The portion sizes are shocking just enough for a child always use this chippy will not be returning

Prices gone up and the portions have gone down

Good food but think it’s changed hands. Portions and prices not what they used to be and quality of food is no better.

Really good food and value for money but on this occasion, I could of issues with order gravy and chips sent small when regular ordered. Also missing one small battered sausage when 2 ordered. Only a small issue and usual service top notch.

Chips and curry portions tiny with the tiniest amount of curry almost nonexistent absolutely ridiculous. Not cheap neither. Whole order bland. Ordered for 7 people from work and didn’t hear one good word said about it. Will never go again.

Stood there for 10 mins being ignored while 2 staff were doing online orders . One member of staff then went and served the guy who came in after me even though I told her I was next and she still ignored me. Walked out and took my business elsewhere. Staff need to learn a bit of customer service!

Did not receive Steak and kidney pie

my rice came half cooked and items missing can of tango and hashbrowns and a steak pudding

I ordered the fish and chips and was not disappointed. Great service, large portion of delicious food, and reasonable priced. What more can you ask for?

I usually use this chippy a lot but this order is really bad. £3 odd for a large chips and you get very few! Used to get loads. Usually share them out but will have to sort something else out tonight as they contain about 20 chips. Not impressed.

Cracking food delivered deliciously on time, hot and mouth wateringly good. Tried a sharing box (as we had a stampcard discount available) as well as some chips and an apex level battered haggis. More than happy with everything :)

Ordered food for delivery. Part of the order was missing. We phoned and were told it would be on its way but no apology. 2 hours passed so we phoned again getting a snotty response that it can't be delivered without a driver who was in Skem at the time. It never arrived. We now have to follow a process to get a refund online. Food is nice, service and attitude is poor

Every time ordered food no complaint Cod is beautiful nicest cod ever. Everything really. Even portion sizes really generous

So I order chips rice and curry and a large sausage to say the least it was dreadful. One mouth full and could eat no more it was hotter than a vindaloo obviously dropped a pot of chillie powder in to go with it.. then when phone she laughs at me and says that how it always been well it not as I have ordered from there previously and on many occasions. If it was edible I would of eaten it as I don’t go out of my way to order food and not touch it to say the least am raging at how unhelpful she was and laughing at me al throw it in your face and see how your eyes feel then you can tell me it edible

Waited three hours for food Then after two phone calls later and being lied to Mediocre food came Very disappointed

Cancelled the order after waiting for nearly 2 hours and food had still not arrived. Please arrange a full refund

Order hasn't arrived. Called the Chippy and said delivery on the way. No actual update or recourse. Ordered at 6:25pm,was marked as delivered at 8:00pm and its now 8:13pm

delivery driver was brilliant, food was good and as a Scottish person, I have tried the haggis at wallgate chippy and it was undercooked, but the haggis from kittgreen chippy the haggis was really good will defo go back for more

We were advised the order was delayed on the app. As we approached the expected delivery time I tried to call the place i ordered from but there was no answer and no call back despite me leaving my details. I was unable to cancel, and no refund (whole or partial) was offered. Very disappointed.

Ordered all the usual chippy stuff - chips, fish, jumbo sausage, curry sauce - and also tried a battered haggis for a bit of a giggle and as it's Burns night tomorrow. Everything was lovely with the haggis being a genuine standout item, will defo be ordering and eating battered haggis again 😀😀😀 Cracking chippy IMHO.

Kebab meat was very dry and hard, and unfortunately cold

Food quality was very poor the mix kebab looked and tasted as though it was cooked the day before very bad taste and quality think I will not use again

Crispy fish on top, but I asked pea's separate, which didn't happen, so unfortunately the bottom was soggy. Nice otherwise, but made the crispy chips soggy too. Nice tasting, flakey fish. Probably a bit expensive, I think the fish dinner was £11 The fruity curry is nice but the 'hot' curry was unbelievably spicy, so be careful 😂

Snack barm was horrible. Like it had been fried last week. Dry and rubbery. Chips and gravy were ok but ordered 1 large and 1 small but only got the small. Fish didnt look all that but I didn’t eat it. The person who did seemed to enjoy it.

Perfect...Chicken kebab & donner meat fresh and juicy. Chips great and ready exactly when advised. Chilli sauce is super spicy be warned!

Absolute rubbish. Just waited 25 minutes just for a kids nuggets and chips which also cost £4.90. Nuggets n chips were bland, I wouldn’t even feed them my dog. Don’t go here!

The food was really good as always, ordered a pie dinner and it was just pie and chips though no peas and no gravy just dry. Very disappointing.

Over 30 mins late. Ordered before 17 00 to be delivered at 17.45 but came about 18.20. One of the meals was wrong (gravy on fish wasn't ordered). The food was eaten as we were ravenous but disappointing experience.

Good not bad but ridiculously over priced. £14.99 for 6 small chunks of chicken was poor value for money. Won’t use this place again.
