Subway in City of London, Westminster

It's somewhat off the main road so a bit hidden so it means no customers which is great for me. Service was functional...not great nor bad. Better than other Subways where you're greeted with a look of disgust. Ordered on app so it was pain free and relatively quick to collect. They should have a separate counter for collections though so you don't have to wait...like Argos...and maybe include some cheeky freebies like a cookie for being a great customer and some subway merch like t-shirts and cups awarded to stylish looking customers. My order of a sub and cookie came in a comically large bag (see pic) ...although a larger one would have been even funnier. Rainbow cookie was very tasty ...but I nearly rang their HQ upon opening the bag... as the rainbow was hidden inside the cookie! (see pic). Misleading advertising there for sure. Overall decent though and I would go back. ✅

Amazing costumer service from Serge

There is only a couple of Subways I would eat in, New Cross & Lewisham! The staff are friendly and customer service is always good, when I go in they know my order as I am a regular customer. I do feel that depending on what sub you get it can be a little overpriced but when they have promotions and deals on they are worth getting. I like to go for the hearty Italian bread and if you go for the cookies I recommend the rainbow ones 👍🏻

This Subway location represents the poorest quality of service I have encountered in the United Kingdom. A thirty-minute delay resulted in the receipt of a substandard footlong sandwich. The fundamental purpose of Subway is to provide convenient and rapid meal service. the person who served us "Serge" was extremely rude to us and other customers. intentionally gave us £1 change in 5p coins . I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone . the management should take strict action against rude employees.

Ordered VI Brie sandwich, she forgot to put half the toppings on including the Brie before toasting , then didn’t ask about salad or sauces, and rushed me out the way. Bread was very stale. At least the bacon was hot…

Refused to give tap water to my friend who was severely dehydrated. Rajesh in particular was incredibly rude and I will never return to this establishment.

Staff in this subway are very friendly, pokite and helpful. The manager also is a good caring person who wants to make sure the customers all get what they came for as quick as possible too

BAD EXPERIENCE, they put to much pressure on you to order even if it is empty. They don’t have time for you, every product aren’t fresh. Olds bread… everything was cold, even the inside. Inside it is more cold than outside they put air conditioner in winter. I can find anything positif to say , maybe the smell is good but the taste isn’t match with it.

Me and my bf went here and the women servibg was nice when we came in but as i said my order 4 times she didn't understand what order i wanted in my roll and when I corrected her she threw away the wrong order into the bin in a mood and then after was really snappy the whole time till i had to pay and then proceeded to slam the orders when she gave it to me and my bf

very good place, they gave me gluten-free bread from the beginning without deceiving me (a common thing in subways for some reason). Good atmosphere with my friends. Felipe even played music and one of the employees enjoyed it a lot, he almost danced, the other was boring and did nothing. Very rich and attentive employees.

There is a guy who always opens at 8.30am who is always kind, polite and competent... he always offers new combos... and always explains to customers how to make sandwiches.... The other 3 employees are rude.. and do not respect hygiene standards... one of the boys made a sandwich after touching cash.... Touching all the ingredients... rude and arrogant... service 0 if they are there I avoid this subway

Hi, i visited your shop near bond Street station with some friends today. The service we had was horrible. A lot of employees were present Behind the till but the service was so slow. The employees were talking to each other about non work related stuff when I was trying to order. No one was wearing the beard nets or hair nets and the girls had piercing all over her ears and nose. (That is extremely unhygienic.) I wanted hash brown in my sandwich because I saw the container with 2pieces inside. The employee insisted they were out of stock and refused to offer me the hash browns that he did have. The cucumbers in the display fridge were frozen and I could see the ice accumulated on them too. I was served these frozen cucumbers in my sandwich. My friend ordered nachos and she found a hair in it. I have included a photo. The nachos themselves were stale and pretty soft. Everything about the experience we had here was unacceptable and very unprofessional I m trying to add some pictures. But I can’t I don’t know why

Was alright quite empty when I went. Got double meats same price as usual service was alright guy didn’t really care just wanted to serve me and for me to go lol. But hey ho that’s corporate food for you 😂nothing else to expect apart from usual subway stuff

As below: 'Unprofessional attitude, ignorant and clueless as well...' I called earlier today to place a big order for take away platters for a business meeting taking place next Thursday. The phone was answered by someone speaking very basic English, it was then quickly passed onto, I believe, someone in a senior position... It was very hard to communicate, none of my questions were answered, and I was told to check the website and call Just Eat... Clueless, unprofessional, ignorant. Ignore.

The order was good but the toppings were wrong - this also happened last week. In the BMT we had onions, no sweetcorn, no jalapeños, no cucumber. In the Tuna there were no crispy onions and wasn't cheese and toasted. We still enjoyed it but this seems to happen every single time we order from subway and we don't understand how it's so hard to get it right when it's written in front of you? I don't think I'll be ordering again as it's not worth the disappointment.

