick up and pay with card 💳 then when I got there they took long and they said no card payments under ten pound so I had to go to a cash machine which was far when I got back they took even longer making it and they charged me extra. 1 star would not really recommend and definitely don't go if you have short-temper/no patience etc. I'm only writing this review to help not to hate.

Have been visiting this Chinese for over 20 years and although the owners have changed a couple of times the standard of food has always been good. Good service, a variety of options to choose from, good quality, well priced and I have never had to wait too long for an order. Easy to find and parking available most of the time!

The reception lady is a nice creature again. Before the reception lady made me stop going there as she made me feel not as a respected customer. As if they upgraded the staff. Love and respect.

Tastiest Chinese in London! Absolutely delicious. The staff Min Zam and Chef Zihua work so well together to provide the most exquisite dishes. I would highly recommend that you try this at least once and I guarantee you will not regret it. Their salt and pepper prawns king prawns are OUTSTANDING. Love the service and always treated with respect and kindness. Nothing but praise for this take out service.

Good food, reasonably quick delivery. Update on review 15/5/22 sun wah seem to have changed hands since the pandemic and can honestly say that the taste of food has definitely got very bland especially the curry sauce nowhere near as good as it used to be. Will definitely go elsewhere from now on

A very unfriendly lady took my order and prepared it. She has very bad manners, snatched the notes out of my hand and banged my change down on the counter. No hello, thank you, or any appreciation of my custom. The food itself was bland and not warm enough. NEVER going back to Sun Wah again. Horrible lady. Avoid. Deserves 0 stars.

Doesn't even have proper char siu pork. Instead gives me bland hard to chew pork.

Do not go there!!! The lady who picks up the phone does not no how to speak English properly and she is a liar. Accused me of not checking my order and when I asked there was 1 order missing she said it was my fault. Food is rubbish and under cooked. Gave me diarrhoea.

Ordered and paid for 4 dishes, but they gave us only 3. Lady cut me off twice. When challenged she was not apologetic and was sure she gave 4 dishes. Asked for proof and she just kept on ditithering. Spoilt our enjoyment. NEVER AGAIN.

Very hygienic Chinese disgusting food

Please do not order from this restaurant. They refused to provide an explanation as to why I did not receive all my order as paid for over the phone! I called and advised them of this error and went to the shop in person on the 8/11/2019. They were disrespectful and refused to give me a refund or provide the food as ordered. This was very disappointing as I spent £25.50 on food I also subsequently checked their hygiene rating which was equally POOR.... The shop manager was unbelievably rude and essentially lacked customer care or service.....

We ordered sweet and sour sauce off the menu and spoke slowly so that they could understand. The food took over an hour and instead of getting what we ordered, we received sweet and sour sauce no chicken. Practically sweet and sour dipping sauce

Used to use them a lit, but food has gone down a lot

I wish I could say something about the food if I was delivered properly. First thing, ordering on the phone is pretty hard. You feel the language barrier a lot. Second thing, 1 hour for regular delivery is a different story. When I called back for asking, she was quite dare to hung up the phone by saying OK. Driver had no idea where he was driving. (He said postcode is confusing, I never had any issues with the postcode so far) They forgot to bring to POS machine for card payment. REFUSED ORDER! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Amazing food, better than most takeout places.

Been to this Chinese takeaway numerous times. The location of this takeaway to my recollection has always had issues with parking. That said, the entrance to this commercial building is compliant with regulations for wheelchair users and or disabled persons for access. Assistance for the wheelchair user will be required as they have a push/pull manual door. Entering with a wheelchair into the premises will be tight but should be manageable. Within the waiting area are ample seating for sufficient amount of people. With regards to the cooking I find it is usually too much oil even when I have asked to have my food to be cooked with as little oil as possible. They get it right sometimes but mostly not. Within the seated waiting area, are various womens magazines and hardly any magazine suitable for the male customer. This issue of having magazines suitable for women only and nothing for the male customer says a lot about this service provider. Does the term cruel and usual punishment mean anything to this service provider?This takeaway service provider offers to their home based customers a chargeable home delivery service within a three (3) mile radius from their adress. On-site at this address, they do not offer their waiting customers a free in-house Wi-Fi connectivity.There's room for improvement.

First time I've ordered from Sun Wah and omg the food was amazing! Had Crispy Fried Duck to die for, Satay Chicken on Skewers with a separate pot of the most delicious peanut sauce. Satay main course, Mushroom fried rice, Chicken fried rice and curry sauce. Everything was piping hot and so delicious and such large portions for an amazingly reasonable price. I'm kicking myself that I haven't ordered from them before now, would give 10 stars if I could. Driver was very friendly too, as was the girl on the phone who took my order. Great Stuff!!

First time using this restaurant and I can honestly say the food was terrible. The food tasted like it was cooked in old oil and some tasted like it had been reheated. All the meet was dry and chewy and the sauces didn't taste as they should. Very disapointed won't be using them again.

Best salt and pepper squid in Northolt period. I usually get squid from Sun Wah and they are so delicious. so soft inside yet a bit crispy on the outside. Only a few chinese can cook it that well and Sun Wah is one of them. I don't think the portion are that big though. Oriental chef's rice portions are definitely bigger but I still order from Sun Wah because food is just yummy!!

I got myself a roast duck chow mien from here one time with my friend. Nice friendly lady gave me the largest portion of Chinese food I ever had and it was delicious. Apparently, these guys are well know around this area for good quality large portion Chinese food and they are real busy in the evening. I am definitely going there again.

Having ordered take away from here after reading all the reviews was pretty disappointed. Left thinking are they real?? Some dishes were tasteless some over spiced. Delivery was quoted 40-50 minutes arrived 1 hr 20 minutes. Driver had no change and even asked me if I would go out and get some while he waited lol, unimpressed is an understatement will not be ordering from here again.

Home delivery are very slow, you are quoted within an hour and it takes over 1 and half hours for your food to arrive at the door. Ask to pay cash at the door as it arrives faster than paying by card up front. If you call and chase your order you are told your food is with the driver. Though knowing how long it takes to drive been point A & B, when that time has elapsed at least twice you know that was a comment just to get you off the phone. If you then try calling again, you will probably not get through wit the number being busy. By this time those that can cook could have cooked them selves. Food ordered @ 19:10hrs arrive 2.5 miles away @ 21:22hrs :-(
