Subway in Hillingdon

Forgot one item and couldn’t get hold of anyone to rectify. All good getting refund but I wanted the item!!

however the only disappointment was the Fotlong hot cross bun not even worth the price

Foode was not fresh. The meat was old, not first time

I ordered at 7:48 and it got delivered at 8:32 took way too long nearly a whole hour. Kept changing the delivery time when it was originally meant to be delivered around 8:05 - 8:15! Really unhappy

Shocking, missing half of order and what did arrive was damaged. When speaking to staff at subway on the phone the only thing said was to check the bag for food, completely ridiculous as I had called to state I was missing half of an order of only a few items in the first place. Lack of manners from gentleman on the phone. If you don’t mind £5 worth arriving out of £25 order, not for me to say the least

Got the wrong sandwich’s and wrong drinks very disappointing

do not order from this subway, when staff make a mistake with your order they ask you to order something else so they can delivery again with the missed items (which is stupid as if we wanted "cookies" we would have ordered some). they sent us 6 inch subs but we ordered footlongs and did not send items for the meal deal. also made comments on "the order didn't cost that much" which was a completely irrelevant as I did not received what I paid for regardless of the cost. no refund either.

Tuna melt was disgusting. Flat as a pancake soggy from too much onion sauce and cold as cold drink in same bag. Worst subway I’ve ever had!!!!

Poor amount of fillings. Online deliveries must be half the filling you get against going into the shop as they know they can get away with it. Some salad filling missing as was one sauce and the “hot food” was stone cold. Not going to bother online again. Don’t recommend at all.

Excellent service from Prath, attentive and patient, given the sheer number of options available. Good suggestions from a well mannered and polite young man, despite the slightly rundown interior of the premises. Subway was the highlight of Uxbridge on a miserable grey day.

The Order was incorrect on two things - one sub was missing salad and only one oasis arrived

So many promotions in store but the staff did not offer me any, bought a footlong, shown the subway app still charge me £7.50 although promotions said £4.99. also said free drink with foot long and was not even offered that.

Wrong order, call up and being told it’s the drivers fault.. then hung up on me! Great customer service once again wasted money on just eat.. how long is this going to go on for people wasting money and not getting the service they pay for and you pay a service charge??? Unbelievable

Entire order was wrong for my sandwich. All the toppings were incorrect.

Different parts of my order were wrong I asked for 3 cherry bakewell cookies and they put in toffee cookies instead, I asked for a Robisons drink with my meal and gave me a Mountain Dew instead, can not follow clear instructions from what the customer has asked and paid for.

Won’t ever order from here again. One sub was supposed to be toasted. It turned up ice cold. Why do they put an ice cold drink right on top of your hot food? Our other sub wasn’t requested to be toasted and the toppings were also wrong. Inedible. It’s ice cold. Not even cold. Ice cold. Terrible service. And over an hour for delivery too.

Been going here for lunch most days for the past 8 or 9 months and the staff are super friendly, they're very helpful, their food is unmatched, I commonly get a hearty Italian 6 meatball marinara with extra toasted cheese, pepperoni, onions, sweetcorn, peppers and ketchup, i don't mean to sound like a person with a boring appetite but the food is good enough to where I find myself going here almost every day, for whoever may read this, have a lovely evening

Subway food is great,everything i wanted. Obviously the food will never be as is freshly made or as hot but reached me in good condition and with everything i asked for with a nice delivery driver and was well reciprocated and received

A Subway that's a cut above the usual. Good food is expected, but the staff are genuinely cheerful and that makes eating there a much nicer experience than it might usually be. I had the Italian BMT and it was as good as any I've ever had.

Very frustrating. I submitted an email to JustEat, and I got an email reply that this order money will be refunded, so thank you for that, it’s appreciated, as the lateness of the order spoiled our evening.

The delivery was super fast. The food was wrapped as is in store. Obviously this type of product will not hold heat well but that was not an issue. Everything i ordered was to satisfaction and service was good

Baguette was arrived flat squashed with hardly any filling was flimsy and rubbery . I could not eat it it was that bad never again

They did not give points and gave me small fries instead of large

I ordered the nachos chicken from Subway Uxbridge. They send a plain bread with only small onions and jalapenos. There is no chicken and no nachos. Then i called the subway and inform them about wrong order they send but the manager of subway was very rude and harsh on call. He wasnt accepting his mistake. Worst experience with subway. I like subway stuff but after the behave of manager this is the last ordered i have done.

My Doritos was missing and the pepsi regular 500ml was actually 375ml

The bread was chewy instead of crunchy.

Everything was delicious and arrived really quick.

They made my sandwich wrong, when I called them, the staff member was very sarcastic telling me that I am wrong and then hung up on me! There's no question of me being wrong anyway as just eat asked me to send them pictures after agreeing to refund me. I'm really unwell today and just wanted what I ordered... disgusting service from the store.
