I never usually do reviews on here, but I’m honestly so irritated that EVERY TIME without fail something in my order is wrong. Usually I get the wrong drink and the wrong cookie, but today took the cake as I ordered a meal deal for two which is meant to come with a Litre bottle, but we got a single 500ml bottle instead. I don’t know why it seems staff are incapable or reading the receipts correctly, or are substituting things, but I would honestly prefer you just decline the order.

Ordered just a meatball and they gave me a meatball with stone cold steak ontop?? Ruined my whole sandwhich. Bread clearly wasn’t toasted as it arrived luke warm and turned cold after 2 bites

My food took longer and also not how I ordered it. Not toasted when that’s selected

Delivery Bag was OPEN with tamper free sticker torn open.. and Waffle fries appeared to have been opened and half eaten and NO SAUCE on them ...seems " someone" was a bit more hungry than us...POOR POOR SERVICE

We had 5 items in a delivery...and the delivery bag was open upon myself taking it from the driver... Upon opening it we discovered that the LRG WAFFLE FRIES WE had ordered looked to be half eaten plus none of the requested garlic n herb sauce was not on / with them...and were very cold....its approx a mile from our hotel .!!- Clearly someone was perhaps more hungry than we were....AND WE HAD laid a tip for courier in our order with Just eat App.. Really disappointed....

Had a subway from cherry tree road last week, waited an hour and a half turned up cold and wrong. Thought I'd try this one as it's similar distance - night and day! thank you for actually reading the notes :)

Fantastic order - plenty of salad and everything exactly as we had asked for. Delivered with cutlery too. Polite delivery driver who delivered fast. Will definitely order again!!

Ordered a chicken salad. No chicken in salad. Just salad and sauce…

Ordered the new club master 6 inch meal, which had no poached egg. And also was missing the packet of cheese & onion crisps from the meal.

I ordered a BMT, toasted and didn’t ask for any cheese/sauce. Opened it to a cold wrap not toasted with it having cheese. Why can’t you read what the order says? So many times I’ve ordered and don’t know why I keep coming back as you keep messing it up!

Absolute joke!! Ignoring how the tub of sauce and packet of cookies were missing, the entire order was freezing cold! The wedges weren't cooked throughly and were hard and inedible. The other 3 items were borderline freezing. The bread was incorrect and stale, couldn't even eat half of it so just ate the insides. The selected salad was also incorrect, half not there then items added that wasn't selected. It took way too long to be delivered, the driver drove up and down my street, past my house at least 3 times before finally stopping and delivering. This entire order shouldn't of happened. Just Eat are ridiculous, refusing a refund, refusing to refund for the items that didn't even arrive! As an 8 month pregnant woman, I was very much looking forward to my cookie :/ I absolutely love subway but this one seems to always have at least one issue.

Chips soggy and no onion sauce. Ordinary coke instead of diet coke, cookies wrong flavour and broken in bits and plain crisp instead of cheese and onion and that's before I have eaten the sandwich

One sandwich correct, other sandwich completely wrong, had cheese on it and was toasted where as I had asked for it not to be toasted and hadn’t asked for cheese

How can you get things so wrong? Huge difference between Tropicana Orange Juice and Fanta! Also, requested cucumber and lettuce, got tomato!! Which then left the sandwich inedible due to a tomato allergy.

Sandwich was toasted, l asked for untoasted. The crisps were missing. The muffin was missing. The cookie was the wrong type.

Subway got the order wrong. Charged £15 for a plant pate sandwich and left the pate out. So paid £15 for a salad sandwich. Also sent wrong flavoured crisps - total waste of money

Absolutely brilliant ❤️prices a tiny bit over the top but the food was worth it, nachos sauce a bit cold but it was earlier than expected so overall great thank you

Simply 2 meal deal order, sandwich spot on . Sides completely wrong, drinks just come out of the oven, only have one job…. Make sandwhich , pack order, can’t even do that , £30 for two meal deals and can’t even get it right!

