Coffee Pitstop, as you do. Very quiet, quick service, decent latte (always better in a glass).

Costa has very nice coffee but it is to modern and expensive

The team at Costa deliver the most outstanding service and I am delighted to spend my workdays there. I have been privileged to forge good friendships with staff and customers. They make 'going to work' enjoyable and I know other regulars feel just the same. I have heard it said that the coffees are somewhat secondary to the good feel and community spirit present within the shop! I find the speed and quality of service to be of the the highest order. All staff members are personable and friendly. They are customer focused and totally in tune with customer needs. On a more practical level, the tables are always clean and the internet is speedy and reliable; ideal for me trying to run an accountancy business without office premises. The team is a credit to the town of Scunthorpe and I wish them all very well.

After a stressful day, I decided to have a restorative coffee before heading home as Road closures locally added to my journey . Lovely staff, cheered ne up no end. I'll be back 👍

It was an amazing experience which ended in an exhilarating Columbian latte. You could almost taste the sweat of the hands of Columbian peasants who picked the beans .

I called at the outside service hatch because I had my dog with me and there were no cars waiting. The service assistant was very helpful and allowed me to order my drink at the drive through. The cafe is wheelchair accessible but I've never been inside.

I walked for about 15 mins only to be told it’s drive through only at 6pm!! I asked if I could just order at the drive through counter and my business was rejected. I will never buy coffee from there again!!

Amazing coffee ☕ with a nice friendly atmosphere.

We have visited this costa a number of occasions now the staff are very rude and always get the order wrong and when you ask them to change it they’re very rude about it. It’s dirty and you always wait ages to get served. I will not be returning to this costa again and will be advising the rest of my colleagues in the ambulance service not to either

Come to go through the drive through but it was coned off so had to go in which is a pain because we are both disabled . And the attitude of the staff wasn't good . Will not be going again

As always ,excellent coffee, produce and service . Only shop every fortnight ,but costa is on the top of the list for a refuel ,after a marathon trek up and down the foodstore aisle . Both my husband and myself look for ward to the toasted sandwiches and tea and coffee. Really the best . Everytime served with a friendly smile and kind words from obliging staff .

Nice cafe ,nice and clean and staff friendly .There's plenty of places to sit . Only thing I didn't like was the menu on the wall kept flashing to different menu and I couldn't see what drinks they had properly.

Despite using the drive through just after the opening time no-one took my order after waiting at the speaker so I moved round to the window to order and a guy just waved his finger at me, moved some blocks of wood holding the window shut and walked away. I waited but nothing so drove off and spent my money elsewhere. Bizarre customer (lack of) service 🤷🏼‍♂️

Coffee good but tables and floors are disgusting. Cleaner just wiped the bin out and now using the same cloth to wipe the tables! Puts me off eating here.

Of the chain coffee bars in the UK, Costa is consistently decent. The only gripes are that UK coffee sizes are way too big, and the coffee is always like lava. It also really winds me up when I'm asked if I want milk in my Americano...petty stuff, but I am a miserable old git!

Took them 3 attempts to get my order correct 1 girl serving 1 girl making drinks she was like a machine bless her both flat out not fair

Gingerbread and Cream Latte was spot on. Even got a mini Gingerbread Man hiding in my cream.... I then proceeded to watch him slowly melt away into my hot latte..... Because I am savage! Plus its yummy 😋🎄

I was there with my friend,should be open till 21 that was one of reason why we choose it,unfortunately about 17.50 one from staff person informed us that they are shutting down 18.00.A bit disappointed 😞

I use Costa a lot for my coffee. Good coffee & outside seating area.

First time in the Scunthorpe costa. Other than the funny tasting water which is to be expected in england it was fine.

