Sugar Crush in North Lincolnshire

Delivery time was very long. When ordered I was notified it wouldn’t be delivered for at least an hour and a half and then the items were late to be delivered and had been marked as delivered before they arrived. Food was ok.

Took well over 2 hours to get here , kids had fallen to sleep by this point , and to top it off the waffles was cold, nice toppings and generous amount but the temperature let it down

Celebrating a double birthday at Sugar Crush Scunthorpe was a delightful experience that sweetened our special day. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were the epitome of helpfulness and friendliness, greeting us with warm smiles even during their busiest hours. The kids were overjoyed with their Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae and Kid’s Choco Crunch Sundae, while I indulged in a heavenly personalised warm cookie dough with Ferrero Rocher and white chocolate Kinder Bueno, drizzled with Nutella syrup and served with vanilla ice cream. The Earl Grey tea was the perfect complement to the rich cookie dough, rounding off the experience beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

good food and drinks but they marked my order as delivered when it wasn’t so just eat wouldn’t know it was late then took anther half hour to deliver. waited 2 hours overall.

Crepe was cold and tasted like rubber. Was waiting over a hour and a half. And the frozen mango wasn’t even frozen.

I was told about this place by a friend so thought I would give it a go. We tried to order online but were unable to as they were not offering deliveries. So we ordered for collection. We decided on 3 waffles and 3 kids ice creams and were giving a time to collect. Nearly an hour after we arrived to collect the order was finally handed over. We drove away to find they had not only given us the wrong waffle section but found the waffles all coated in burnt batter or something to that effect. Plus the wrong ice cream for the selected waffle. We will not be returning.

When I ordered the deluxe sundae, it said it can either be whipped cream and wafer on the top. When it arrived there was no cream or wafer

It's not great, place seems a bit soulless, staff seem to be just sat down in the back area on their phones, waiting for online orders to come in - walk-ins seem to come as a shock! Not the cleanest place either and counter freezers look empty - Ice cream is cheap and not very creamy. Go to route 15 instead, they offer sweet and savoury foods.

Walked in staff was sat down doing nothing not even cleaning, then went to order and there was food all in the counter where you can see it and where you make the food! As a dessert maker myself I’m discussed and walked out don’t recommend to anyone

Ordered 6:15, said it had been delivered at 7:45… it hadn’t, so now no treats and having to wait for a refund

We’ve got a iced coffee vanilla, and we ordered a iced coffee caramel. I just upset me that I didn’t what I ordered

waffle was completely undercooked and pure dough in the middle, delivery took over 2 hours.

Was told my order had left the shop, order didn't arrive and then the shop didn't answer the phone!

Ice cream arrived all melted as if it had been made and left on the side counter whipped cream turned into milk , disappointing, I wanted icecream not milkshake.

Absolutely amazing. A chocolate lovers delight. Massive portion size and super tasty.

The food was delicious, with no complaints, but I did order crepes and got a waffle. Did order at 6.15 pm for 8.30 didn't get till 9pm.

Desserts were cold, not as described and definitely not worth what I paid for them.. late aswel wouldn’t recommend this place

Food could have been ok, ordered two milkshakes and two cakes. Unfortunately the items were out for delivery for over half an hour. I’m assuming we were the last of several stops. Due to this the custard ordered with one cake was cold and basically a solid lump. The cakes were almost wet from sweating in the container the whole time and the milkshakes were almost room temp and really thin. Very disappointing over £20 wasted as none of the food was worth eating

Ordered shakes was delicious, waiting time was very less, good ambiance, bright place and lots of space to dine in with kids and family.

Delivery was late but the driver was polite and apologised and explained why. So all good. Thank you

We ordered at 8:20pm and the food arrived at 10:30pm. If we had been told the food would take this long we wouldn’t have bothered. Waffles standard and soggy. Will not be ordering again.

Food was great had sugar crush twice now and neither time has disappointed, perfect for that weekend treat (we love the waffles). delivery was a tiny bit late but I can’t blame them because we’re on a new build estate so we’ve had plenty of delivery problems, although I did pinpoint my location using the app.

Wasn’t very happy my waffle come all folded in half wouldnt even feed it to my dog that went starught in the bin my crepe had not the topping I asked for it had strawberry sauce on when it was meant to be an Oreo you can clelalry see someone had tried to wipe it off so I would like at least a Refund tried to call last night to complain but no one answered the phone not very happy at all and deffo will be not ordering again

Chocolate sprinkle sponge was stale, so hard I couldn't eat it.

Ordered 3 waffles and an apple crumble. The waffles were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately the apple crumble was missing but Molly (I think it was) was very kind and helpful in trying to sort it out. Was offered a new one but due to the delivery time I accepted a refund. Delivery was around an hour which is a bit of a wait but it seems to be pretty standard for most delivery services these days so can’t really complain, especially when it was delivered within the specified time. Despite my missing item I’d definitely order again as what we received was delicious.

Paid for double flavour but I wonder it was double + when I’ll collect them, no cup support provided. Can do better.

I ordered two sundaes which cost almost £6.50 each and was expecting amazing things for that price.. only the ice cream and cream was almost melted and frozen fruit used so they were still frozen solid.. an hour or more to make and deliver them was way too long.

Delivery driver went to the wrong house and gave it to the wrong people, didn’t ring us when the door wasn’t answered apparently. People who work at sugar crush delivered this within 30 mins after realising what had happened and delivered that even tho there shift had ended. Thank you

The strawberry cheesecake milkshake tasted of nothing was just frothy milk couldn’t even finish it

Normally love this food but the last couple of times it’s been burnt. You can’t hide a burnt waffle with extra sauce…

Strawberry Cheesecake tastes like a cheap frozen dessert from a corner shop, used to be creamy and tasted/looked homemade, was a favourite but will not order again. Dissapointing!

Food we got was nice but ice cream was missing from the order.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the owner for his kindness and support of the disabled. Opening before hours being attentive to the customers . This is how business succeeds. It's attention to detail. . And recognising that disability is not a crutch. So well done you. Your cake coffee and ice cream was amazing so to all take a stroll up it's more than worth a visit.

They forgot my frozen lemonade, delivery driver said he would come back but never did. Other then that it was pretty decent

Always good food and tasty desserts, tried something different today, went for warm custard and cake. My only critique is we got notified it was on its way but that took 25 mins so they were cold when they arrived. But overall really good. I'll still be getting a sundae again next time because they're the best!

Order form here quite regularly, always get my order correct and absolutely loads of toppings and sauce on waffles, tasted great hot or cold

Got wrong milk shake I ordered milky bar got Milky Way

Delivery time stated 45-60 minute, waited hour 15. Long wait just for wrong food to come. Ordered previously and has a very long late wait that time too.

The waffle was burnt and ruined a perfectly good desert. Never had this issue before so quite disappointed. Wasn't eaten and wasted peice of food

I was hesitant ordering from here due to mixed reviews but I’m so glad I did, absolutely awesome food, ordered large slush, banana milkshake and make your own waffle and honestly couldn’t fault anything, lovely bubble waffle held in sauce perfectly albeit absolutely swimming but I can’t complain about that it’s the best but but great ice cream to top it off too, all completely fresh and a REAL BANANA MILKSHAKE !!!! Complete with a larger straws so can actually drink it, best place in town for the milkshakes alone, will defiantly be ordering again

So I ordered the sticky toffee pudding and corn flake tart both with custard, the sticky toffee pudding was so dry and just crumbled off I couldn’t finish it, then when I tried the cornflake tart! I don’t even know where to start! I had a little bit and I couldn’t have anymore it was like soggy cereal!!

4 items ordered were not received. Very disappointed
