I am a regular customer here. Value for money and Pizzas are always great and that is why i always return to them. Not the friendliest of folks at the counter as they always seems to be in a hurry or stressed up. I dont bother much about ambience as it is mostly take away.

Normally the pizzas are well made but for some reason this time they used cheddar instead of mozzarella and didn’t get the base / crust right. Tasted awful.

Wow disgusting service this is how the pizza arrived and they refused to accept fault or send a new pizza! Clearly the pizza has been dropped on the floor and put back in the box. Never ordering from them again 🤮🤮🤮 this is clearly not edible! Waste of time and we’re still hungry.

Picked up two pizzas late on a Sunday. Both were fine. However, the top was loose on the spicy sauce which messed up the vegetarian pizza.

Delivery time passed, called and was told they could not call me,,?? I’ve used this restaurant in the past so have my details , chased again and told they made me a new pizza, it’s arrived an hour late and guess what, cold!!

Honestly its such a shame, the Pizza is really really good and even the curly fries and Fried chicken (dont get the beef burger tho), but the customer service especially 1 of the guys who works there is one of the most stingy, unhelpful and rude person that i've ever met. If they would just change that this place would go from a 2 to a 4 in my eyes.

We had very bad experience yesterday with awful customer service doesn’t know how to talk we ordered a vegetarian pizza and up on delivery we found a CHICKEN PIECE INSIDE when we contacted him he refused to apologise for his mistake and he said this type of things happens all the time which is very unacceptable for somebody who does not eat meat sorry but this is really bad and I would advise all vegetarians not to buy any thing from this place

The delivery from deliveroo took over 2 hours and when we tried to cancel we couldn't get a refund. #wheresmypizza

How many hours does it take to get a delivery from Deliveroo? After placing the order, the estimated time of the order increased to almost two hours. The restaurant informed me that Deliveroo couldn't find a driver. I cancelled the order after waiting almost two hours and the policy on Deliveroo states that if the order is more than 60 minutes late then the customer is entitled to a refund. I never received the order and still got charged for food which was never consumed and waited almost 2 hours for. Deliveroo refunded me a whooping £2.51 but refused to refund the full amount! Had this been a restaurant scenario I would have walked out and saved myself monies and the hassle. Btw I would rate 0 stars if I could. #deliveroodisappoints

Dropped in for Pizza. 2 x 9 inch for around £12 and they were excellent. Ate in seats and tables fine though more of a take away

Increased pizza price with inflation but reduced the toppings dramatically. I couldn't see all 4 toppings on half of a pizza. Customer service gone worse. Common guys pick yourself back up.

They change their chef quite frequently due to which we have to explain them the specifications we want. Everytime when we explain them, their staffs misbahave a lot and are very disrespectful. They make pizza according to their mood. Sometimes it is good but most of the time it is just ok. We have now decided not to buy pizza from La roma any more due to their bad behavior and bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Under new ownership, used to be best in town but now the staff are rude and unhelpful! Called up asking what offers they have and the guy couldn't be bothered to spend 2 mins to explain it to me and directed me to the "website" and after which one they just repeated the website. The previous time I went to the shop the two workers were fighting each other and shouting right in front of us. Completely unprofessional!

I do not recommend them for having lied to me, I ordered a large vegetarian pizza with prawns to take home, when they delivered the pizza I checked it in the car and it had no prawns, I came back and they told me they were all down even under the cheese but my surprise It was when I got home and my wife and I ate the pizza and there was no sign of the prawns that I had paid for as an extra and that the staff had told me that they were in my pizza, despite this we liked the pizza but I have say that we both had stomach problems the next day. but I do not recommend them because of the bad customer service and lying to my face for something that I had paid.

Bought stuffed crust pizza . Edges are rolled out without minimum cheese . They are almost empty . When this shop opened stuff crust was full of cheese . Now they it’s all empty . Despite of complain they did not listen and insisted that it has always been like this . Let the time pass more things will disappear from pizza

Avoid at all costs, the food is delivered cold, there were missing items. Even Uber Eats, has a menu that is different from what you get. The customer service is very poor and they usually put the phone down on you when you try to get a resolution to an issue. Serious bunch of cowboys and cowards to boot...

They aren’t italians. Pizza is full of cheese you won’t taste anything else, just cheese doesn’t matter what type you ordered.

Veggie burger was a little dry but had a great flavour and the pizza was fantastic. The chilli sauce was a bit different but the garlic dip was nice.

I don't normally eat takeaways but I was really craving a Qtr Pounder after a long day at work. So I purchased one from this takeaway and my god it was the best burger I've had in a while. It was juicy, not dry. Bun was perfectly toasted. Highly recommended. Oh and also the welcome from the staff was as if I had just walked to a family home, felt so welcome. Greeted with lovely smiles from all staff.

When it comes to pizza i am a tough nut to impress. This restaurant/ takeaway does the best pizza i have ever had including pizza hut. Staff are very nice people especially the dlivery guy who is a polite nice man.) I was told by the guy(his son) at the shop that the delivery guy is his dad & the 2nd owner of the buisness. If i had known that, i wouldnt have tipped him lol on his deliveries. 😂
