Sultan's in Sunderland

Pedido de ellos, y se perdieron la mitad del pedido. Cuando llamaron para discutir, se negaron a enviar los artículos que faltaban (alegando que no tenían conductores, a pesar de que uno acababa de ser enviado con la comida) , luego se negaron a reembolsar el dinero, y ofrecieron un vale de £ 5 para la próxima vez que ordené, que es más bajo que el precio de los artículos que faltan. De la comida que vino, el bollo de hamburguesa se quemó, y la pizza era un desastre robusto. Evita este lugar.

I have used this takeaway on numerous occasions and the food has always been good but tonight 01/11/20 it was floating in grease and tasteless and the the veg bhaji was so over cooked the vegetables were just mush very disappointing and not there normal standard

Everything tasted perfect. From the pizzas to chips. I ordered 2 pizzas, dinner meat, lamb biryani and chips and everything was spot on.

As the title says. Been using Sultan's for about six months now.Don't have loads of takeaway's but when we do this is our No 1. Always hot with prompt delivery but what we like most is the consistency of the food. Would definitely recommend

I've used this takeaway a fair few times, pretty cheap price I and foods what you would expect, nothing to write home about But value. Ordered this over the weekend, I was given a one hour timescale for delivery, at the hour and a half mark I called the restaurant as my food hadn't arrived but just eat had notified me 15 minutes earlier it had. Being half an hour late I assumed it would be on its way at least, I was very much wrong. The order hadnt even left the kitchen I was given a 15-20 time scales a 15-30 mins timescale and then a 10-30 min timescale. I said it was ordered for family and kids need feeding before bed and to cancel it, I was told not to use just eat and come to them directly next time they would then give me a 'free' item on my next order, I know they save money anyway from not using just eat so this wasn't profitable for myself more them. In the end, a 2 hour wait for food to leave kitchen and then the delivery time, shocking. I was really nice to the gent on the phone as it may not be his fault but a sorry wouldn't go a miss, there's better food and service out there in a crowded market I'd advice anyone to go elsewhere based on this. I can't review on just eat either as they market it as they cancelled the order rather than myself, sneaky.

As an avid thursday night curry fan, the past 3 Thursday's we've ordered the £10 7 course special and have not been disapointed. The staff are friendly, the order is always ready on time and most of all the food is delicious. Definitely our new favourite take away.

Ordered on a Saturday night expected a bit of a wait but arrived within 30mins red hot and full of flavour. Excellent value for money
