I recently ordered from [sugar and slice], and I was beyond impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly crispy crust, loaded with fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheesy goodness. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it’s easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. To top it off, I paired the meal with a milkshake, which was smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet – the ideal complement to the pizza. The dessert I ordered was just as impressive – rich, indulgent, and a perfect way to finish off the meal. On top of the amazing food, the delivery was lightning fast! Had an absolutely fantastic experience here! The milkshakes, waffles, cheesecakes, and freshly made pizzas were all top-notch, with generous toppings that really hit the spot. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try—you won’t be disappointed! The owner is a great guy, and the staff, provided excellent customer service.

Took 2 hours to arrive!! Called the restaurant twice to get an update on the order, spoke to the guy and he said it was on the way. I said I was worried it'll be cold when it arrived because it took so long to which he said that's not how it works. Well low and behold, it arrived cold! Edit: In response to the owner's response, I'd like to clarify a couple of points. Firstly, I never stated that my order was 2 hours "late"; I said it took 2 hours to "arrive". There is a clear difference. Furthermore, I recounted the events exactly as I experienced them. It's rather disappointing to see a reputable establishment resort to name-calling instead of constructively addressing a customer's feedback. Won't be coming back.

Seriously one of the best, consistent and reliable takeaways in Liverpool. Everything they make tastes good, the Katsu pizza is so tasty. Delivery driver is always sound, helpful and most of all, quick. All well worth the price.

Best pizza and fries the garlic sos and everything was amazing and the customer service was amazing plus he said the order will arive in 30/40 mins it arived in abt 15 mins all my respects

We ordered four pizzas and had to wait for over an hour for them even though there were no other customers or orders at the time. Extremely slow service. Pizza not that good.

Couldn’t have asked for a better takeaway!, after realising I had made the mistake of giving the wrong address I was assured they would deliver to where I actually was. Food was cooked perfectly tasted beyond unreal. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend the Oreo cheesecake & then salt & pepper chicken - WOW

Great service got our delivery out quickly as it was getting late, and it was a treat for children. Milkshakes were good size and loads of taste.

This is no where near being out closet shop but we travel here as it's the best we've had and has never let us down with an order!

We ordered the Biscoff and white chocolate waffle and it was one of the nicest waffles I have ever tasted. The cherry Bakewell cookie dough was absolutely amazing. We also ordered chocolate covered strawberries They were also fantastic. Everything came Immaculately packaged. I would definitely recommend this place it was lovely.

Ordered online from just eat. Food was 1 Hour late, received apologies when I rang and assured it was next out. Still waited a while then after. Received no apology from delivery driver when he arrived. I also ordered a 9 inch cookie dough pizza which was actually 7 inches when measured. Wrong advertisement and bad customer service.

If there was zero stars I’d give this place it. First time ordering, ordered via ubereats at 11pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 12-12:20pm. Called them at 12:15 for an update and was told food (single cookie dough) was ready and would be next to leave the shop. Called back at 12:45 as still nothing, was passed onto a manager who was pretty unhelpful. Explained that the delivery times, along with minimum order displayed on ubereats (says £10 plus delivery fee but apparently it’s £12 plus delivery) was all wrong, and implied that it was my problem for not knowing this because it’s displayed on their Instagram page? By this point it’s almost 1am, I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for a cookie dough which was apparently cooked at ready at 12:15. Manager said i didn’t have to answer the door whenever the driver showed up if I didn’t want to and that would be that. Seriously unprofessional and appalling wait time. The driver showed up at 2 minutes to 1 in the morning. A real shame if the food is as good as other reviews state. This place needs to sort out its delivery method or better still use Ubereats own drivers so the delivery can be tracked.

Great place with many different options for sweets. They also have some good options for shakes and anything you could want to satisfy your sweet tooth. Good location that isn't far from the thick of things and you'll find plenty of pretty looking sweets that are instagrammable

Nice staff and my favourite place for a great milkshake. The Diame bar milk shake is boss. Great deserts as well the waffles with chocolate and ice cream went down a treat. Highly recommended

What a lovely Friday evening treat this was! Not only were the prices cheap and cheerful but arrived piping hot and in now time at all! Lovely pizzas :) and the lad who delievered was charming had a little chat with him, lovely guy - will be sure to order again!

Amazing experience all around, went in for a pizza and a waffle, both very reasonably priced, greeted by very friendly staff! Whilst waiting for food to be done I was offered a complimentary drink which is a bonus in my eyes. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area! Will 100% be going there regularly

Just had the Pollo pizza...wow. I just broke my “no carb diet” was supposed to have one slice n take the rest home, I left with 2 pizzas and a waffle (after the pizza I’d already ate) just try a pizza. And thank me afterwards. B. E. A. UTIFUL.
