Bad service brutal.... We wanted to order fish and chips, even though the counter was full of fish, we were told that they did not serve that....

Takes the piss with minimum order of £20 and a 5ver delivery plus service charge they used to be my go too I'd probably spend £1000 a year now I spend £0.00 I won't be forced to pay for a minimum plus service charge plus a 5ver delivery when all I want is a pizza and a drink they lost a customer for life. And a grand a year off 1 customer.

I have ordered a few times before and its been great, not ordered in a long time so tried again, and it let me down! i ordered the cheeky munch box, and got the wrong order they gave me the large munchie box, which I don't like half the items, I feel this was given so they could grt rid of ready stock, as it was also cold and hard. nothing like first couple times I used them

Avoid this place, my meal was awful, the customer service was shocking, I was told I was getting a refund and never received it.

Absolutely outstanding again the chicken pakora pizza was delicious, I would highly recommend.

Sultan catered our 45-strong ceilidh on Saturday and they were fantastic. The food arrived on time and was beautifully cooked with several of our guests saying it was the best fish and chips they had eaten. We would highly recommend Sultan.

Stay clear of this dump if you want uncooked chips then this Is the place for you, after ringing them and saying please make sure chips are well cooked they send the chips half cooked and just disgusting, rang to complain and I was told to find a better takeaway from the rude manager, anyways £13 pounds for chips cheese and curry sauce is rip off anyways. So I will find a better takeaway than this dump

That was the most disappointing calzone I’ve ever had. Stuffed with small squares of thick ham and tomato. Never known anything like it 😩

I bought a chicken donner wrap, it’s really tasty and portion size is good for the price. I’ll definitely buy from Sultan again!

I live in kirkliston so I was shocked when they delivered a half hour early. Food is incredible. Best pizza by far. The wraps are huge and are packed. Delivery driver is so so nice. I have fussy kids, and even they request this place on takeaway night. Amazing! I’ll be back soon.

I ordered fish and chips and a kebab roll from this place. The fish and chips were okay, but not that hot or fresh. The kebab roll was massive, but meat was old to the point of being stale. suspect it was yesterdays, and had 30 seconds in the microwave before making into my dinner. I don't recommend. prompt delivery though.

Forgot our curry sauce again. Happened before. Phoned the guy to say I wanted the curry sauce with a fresh order as no point in curry sauce with stone cold food. Guy on other side of the phone just rude. Paper sticking to fish and food lukewarm. Sultan turned into an absolute shambles.

The fish was horrible today. I'm a regular customer but the food recently hasn't been that good. Very disappointed.

I've had great fish and chips from Sultan but this was my first time ordering a lamb shish kebab and it was fantastic. a generous portion of nicely cooked lamb, fresh pitta bread, a good amount of salad and sauces, one of which was a chilli sauce with a good kick to it. (other local kebab shops take note!) . One of the best kebabs I've had in a while.

Food was well ahead of the expected delivery time. The driver contacted me to let me know he was outside the hotel and waited for me to come from the room. The food was excellent, the mixed kebab was really tasty and was large. I’ll deffo order from here again when I’m next in the area.
