The food was really nice and fresh in this branch. I’m surprised by the other bad reviews, as the same guy whose photo is on here was very friendly & polite & even offered me a free beverage.

Decent sub but upselling helmets

Very delicious sandwich... Would've like the option to choose what I would like to have it.. Also the choice of toasted or not.. But overall very nice... Gingerbread is massive and tasty

food missing and put in an order request and was ignored

Nothing wrong with the delivery, but with the actual order. I ordered a footlong expecting a sandwich with the toasted bread and whatnot. Instead i received a salad of the ingredients i asked for: there was very minimal chicken, mostly lettuce, and a small mix of the vegetables i asked for. This was nowhere near what i ordered and was horrible. Dont know if I’ll order from this subway again.

I placed an order today through Just Eat. First, the delivery took a very long time. Second, when it finally arrived, the food wasn’t very hot. I had requested tomatoes to be added, but they were missing, and there was very little Caesar dressing. Overall, I was not very happy with the quality.

I received excellent service today at this branch. The employee was working alone however managed to take on my businesses huge catering order. Friendly & appreciative of my order, he had it sorted in record timing. I will now be offering Subway as a catering option for events I host!!

Terrible service, never going back

Absolutely disgusted and worst service from a subway ever. The subway artists were a trio out of which 2 of them were not in their uniform. Very rude service, the guy in the picture said it’s not my businesses to ask for a good sub served. I was rushed to order. He wanted me order like he’s in a rush to go somewhere . The Lady serving there had no clue of how to make the sub, she didn’t change her gloves, and yet she was there making it. They Humiliated me for asking the vegetables and sauces I want. They didn’t even pack my sub properly. I’m not sure what the trio was rushing about. Guess they don’t understand the concept of Subway. Thank you for spoiling my subway experience.

Weird delivery driver started asking about my religion because of my name and wasn’t happy that I didn’t order form a halal subway which is ridiculous

Nice food but they’re wayyyyyy too salesy, insist you upgrade absolutely everything without telling it costs more, nice food though, but won’t be going back due to the service.

Produce is always fresh and crunchy, bread is light and fluffy absolutely delicious.. Delivery fast and efficient

The sub was made in a rush. Not closed properly and all filling fell out. Tasted fresh however and service was good. Shame the food wasn’t the best I’ve had compared to other subways. They have some seating in there and store was nice and clean.

I received hot food when the toasted option wasnt selected. I cant stand hot ham salad. Ive been left with an order i do not want. And now i have to wait another 40 minutes for something else to be delivered. Your staff really need to look at the order before assuming wither people want it toasted. I would have selected the toasted option if i did!

Wraps were tasty and filling. But 10p for a paper bag is ridiculous.

Can you please get delivers proper directions to homes because once again I had to leave me house and walk a good 5 minutes in the rain to get my food. No point to pay for delivery if I need to collect myself.

You should use a scale for the meat in the sandwiches because you dont know how much to put in it and when someone says that isnt the appropriate amount for 1 serving you ask him to 2 pounds for a second one? Unprofessional and stingy and it smells weird maybe the indian guy should take a bath. Dont recommend!

I love this subway, the staff is always so kind and sweet, especially today. I came in to order my usual, and was greeted with a warm smile and friendly guy. His customer service was superior, and he made the subway experience 1000 times better.

Been here twice, first time the server was rude to a delivery driver, 2nd time he was rude to me.

Drive was rude and lazy. Didn't buzz me called when I met him at the door he rushed to give me food aggressively. I am disabled and need time to walk up my stairs.

I have been to many different subways over the years, today I visited this branch. The staff were friendly and used gloves. The food was good as any other subway, there options for toppings seem more limited however this could have been due to the lunchtime rush.

Do these people hate their customers? Thieves. They overcharged and refused to acknowledge it. I wish I could report to Subway headquarters and get this closed down. They are downright disgusting.

Guy serving (roughly 40 y/o and of Asian descent) overcharged me and did not give me a receipt. I ordered 5 meal deals and it somehow came to £40. After checking their menu, he I realised I was overcharged by £4-£5. He was extremely rude to another customer who was queueing up. I am going back there to get my money back, but figured I’d review first. I’ve contacted my bank and subway to get my money back. Thief should not be allowed to serve customers.

I don't reomend people to visit this store I was in store this afternoon noon I want to pay by my subcad points but one of the staff member he was a male and waring black T-shirt he refused to do so but saying that its not working but I saw a customer who scanned his subcad in front of me when I asked about it he said u can scan but you can't pay after 2 minutes of argument he said me I don't want to serve you get lost which is really a unethical behavior for a brand like subway

Went to this subway as it was close to my uni. I normally get sub from the subway close to my house but this time wanted a different place. I told them that I want to use my points, but the guy in the till asked me where do I get subway from. And when I told a different subway, he started yelling at me and telling me that they can't accept my points as I took this points from a different subway. And later when I tried to persuade them he told me I can take it but its gonna be the last time. What the hell is this service. Subway is a brand not his personal shop. Someone plz teach him that every subway is same. It may have different franchisee but the company is still the same. So plz give that guy a bit training for customer service. This subway is the worst of all subway I went so far. Rating 0/10

I ordered it last night by mistake for today morning and got it cancelled but apparently it still went through and arrived stone cold.

Driver went to the wrong place to deliver, had called me to say he had rang the buzzer and I hadn't answered, he had rang the bell at a different property, had those people been in I imagine they would of accepted the food order which I had paid for, wen I spoke to him, he failed to take note of my direction so by time food arrived...it was cold!!

Food was bland. No sauces were put. The nacho chicken was soggy and the cookie tasted stale. Wont be ordering from this subway again

Placed order and half of the order is missing phoned up to complain could not understand what the person on the other end of the phone was saying very poor English...Will not be placing any orders in future. Beware because the delivery drivers don't speak English either so paid £22.37 for two rolls!!! Absolutely disgusted

Visited subway in hatton garden, isn't too bad nice food but the people taking orders couldn't understand simple English and ended up putting ketchup on my sandwich instead of South West sauce lol. I saw the funny side to it but don't let that put you off of a foot long.

Just driver did not collect my food, I ended up going to the restaurant and collecting my order myself.

This restaurant is not Halal but it is labelled as Halal on Just Eat. I have confirmed this with the restaurant branch & the Subway Head Office. I raised the issue with JustEat but they more interested in making money then compliance.

Amazing staff but the meat isn't HALAL!! Thats just causing its own downfall!! With so many Muslims in the area if it was halal they would triple Thier business. I am limited on the food here so I only go once a month or less but like me if it was halal I'm sure many more people would go there and more often. Right now it's dead. It's always quiet so it makes no sense to expand your customers

They didn't put southwest sauce which I asked for and there was barely any sauce anyways, it tasted very dry. I am very disappointed because I was really looked forward to eating my subway.

Masks should cover your face and nose and not be worn on the chin. They are not an accessory, especially when you have a cough. This is grossly irresponsible behaviour that could cost lives.

With so many other food options to choose from,, no wonder this place is quiet as they don't ask you if you want it grilled or with cheese. You just get it even if you don't want it.

Put in a HUGE order for delivery, and the guys at the restaurant got it all right, labeled up everything for ease of distribution, and threw in a few cookies for good measure! Happy, full team at this end. Good work Subway!! Two thumbs up
