We’ve been coming here 10+ years and the food and services is excellent as always. Every birthday of our 3 kids and annivarsary we’ve been coming here and always enjoying.

Amazing food and atmosphere, the service was on point and the food is delicious.. the new look of sultan is stunning, I loved the prayer room where you can do wudu. I have been coming here for years with my family and will continue to do so! I recommend this family friendly place.

We visited Sultan after sometime. Food was on point as always but the service was even better, specially as it was weekend evening & they were jam packed. Our family's favourite Turkish Restaurant. We have been coming scince the restaurant opened. The quality of food is tasty and amazing. Authentic Turkish Food. The service is impeccable! Very friendly staff that always do their best to provide a top quality service. Me and my young kids visit the restaurant atleast once a month. If you are in the area, please try them out especially after their new renovation the restaurant looks beautiful just like the people who work there. Pleasure to be your loyal customer all these years.

Walked into this restaurant with my family for dinner. Was extremely surprised with the quality of food. I can not imagine myself going anywhere else for Turkish after experiencing sultan. I have realised that I have been missing out on real Turkish food. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I recently called Sultan on Cranbrook Road, and which the food was good, I was quite disappointed with the service. I called the restaurant at 11:10 PM to check if we could dine in, as their listed closing time was 11:30 PM. However, the staff member who answered, Marina, responded quite rudely, saying it was almost 11:30 PM and that they wouldn’t allow us to dine in. I understand that it was a last-minute request, but a more polite response would have been appreciated. Instead of directly dismissing us, she could have kindly informed us that they couldn’t accommodate dine-in but could offer takeaway as an alternative. Unfortunately, her tone was abrupt, and she even raised her voice, which left a negative impression. While I appreciate the quality of the food, I believe customer service is just as important. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better communication and hospitality in the future.

We have visited 3 of our friends and bought chef special for £45 and it was excellent service by waiters!!!

Sultan’s is our family favourite for several years - easily the best Turkish restaurant in London with great value in comparison to other places. Restaurant looks amazing with the new decor. Staff are always helpful, and very welcoming. Special thanks to Faria and Samia, always serving us with a huge smile and super friendly with the kids. Look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended 💫

The food was cold. The waiter who was serving us might as well have been throwing food at us. He had a terrible attitude and poor customer service and was biting his nails. The rib had a piece of cardboard attached and we're also served a piece of grilled onion skin alongside freezing cold lahmaçun. All in all a poor experience, will not be returning with the family anytime soon.
