SUGAR N SPICE in North Lincolnshire

Every time I call they don’t answer the phone. I always have to go to the shop and when I do they take over a hour to prepare it. I only get one new for myself. When I get home my food is cold and I think it’s a waste of money. They over charge me! I calculate the prices from The menu and they always say to me they have bumped the prices which is false advertisement for the customers. Sort your menus out and sort out your phone lines!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!

no sauce or salad for the kebab. ordered a fanta fruit twist and got a fanta orange. other than that food was lovely, kebab a little dry

Recently ordered and the food was very tasty I got a Mexican burger first time trying it and it was very 😋 tasty.. the desserts was just as good keep it up 👍🏽

Shocking food and service. Kebab and chips was stone cold with a drink missing when delivered. I called to let them know the drink was missing and was told when you next order let us know and we will give you one for free. So basically saying next time you order we will give you the missing drink off this order that you paid for for free. Ok then!! Couldn’t even make it up! There won’t be a next order 🙄. Waffle was undercooked and slimy in the middle 🤢. Cookie dough wasn’t great either. Food and desserts was only good for the bin. Please avoid unless you want to waste your money! Oh I’m still owed a drink!

Recently updated their menu and No joke - the best burgers I've ever had. Unreal!

Shocking. Pizza over cooked, stuff crust solid as a rock. Burgers soaked with moisture as well as the chips which were almost cold. Told me 20mins for pick up i arrived on time. 0.5 miles from the place and got home opened up to see a sad sad looking set of meals. Which was missing a drink. Pizza = 2/10 Burgers 3/10 Chips with burgers= 2/10 Still waiting for my drink told 'on the way' Order=10th December paid by card in the shop £31.90. Hows that for no record. Still waiting for ma drink 6days later??

This place has to be the best in Scunthorpe. Been twice all ready and it’s only been open less than a week! The food and deserts compliment each other and the customer service for a busy takeway is second to none. Keep up the good work 👍
