Disappointed uncooked food that is out of date plus drink out of date

Wrong order and food was cold and burnt.???

Food never arrived! I rung the restaurant only to be told the driver had returned my food to the restaurant and was UPSET because he had a parking charge! there was NO attempt from them to call my phone to make the delivery. I paid 21.45 for the food,. nothing has been said about a refund. the line cut off and has now become 'busy' when I try to ring back. why the app indicates my food has been delivered is beyond me. I'm REPORTING THIS TO JUST EAT ASAP

Great food but I didn't know how big the pattys will be, so i had to leave one to the side but it was very good. Delivery was perfect and very friendly, thank you for a wonderful experience

Bad experience at all. Not even one start. Zero star at all Waited for an hour and nothing. My order did not arrived. Called the restaurant but no responses. You could have at least inform me so that I did not have to wait for my food. Such an inconvenience!

After an hour and a half I called the restaurant. The owner then put the phone down on me and left it engaged so I couldn’t call back. I still haven’t got my food and he took my money!

Food delivered quickly and was nice and hot but the pizza was a big let down. The lamb meat used in the pizza must be out of date as tasted so bad, not sure what's happened with you guys. You use to always deliver the best tasting pizza but after yesterday's pizza I won't order from here again!!!

Order came 1 hour and 30 mins late and driver came to the wrong door, had to walk over to grab my meal. Restaurant did not answer any of my calls either. Poor service.

Order was delayed… app confirmed it was delivered but I didn’t receive. However 10-15 mins later order finally arrived and when I opened box the food was overcooked and tasted terrible, not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed!!!

I ate this food and now my stomach has been cramping the whole night. I have never reacted this way to any order. I am getting painful cramps. Do not order this horrible food. Food was also cold and was swimming in oil.

I have ordered for chicken marghreitta pizza, I have not received the order yet the estimated time shows 9:40am, payment done, poor customer service, I would not recommend this app to anyone, I need the refund for the order which I have not received.

Went to order a pizza from these guys on uber eats, they never delivered it, and would not answer the phone at all, I tried for hours to get in contact with them to ask if there was any mistake. Bear in mind this was after I called them to ask when it would be delivered and they answered immediately. I couldn't even get a refund. This is quite literally theft. They will ignore your calls and will steal your moeny and not even give you food, I just hope a nice lawsuit eventually catches up with them.

Just had the worst service by a man called “Gurinder” over the phone for my delivery order and I’m not even convinced that’s his real name. To the owner of this business; Learn how to run a business, because your employees, or your partners don’t know anything about customer service. I would give you a 0 if I could.

Paid £2.50 for green chilli but there was no chillies at all. There was also no salt. Generally, they are really good, but may be today was not my day.

I ordered nearly £90 worth of pizza as I was leaving my workplace today and wanted to give them something nice to eat. One of the pizza's a Margarita was delivered and it looked liked someone had sat on it! We had to prise the box open as all the cheese and tomato topping had stuck to the lid of the pizza box - just leaving us the dough base! When I phoned up to complain I got a very unhelpful answer saying as I had ordered online there was nothing they could do. I had photo's of the pizza but they didn't want them - asked for a refund of that pizza and they refused.

i ordered from here an hour and half ago and it’s still now here i called them so many and there phone was unavailable when they did answer they were so unhelpful and started talking in another language

I asked for dips, paid for them with cash to the delivery lady, & she lied and said the dips were in the bag. So I paid extra £2 cash for nothing. Too rushed, & they don't deliver quality because they doing things too quick. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order food from here.

poor customer service . made an order for delivery at 2am and waited for 2 hours, their phone wasn’t going through, never received my order , asked for a refund and the 2 guys talking to to me were extremely rude and laughing and speaking in a different language while i was speaking to them

I ordered my food about 2:45 before the restaurant had closed, the order was estimated to be around 3:40 and 4:00, just after 4:00 i got a notification on my phone saying the driver was on the way. My food never came it's now 4:45 and I've had no call or any message, I've tried calling the restaurant but it's closed so I can't get through to anyone especially the driver. A complete waste of £45. I better get a refund

Ordered from Just Eat and for some reason on the app they're called "Biryani Express" but the name of the shop is Sizzler Express. Half my order was missing, called once to ask why my delivery was late, she told me it was on the way. 10 minutes later I call again and no answer. What little food arrived was very bad and ended up making a sandwich at home which was better quality than the food from here. Will not buy from here again, not if my life is at stake.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady working there around 4am was extremely rude and ill mannered. She was saying that the delivery driver was waiting for 25 mins and tried calling me multiple times but I had not received ANY phone calls.

£22.99 for a pizza that was undercooked and looked vile. Tasted like wallpaper paste. £3.99 for a bag fee…there was no bag? And to top it off, it was left on the doorstep with no phone call so it went cold.

The cob salad was really good, but the pizza was overcooked. I also selected a "made to order" pizza with 5 toppings, but they forgot to put one of the toppings (or they ran out).

The worst food I have ever tried! Chips were so dry and the peri peri chicken was so bad and overcooked. The chicken has dried up sauce over it, I do not understand how someone has the heart to send a customer food like this. Almost like the chicken was reheated and sent over. Had to chuck everything into the bin as it did not look appealing or taste good.

The food was amazing, best pizza iv had in a long time, chips were fresh nd hot, nd chicken was also fresh nd hot. I couldnt possibly find any fault with my order at all, it was so tasty and delicious, also great portion sizes!!

They call me coz they are 6m away from my and they can not deliver -after they sey it will cancel my order , but 1 hr later it shows enjoy ur food .. Is not about 16£ , is about if they do like dat to 3/4 people a day … maybe they like to make money easily..
