Called in for a coffee. Great service, friendly staff in a great position and offer lots of food choices . Shop is clean and tidy 👍

New staff in training so service is a little slow if in a rush. I didn't like the way the senior member of staff were talking to the new recruits. Proper condescending and rude and I could sense the intense atmosphere. A leadership course may be benefit staff delivering training here. Food was good as you would expect from Subway.

Horrible,got robbed.no kids toy no cookie.young man on till terrible attitude,was acting like he hates his job and dosent want to be there.dont take it out on customers.my son whos 8 could fo abetter job.dont waste your money in pemberton wigan subway.

Nice place but portions are getting smaller, particularly salad box. I get tuna salad box, double meat is single size compared to other Subway outlets in the area, and more mayonnaise mixed with the tuna obviously to eke it out and go further. Again comparison is with other local subways. Coffee cups never ever full. Probably another effort of the Pandemic...

Most of the staff here are rude and do not know how to deliver good customer service.The franchise manager has passed the blame on to just-eat delivery drivers for how the staff in this subway restaurant treated me and my mother. This makes no sense and is clear that the workers here aren’t bothered and neither is management.

Polite staff, large order turned round rapidly and efficiently.

Food was awful. Have to asked them to changed the gloves. Never go again.

Order came completely wrong! Ordering a MEATball marinara on Italian herb and cheese. Received a MeatLESS meatball on plain Italian bread. Thought I’d give it a try before complaining but those meatless meatballs are absolutely disgusting, would not recommend those. Had one bite and had to throw away, waste of money. Apart from that the delivery was early and the driver was polite 👍🏼

I’ve ordered a Italian herb and cheese with BLT/meats every time with chipotle sauce I’ve been here and been sent the plain bread and no sauce with chicken tikka every time.. no matter what I order it’s like they send me this because that’s all they know how to make.. ive been refunded by Uber eats every time.. I’m not ordering from here again.. terrible staff who never get the order right!

It took 30mins to get served and there was only 2 people in front of me. 👎

Ordered for delivery, ordered two footlong sandwiches and one of the new steak and cheese miniature bites. Both footlongs were well made with the correct fillings in but one had a long blonde hair in. The steak and cheese bite had missing salad and the wrong cheese and was mangled up in the delivery bag. Very disappointing for the price. Never again...

Good service friendly staff good food and drinks

Fresh 6 inch or 12 inch subs,various breads and multiple meat or vegetable combinations. Cookies, coffees, cold drinks and side dishes. What's not to like?

Plenty of choice with friendly staff. Restaurant was clean as where the facilities. I would highly recommend this place.

Two of the staff at pemberton subway was stealing out of the charity tub for change for the till but never put money back in the charity tub what they had taken out which is bang out of order these charity's are putting there tubs in stores as trust to help people and people like that are taking money out of it absolutely disgusting

My usual fare for the week. Subway salads under rated and great if on low carbs diet.

Food is overpriced swill for an extortionate amount of money!! Will never have another subway again, they can keep their so called fancy sandwiches....I could make something better myself without remortgaging my house!

Toilets had clearly not been checked in some time, i had to ask for Toilet paper from the food counter, then there was no soap in the Toilet. Food was nice.

Parking can be an issue as nearby car park small and this subway opens up o to a main road. Standard subway though, everything you would expect

Brown lettuce, chicken stone cold when asked for hot and staff complaining to eachother about not covering anymore when other members call in sick. Staff need to attend to customers and speak to a union if concerned about work life balance.

I often come here on my way to work in the morning, and the service is that good I felt I had to get this Subway added to TripAdvisor and write my review. The staff in here are so lovely, especially Ang (I think that's her name)...she seems to be able to remember everyone's sandwich choices. The sandwiches are always made exactly who they are asked for, cleanliness is always of a very high standard and everyone is always so chirpy and polite. It is always a pleasure to come here...

Whenever I order food there a meat has not a taste at all. Ordered a couple time chiken footlong sandwich with sweet chilly sauce. Chiken was cold and tasteless. Same in Wigan Centre Subway.

Great food very clean staff brill.

No sugary drinks. All and I mean all sorts drinks dangerous.. they contain harmfully sweeteners. Biggest cause of heart attacks. Sweetners. The sugar tax was told help kids eat fruit. No sugar tax. No cheap healthy fruit for kids.

It's Subway. Decent food, not outstanding. Never had a bad meal here, never had a fantastic one. It's just middle of the road cheap, quick food. Staff have been very slow on recent visits.