Ran out of salted caramel syrup for any of the hot drinks we wanted ..turns out others couldn't be made because of that either; like the salted caramel promotion option at the time for instance....why wouldn't you just order extra syrup if your promoting drinks that use the same syrup obvioisly your going to be using more of it.... unprofessional that a brand as established as Costa ran out of something so easy to attain ..all other signature drinks were coolers and frappes or just werent appealing. Not interested.... Not much speciality choices for hot drinks to give the consumers something a bit different...they were just your bog standard coffee options available aside from that...I personally prefer Starbucks customer service and will not change my mind anytime soon. We ended up getting drinks from maccies round the corner we weren't dissapointed to drive away from here empty handed.

Service is always slow. Never enough staff on to manage the customers waiting. Don’t even bother using the drive through, the service is even worse. Not the fault of the employees. To the owner — Hire more staff. Stop being cheap

So 4 of us went in for coffee and cake and 3 of us were offered napkins ! ...The staff tried to fit 4 cakes and 4 drinks all on a tiny tray, until I offered to take the cakes ahead of the coffee as it looked like the guys head was going to implode trying to figure out that it wasn't going to fit all on that 1 tray,... he should have given 2 trays , all the cake were hard and stale tasting not fresh ,... and the coffee was soo cold the sugar couldn't dissolve ...the 4 of us was also offered 1 knife and 2 folks for our 4 cakes for 4 people , I think someone may need to do a maths course there .

Despite waiting at the drive through kiosk for 3 minutes & giving up/no answer, the staff would not take my order at the window because I then had cars behind me. "You're going to have to drive through again" Poor service & ludicrous policy.

Had the valentines drink and it was good, but not sure ill get it again. I usually buy their coolers. The berry one is delicious! My hsuband really likes the iced lattes. The only dissapointment is that when we go through the drive through, theres always a long wait, no matter when we go. It be quicker to park up and walk in but im far too lazy for that 🤣 we do enjoy our costa trips though.

Was the usual good Costa service and coffee. Only downside was that is felt very squashed. Very little room between the tables.

Great service, fantastic staff with a lovely cheery smile! They got part of my order wrong - it was very busy - and quickly sorted it smoothly with no hassle or trouble, and given with a lovely sense of humour.

Always seem to be running out of stuff

Great choice of coffees and seasonal specials. However, for those who are dairy/lactose intolerant there is only soya milk as a free alternative milk as the others (oat, almond, coconut) all come at an additional cost. The app and website does show clear allergens in both food and see drinks, as does the menus screen in the shop. Although, those who are dairy/lactose intolerant are not able to have the option of a hot chocolate. The drive through opposite Tesco is a good idea, but even during not so busy periods it is a slow process, which is not due to the servers who work hard to provide a swift service.

It's OK they need to learn not to waste milk. Not half as good as the coffee in Italy or Australia. They wouldn't touch it there.

I use this costa a few times, normally I use the drive thru but this time I visited the shop for a sausage breakfast bun but had none left at 10am, was very disappointed as they only had vegan breakfast in. I'm sorry not everyone is a vegan, will visit other costa from now on. This costa is always busy, will avoid if poss.

When arrived every table had a dirty tray on and had to clear one to sit down. Not really a problem but should be kept clean, specially in these times.

We love dropping into Costa when out shopping. Great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere.

Good coffee but it’s a waste of time doing click and collect here unless you wanna be late for work or wherever you’re heading. Thought I’d save time on a couple of occasions, arrived at the coffee shop ten mins later. No coffee. Then had to wait for it to be made. What’s the point of offering this service. Tried it the second time in case the first time was a blip. It wasn’t. Staff always pleasant enough though

Fed up of Costa always running out of things, this time medium cups for frostinos

Dreadful. Ordered two cold drinks, cost seven pounds plus. Went to drink mine and lid fell off. Had to ask for a cloth, another drink was made but only the guy who handed me the cloth said sorry. I won't be visiting Scunthorpe drive thru again.

Order was recorded incorrectly, we had to add the extra items missed at the collection point. Also, we ordered a small mocha but got a small latte instead. As we used the Drive Through we only noticed after we had left.
