Subway in Leeds

The delivery guy didn’t even deliver the food. Marked it as delivered and wouldn’t answer the phone back to us. The actual Subway wouldn’t answer the phone to us either. Now spent £29 on food and we have nothing

I am blind in one eye and can only see 20/40 in the other so when I wait in line to order food I use my camera app on my phone to zoom in on the menu to read. The sandwich artist told me to put my phone away because she thought I was recording her. My phone was pointed at the menu and nowhere near her. She stopped serving the people in front of me until my phone was away. Never ended up ordering because I couldn't see the menu...very disappointing.

As humans we get that desire once every few months to have a subway. I tried this subway (which is halal) I did a pickup order through the app, since it’s cheaper and there was a discount going on! I paid £6 for a foot long BLT. The sub was good, however, there was 2 employees that were bombarded with drivers that kept coming in the restaurant for their online orders, which of course is normal. But there was now a queue of customers waiting for their subway. I managed to get mine earlier. Overall 3.5 or 4/5

The red head behind the till was useless, said our order 3 times and she still got it wrong and then argued about it, trying to justify why it was our fault. Then, a few minutes later, we realised that we’d been given the wrong cookies as well. Sandwiches were ok but weren’t made properly which made it harder to eat. Will not be returning due to the poor customer service at this location

The worst subway I've ever been too.... I have watched them water down the coke🤮 Food was 4 out of 10 absolutely vile cookie was also stale! Never would I ever get there again and we spent £22! Wouldn't suprise me if I have the runs by tonight!

First of all 0 star for employees. They are so much rude to there customers. I was looking at the sandwichs which was being made by the guy having piercings on his face and he shouted and asked me that do you have any problem? Why are you looking at me ? So I answered that I am not looking at you, I m looking at the sandwichs. I dont know his name but having piercing on his face and was very disgusting. As I am one of the regular customer. Got disappointed and never gonna come back again. And also would never recommend to anyone.

Food absaloutly cold had to be reheated. The meat felt as if it had come out the freezer very disappointed. Ordered 2 sets of cheesy bites which one came without the sauce and had to be shared.

Wrong order. Asked for Philly steak filling, gave meatballs in sub instead. On top of constantly changing the delivery time and being 30min late. Not the drivers fault at all, subway boar lane at fault entirely.

It kept delaying the delivery time and it had me waiting two hours for my food and when it come two of my subs were missing I tried ringing the subway number but no one would pick up I am really dissapointed

Meatballs was missing from order and also looks like my foot long had been opened and a meatball taken from with side of the sandwich obviously delivery driver, disgusting now won’t be eating the foot long as I know it’s been opened by the delivery driver!

Gave me “best before cookies” by the 10th of Feb (and delivered just before midnight of the 10th). Hard af cookies- don’t check dates usually but these were a joke. Delivery guy took over an hr for a location 13 mins drive from my house - kept adjusting time . Was a joke overall.

It wasn’t 60mins late - it didn’t arrive at all! Absolutely disgusting as we were told a delivery time that was then put back - and when we rang, they denied having our order! Obviously we proved it - then they said there were no driver and to request a refund! Supposed to be a reputable company and act like that? Really? We will be telling all our friends about this believe me…

Delivery driver unprofessional. Made my husband walk out in his slippers in the rain down the street to collect as didn't move far from his car.

Driver was nice but took ages to get to restaurant which left our food frozen when it come back to us, restaurant got our sandwiches completely wrong put on stuff we didn't even ask for tried to ring restaurant to complain and was met with 2 rude women on the phone saying they did our sandwiches and made sure they was right even though I only asked for onions and lettuce as salad yet when I opened my sandwich I had lettuce peppees jalapeños Cucumber tomato yet no onion 😅 my grandmas sandwich had olives on which she's allergic to so could not eat her sandwich not to mention because they was supposed to be hot sandwiches when it come to us it had practically turned to mush as it was sat there for so long will never order from this subway again especially after rude workers wouldn't dare maybe work on ur customer service girls 😘

Ignorant rude staff who simply didn't care, really challenging staff member didn't get his name unfortunately but he was working around 6pm on Friday 12th Got my order wrong and got aggressive with me for it.

