04 May 2025. Ordered men at the touchscreen and did not get a receipt. Took a number for take service. Looked for a table and all the surfaces were filthy. Sat at a table for over 15 minutes for my food and it never came. Went to service desk to prompt them and they said there was a delay with the chicken. Finally got food 20 out so minutes after ordering, though was pleased to at least get an apology, though the table service number was left on the table and not removed by the person delivering the meal there were several abandoned numbers on other tables. The food was hot and up to standard when it vane. Wanted to go to the toilet after the meal and it was not the cleanest and the toilet wouldn’t flush. A bad experience overall. Surely it can be ran better.

I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER I WAS SCAMMED OF MY MEAL.

I had 3 mini fillets, they were very tasty and a good late night snack.

Decent quality food, seemed fresh. Also had some dipped bites but forgot to take a picture - they were good with a decent amount of sauce. Some KFCS are too tight with the sauce but a good amount is needed to coat the bites, and it was good here. Made use of the table service and food was delivered to the table quickly. Staff were all pleasant and friendly. WIll return if go back to Nottingham.

We ordered KFC through uber Eats to arrive between 18:00-18:30 but was delayed due to lack of drivers arrived 19:44 KFC Halal Despite our disappointment from uber eats , KFS Did really well as the Chicken & chips warm & delicious , beans tasted very artificial which we threw in the bin .

Tried the KFC gravy dipping double bucket , a great deal for two, offering generous portions at a good price. The gravy is rich and flavorful, but if you love spice, extra dips are a must. The chicken, however, wasn’t as crispy or juicy as expected. Still, a solid choice for the price!