I ordered 12 cheese bites and 5 in the meal and got 0 it was replaced with chicken bites that I didn’t order

Very poor service, half the order was missing, items were not available (wasn’t notified until I rang and that took 20 minutes for it to be answered but still charged now have to wait a week for a refund) then had to go down to the shop as they can’t deliver again for some of the missing items and then they were wrong when we got home, certainly won’t be going again. Very poor

I never received my order as it was sent to the wrong address even though the screenshots I have prove I never set that as the address, I called the driver and he said he would bring it to my address if I gave him extra cash which I declined so I should be entitled to a refund as I have had to order the items again and I am out of pocket completely due to the utter incompetence or your app as I have never ordered to that address for a number of years

Asked for fresh orange. Got peach and mango cordial. Asked for chilli Doritos - got a box of nachos or Doritos with salsa and cheese all over them

Ordered the baller sub, got sent a sandwich that resembled a bmt. Asked for bakewell cookie, got double chocolate. Delivery was alright, but don't expect anything you actually order. I'd complain but frankly I was starving and they wouldn't care either way. I won't bother ordering next time.

They sent us 3 Pizzas rather than the garlic bread we ordered. The wrong crisps for everyone. The wrap wasn’t heated up as requested. Overall it was disappointing.

The manager of this franchise can't even be bothered to update their opening times on Google maps. Wasted my time travelling to a closed business from the Promenade. Domino's pizza is closer, better and has the correct opening times advertised. F U Subway!

Why have you not put sauce on it

Wrong crisps and cookies delivered. Ordered chocolate cookies and received strawberry. Ordered 2 x meatballs subs and the meatballs were so dry and over cooked, we both spat the food out. Tasted disgusting. Not worth the money at all. So disappointing because subway meatballs used to so nice.

The steak and cheese wasn't great! Not much steak on and tasted like a really cheap pizza!

Unfortunately only 1 of the x3 cookies turned 2.

Missing my cheese bites Hash browns where not nice

There was no crispy onions on my meal what i asked for. And i ordered milk chocolate chip cookies and got dark chocolate cookie this the second time now in 2 weeks...

Rubbish. Ordered and came all wrong. Asked for them to call me and no one did just sent what they wanted basically.

Missing most of my items and what did come was stale,and wrong item. Plus when I phoned the store the guy was huffin and puffin and was rude as anything on the phone.I advise stay well clear from there.

The actual sub was fine. The cookies that I ordered however were wrong. You sent me the macadamia cookies when I ordered the double chocolate and chocolate chunk cookie.

The server was fab. Food was exactly what i expected from Subway. The place was clean and tidy but we took our food to eat at home.

The order clearly states a 12 inch sub and we received a 6 inch. Other stuff missing from order and when I phoned up I was told if I wanted another sub I would have to go and get it. Rubbish service

Went to shop only to be told no toasting no onions no coffee and no tea. The service was awful, the staff was on their phones all the time and the toilets was disgusting the toilet had not been cleaned for weeks with the look of it. I will not be using that subway again.

paid for double meat and cheese, didnt get either, no lettuce. no sweet onion sauce, hash browns were cold not even luke warm. so so disapointing. you literally have one job to do! make a sandwich the way i like it.. its happened twice now where i have paid extra but not got them in my sandwich. sort your workers out management!

We were missing one of our drinks.

The food was late and i have video of the delivery driver throwing my order on my doorstep after knocking.

Shocking customer service. Rude, unprofessional manager berated a younger member of staff who clearly had not been trained properly. Sunday 29th January. This was after she stopped cleaning the toilet loudly, whilst there was a queue of 4 people. Food was fine. Staff a big problem.

6 double chocolatecookies are missing

Don't understand how they can get an order so wrong? Ordered two 6 inch sandwiches one was literally a PLAIN ham toasted no cheese with cucumber, one was a tuna toasted with cheese lettuce mayo and onions. They missed out one whole sandwich somehow and sent me a ham sandwich with onions and lettuce on? Something that neither of us could eat. It was like a weird hybrid mix of both or sandwiches. It's the second time this has happened...

Absolutely shocking. Ordered roast chicken sub- not one bit of chicken on it!. Hot food arrived stone cold. Bread was no gluten free although that’s what was ordered.. will not be ordering again!

I asked for x3 double chocolate cookies. I actually received the vegan cookies instead of the ones I asked for.
