Subway Squires Gate in Blackpool

I don’t understand why there is an option for sauce on a salad because twice my salad has arrived dry, so the order isn’t being read properly. Which is confirmed by the fact I had a food item missing also.

bread was horrendous, not toasted , cheeses missing and cookies not what I ordered went in bin

The waffle fries were diabolical totally soggy and inedible. However the sandwich was fine

Delivery driver smoking in the car and gave the order to someone who didn't have the code

I just had the best experience today, I was served by a cute lad with glasses who was extremely polite and asked me how my day was. The sandwich was amazing and I can't wait to see him again.

I always use this subway even tho I’m in between 2 , it’s always on time or early , never messed up an order , drivers are lovely and sometimes they even leave a nice note on the wrapping which will brighten your day

Entered the empty store at 3pm,greated with be one minute mate. Lad in back continues on his phone for another minute. Removes his gloves then has a stretch and a drink. At this point I'm over it , if this is your customer service standards ,how is your food hygiene. I'm always wary about subways as the hygiene standards and food safety, is usually the responsibility of few people with little oversight in place.goodluck with that empty store there, not worth the chance unfortunately.

Wrong bread and wrong crisps delivered! Awful

My order didn’t get delivered but when I looked on the app it said it had been delivered. I went in the store and got my order made for free with some free cookies which was nice. However I would still have liked a refund of the delivery charge.

Loved the nice note on the box, thankyou, only reason it's got 4 stars is because the bread was hard on some of the edges after it maybe being toasted but they paid attention to the notes on the order aswel, thankyouuuu

Could do with more crispy onions on it and bread underneath was slightly soggy but other than that all good

the sub I ordered was absolutely delicious, perfect amount of sauce and plenty of salad was served hot so was really happy about that as I'm pregnant. I will 100% be ordering from you again!! 😃👍

toasted sub was wrapped up tight and in a box so stayed nice and warm, waffle fries were warm too which is great. got a vegan cookie too, havent eaten it yet, but i actually got one in the bag which is rare so all in all great!

Didn’t receive most of my order and got things wrong apparently didn’t see a sub on there but they managed ro see the footlong cookie and drink nearly £50 spent to just get a cookie and a drink

Rubbish. Driver went to entirely wrong location even though had right postcode. I have NOT got my lunch AND the driver admitted he was in wrong place. He would not just go to the right place so I am out money and no lunch!!!!!

ordered a chicken sub with added bacon&hashbrowns. left a note for them not to forgot the hashbrowns which they have done previously..they just gave me a footlong hashbrown sub..with at least 5 bits of lettuce and some sweetcorn.

There was a misunderstanding on my behalf and I thought the food didn’t arrive so I left a bad review however the delivery driver was very polite and helpful and delivered my food!!

Pointless having the notes option they dont listen to it anyway, specifically put no sauces on my delivery note and they still plastered it in ketchup couldnt eat it, dont like ketchup

Order was inedible. Complete wrong order , arrived late & chucked in the bag. Absolutely would not order from here again. If you can’t fulfill the order correctly I suggest you cancel it in future.

Ask for peppers and red onion walked all the way home and had no peppers but jalapeños all over it. I dont like hot spicy food. My mouth is burning my eyes are stinging and won't stop watering 😫 this is not the first time orders have been wrong from squires gate. Wont be returning to be let down a fifth time.

I never usually do reviews on here, but I’m honestly so irritated that EVERY TIME without fail something in my order is wrong. Usually I get the wrong drink and the wrong cookie, but today took the cake as I ordered a meal deal for two which is meant to come with a Litre bottle, but we got a single 500ml bottle instead. I don’t know why it seems staff are incapable or reading the receipts correctly, or are substituting things, but I would honestly prefer you just decline the order.

We had 5 items in a delivery...and the delivery bag was open upon myself taking it from the driver... Upon opening it we discovered that the LRG WAFFLE FRIES WE had ordered looked to be half eaten plus none of the requested garlic n herb sauce was not on / with them...and were very cold....its approx a mile from our hotel .!!- Clearly someone was perhaps more hungry than we were....AND WE HAD laid a tip for courier in our order with Just eat App.. Really disappointed....

Delivery Bag was OPEN with tamper free sticker torn open.. and Waffle fries appeared to have been opened and half eaten and NO SAUCE on them ...seems " someone" was a bit more hungry than us...POOR POOR SERVICE

Fast Service, Friendly Staff and easy to Park

Had a subway from cherry tree road last week, waited an hour and a half turned up cold and wrong. Thought I'd try this one as it's similar distance - night and day! thank you for actually reading the notes :)

Fantastic order - plenty of salad and everything exactly as we had asked for. Delivered with cutlery too. Polite delivery driver who delivered fast. Will definitely order again!!

Ordered the new club master 6 inch meal, which had no poached egg. And also was missing the packet of cheese & onion crisps from the meal.

I ordered a BMT, toasted and didn’t ask for any cheese/sauce. Opened it to a cold wrap not toasted with it having cheese. Why can’t you read what the order says? So many times I’ve ordered and don’t know why I keep coming back as you keep messing it up!

Absolute joke!! Ignoring how the tub of sauce and packet of cookies were missing, the entire order was freezing cold! The wedges weren't cooked throughly and were hard and inedible. The other 3 items were borderline freezing. The bread was incorrect and stale, couldn't even eat half of it so just ate the insides. The selected salad was also incorrect, half not there then items added that wasn't selected. It took way too long to be delivered, the driver drove up and down my street, past my house at least 3 times before finally stopping and delivering. This entire order shouldn't of happened. Just Eat are ridiculous, refusing a refund, refusing to refund for the items that didn't even arrive! As an 8 month pregnant woman, I was very much looking forward to my cookie :/ I absolutely love subway but this one seems to always have at least one issue.

Chips soggy and no onion sauce. Ordinary coke instead of diet coke, cookies wrong flavour and broken in bits and plain crisp instead of cheese and onion and that's before I have eaten the sandwich

How can you get things so wrong? Huge difference between Tropicana Orange Juice and Fanta! Also, requested cucumber and lettuce, got tomato!! Which then left the sandwich inedible due to a tomato allergy.

Sandwich was toasted, l asked for untoasted. The crisps were missing. The muffin was missing. The cookie was the wrong type.

Subway got the order wrong. Charged £15 for a plant pate sandwich and left the pate out. So paid £15 for a salad sandwich. Also sent wrong flavoured crisps - total waste of money

Absolutely brilliant ❤️prices a tiny bit over the top but the food was worth it, nachos sauce a bit cold but it was earlier than expected so overall great thank you
