Actually the food did come in the end. Saw other reviews and was in bad mood. Was bit late but oh well the driver was really polite for me and the food is pretty big.

The jalapeño poppers, bbq chicken wings and hot and spicy chicken wings were lovely! The meat feast was awful and can only be described BURNT! We are on a camping break and we’re really looking forward to this but it was a disappointment!

Atrocious service. I ordered late at night because they were the only place open. The driver called me to tell me she would call in 30 minutes when my order arrived. I never received a call. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and received no answer. They replied after an hour and gave me the number of the delivery driver. The delivery driver told me she called me which I am certain she never did. She hung up the phone on me. I later found my pizza on top of the dumpster. Horrible.

Not impressed I ordered their ranch fries before and they were amazing until tonight… there was no sauce on the fries at all very dry and cold bare in mind they are supposed to have ranch sauce and cheese sauce on, neither were applied.

Food never arrived! I rung the restaurant only to be told the driver had returned my food to the restaurant and was UPSET because he had a parking charge! there was NO attempt from them to call my phone to make the delivery. I paid 21.45 for the food,. nothing has been said about a refund. the line cut off and has now become 'busy' when I try to ring back. why the app indicates my food has been delivered is beyond me. I'm REPORTING THIS TO JUST EAT ASAP

I have ordered for chicken marghreitta pizza, I have not received the order yet the estimated time shows 9:40am, payment done, poor customer service, I would not recommend this app to anyone, I need the refund for the order which I have not received.

Went to order a pizza from these guys on uber eats, they never delivered it, and would not answer the phone at all, I tried for hours to get in contact with them to ask if there was any mistake. Bear in mind this was after I called them to ask when it would be delivered and they answered immediately. I couldn't even get a refund. This is quite literally theft. They will ignore your calls and will steal your moeny and not even give you food, I just hope a nice lawsuit eventually catches up with them.

Just had the worst service by a man called “Gurinder” over the phone for my delivery order and I’m not even convinced that’s his real name. To the owner of this business; Learn how to run a business, because your employees, or your partners don’t know anything about customer service. I would give you a 0 if I could.

Paid £2.50 for green chilli but there was no chillies at all. There was also no salt. Generally, they are really good, but may be today was not my day.

I ordered nearly £90 worth of pizza as I was leaving my workplace today and wanted to give them something nice to eat. One of the pizza's a Margarita was delivered and it looked liked someone had sat on it! We had to prise the box open as all the cheese and tomato topping had stuck to the lid of the pizza box - just leaving us the dough base! When I phoned up to complain I got a very unhelpful answer saying as I had ordered online there was nothing they could do. I had photo's of the pizza but they didn't want them - asked for a refund of that pizza and they refused.

I asked for dips, paid for them with cash to the delivery lady, & she lied and said the dips were in the bag. So I paid extra £2 cash for nothing. Too rushed, & they don't deliver quality because they doing things too quick. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order food from here.