The food was as usual but when I asked for a sub he's super rude. The behaviour wasn't expected at all given I've been a regular customer at SubWay. I could appreciate that they're working during New Year day but treating customers badly is never a right thing. SubWay should definitely check in on these things. I ordered the veggie sub, but those employees didn’t change their gloves which they were using in meat section. After that the employee was behaving rudely. I never seen this type of behaviour in any restaurant , second thing is they didn’t put vegetables properly in sub.

Food was normal subway standard however the man working there was incredibly rude. Today (29 sept) I asked to use my points to redeem a free side, he put the wedges in the grill and then after they were cooked he tried to tell me that I couldn't use my points for that (just at their branch apparently, no other subway has said no when I've used my points) and since they'd already been cooked he tried to force me to pay for them. He shouted at me across the store for refusing to pay. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend visiting this branch.

went in there today got two footlongs and ask for two teas with my meal, while i was choosing my salads the till guy was can you hurry up and pay attuide i was like i am still choosing my salads the till guy said hurry up, and when my tea cups came i asked for tea bags and milk and till guy said why like what is wrong with these people just wanna take your money they dont even own the store and they treat you like .....

My order was meant to be deliver at 3:40 however I had to wait for 1:10 minutes to be able to get my order, it came cold and hard bread one of my friend was not able to have because it was really late and I would like to request a refund for a tuna sandwich.

All food items were delivered on time and the delivery driver followed instructions. The sub was tasty too. A happy customer!

changed from 2 stars to 1. the man making my sandwich had the dirtiest nails ever under the gloves. like they have been dug in mud. it was around his nail bed too it was so nasty. especially around food this is appalling hygiene. now the lady at the til, she already gave me a napkin because there was one scrunched up where she left my food i didn’t know though. i thought somebody else left there’s so i asked her for a napkin… she then took one and it was literally scrunched in her hand and she lazily chucked it on the til and not in my hand. that’s when I realise she already gave me one but it was so scrunched up so bad I thought somebody else left it. what’s with this place ?

The staff refused to scan the sub card. They actually put 4-5 sweet corns in a foot long sub 😂 like seriously just 4-5 They didn’t put sauces as well. In the nachos, there was no cheese and the the quantity was also very less. I really don’t know what they are doing.

My wife has eaten here twice. It is everything you expect from Subway. She repeatedly told me that it is so nice to eat something familiar after all the new tastes we are also enjoying in London.

Found this quiet spot off Oxford High Street, it wasn't busy at the time, plenty of outside seating, reasonably clean. Tight space indoors though, coffee machine opposite main door. Nice spot to grab a quick bite.

Order my food over an hour ago. No longer needed so called the restaurant to cancel who told me to contact just eat to cancel and the app just directed back to the restaurant. Called customer service didn’t get through to anyone despite being on hold the automated service asked me to rate my call??? Good then arrived stone cold deposited me asking the restaurant to cancel. Appalling! I’d like a full refund please!

I was a little bit disappointed with my sandwich. Normally you would get a few more slices of meat and a bit more salad, it was a bit thin. I also asked for a chocolate chip cookie but got a packet of ready salted crisps instead.

The staff had bad attitude. He was behaving like a dead person. They should be kind and have a smile on their faces.

Apart from being late when I called they weren't very helpful and when my order finally arrived it was all crammed in the same bag so the drink was warm the food was warm almost cold I received two bags of crisps and not my order of a cookie very disappointing

This Subway store is extremely busy! Located a stone throw away from Bond Street Station, the queue was straight out of the door and there was 9 people in front of me and it was a Sunday afternoon. To avoid disappointment, it's best if you order from this Subway branch before 4pm as after 4pm they run out of most bread options, some of the fillings are finished and most the sides and cookies are finished. The cookies are absolutely delicious and believe me Subway Cookies are extremely underrated and one of the best on the high street. However, due to them not being a big Subway branch they do not offer Vegan options such as the Meatless Marinara. On the other hand, they do have the veggie delight sub. The customer service here is brilliant and despite the employees being constantly under pressure due to the long queues they provide a quick, efficient and friendly service. I was served professionally and the staff were very good! They are not stingy with the filling options or the sauces. I am a huge fan of Subway and I have been eating Subway lifelong and this is one of the best branches I have been to! Sadly, gone are the days Subway used to be cheaper than a Tesco Meal Deal! Overall, I strongly recommend that you eat here as this is an amazing Subway Store convinently located a stone throw away from Bond Street Station.

I felt at home here, the two assistants were efficient and quick, and the Pepsi was cold and fizzy, it was just right. I really felt that I was eating something that was good for me. I managed to find a seat nearby because there is no table service there at the moment. My only slight issue was that one of the assistants didn't acknowledge my coupon for a free drink and packet of crisps at the till, until I reminded him, and I had to ask for my receipt because they didn't offer me one. Other than that I was happy.

As I was hungry went to Subway for a quick fix but unfortunately quite a lot of ingredients were out of stock including the new chili and paprika and the 9 seed grain multi seed. Ended up having the Italian herbs and cheese bread with steak. Overall, not bad because it is your own creation from what you choose as ingredients. Sadly, they didn't offer tea because the hot drink machine was out of service.

Your usual subway experience, nothing outstanding.