I visited the store around 1:00 am, there was a guy who was serving us, I dont know the name, but he was not at all looking interested in serving us, we asked for couple of things and he behaved rudely and asked my partner to see on the menu if we need any information, I went to manager to complaint about that and she was not at all interested either, we felt a racist behaviour towards us as after us some british drunk customers came and got served nicely but being and asian or not a white customer, I could clearly observe racist behaviour from the staff and manager, this is not at all acceptable and if anyone else receives the same customer experience then we all should definitely stop visiting these type of branches and stores so that they start valuing their customers. The manager was complete racist and not at all interested in listening to the customers feedback even though the restaurant was completely empty and not busy at all. It will be great for the #subway image if they can look into these kind of issues and behavioural approach from their staff towards the customers specially when they treat unequally and discriminate their customers who are not britishers or white.

The fact that we have to leave even one star is too much. The customer service at this branch was appalling. The staff were tutting, sighing, rolling eyes and muttering under their breath as well swearing. Another staff member yelled at us from across the store despite being wrong in whatever he was yelling at us about. It was such a hostile environment that we felt so uncomfortable we had to leave. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I was a regular customer but won’t be going back. Their names were Ding and Toushan.

Very bad experience with staff. When I showed my subway card to the staff before I order to check my points balance she told me how much balance I have. After I ordered and wanted to redeem points they said the machine is not working to redeem points. I have worked in fast food industry before and I know employee's lies when it comes to redeem rewards points. A very bad experience.

The worst subway sandwich I have ever had in my life: No salad meatball sauce on a BMT? bread toasted - I did not ask for this no cheese I asked for mayonnaise instead of chipotle sauce, and got no sauce - apart from the meatball sauce which didnt belong there! I will never order a just eat subway again.

It is not better to eat in a restaurant. The noise is very loud. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is also delicious. The place is central London, so there are many public bus and taxi stops. You have the right to choose everything in the sandwich. As for the prices, they are somewhat overpriced. Most of the staff are great and provide fast service as well. If you work near it then it will be the best choice.

I always have the most amazing experience staff are so kind and a special shout out to Skaiste I believe her name is I hope that's right, always puts a smile on my face with amazing customer service and I get GF sandwiches and she ALWAYS makes sure everything is clean and notify staff to change gloves and be careful and always gives the best experience whenever im in if there was an employee of the month id hope it goes to her

Fab i got this order yesterday as they had the new submelts available. My regular subway hasn't got them . so I ordered from here & I got a few other new bits to try too . Delivery was quick food was still warm on arrival & everything i ordered was as expected. All good.. the menu has plenty of choice . I have Ordered again today im trying out the new sub big beef . 👍

I entered subway in Vicar lane Leeds at 1715 on 13th of October, I ordered a salad and watched as she constructed it, before she finished she asked what time I'd be leaving, there was about 75 minutes until closing, so advised it would be quite a bit before she closed, but she kept pressing me for a timescale, I felt under pressure to eat as quickly as I could, I asked what time she wanted me to leave a number of times, but she was none committal, but said she wanted to close the eat in area, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a loyal customer, in the end I left and advised I was going somewhere that I would be valued, how dare I expect you to serve with only 75 minutes to closing, I'm so sorry to have inconvenienced you

Arrived late and was cold. Delivery drivers fault. Was assigned to pick up order over 30 minutes before it arrived.

Solid, better than some locations in the US

Very unhygienic place, no serviettes, tables where filthy, drinks machine covered sugar and liquids. Sandwiches poorly packed. Will not be visiting again.

Doesn't serve pork and meat is halal. Can be a problem for those wanting certain meats as the turkey substitute doesn't hit the same, especially for breakfast. More expensive than other subways and never seem to do promotions seen elsewhere.

Unfortunately as others have said, grumpy staff, poor portions. If you don’t have supersonic hearing they get grumpy as I asked a lady to repeat herself as she was spinning around to the oven. She then pointed to lettuce and spinach and said ‘that or that’. Really not necessary, did enjoy watching others get similar treatment so made me feel less stupid

The ham looked like it was out if date, grey looking. Everything else good, staff need to smile though

Closed early today, says here on Google and on the door that they close 8pm on Wednesdays. It was 7:15pm, chairs on tables and packing away 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hello, a Pakistan short guy works there, I asked him to use the toilet first and then order, but he didn't allow me he said first to order, after I paid he gave me the password to the toilet, I asked him. This work of yours is not interesting and he said it is a law and I asked him to show me the law but he refused, now I ask you, isn't this work ugly? Right after I finished, a beautiful woman from England hurriedly wanted to enter the toilet, and the receptionist quickly gave her the code! I was happy for him, but isn't this kind of behavior ugly in England!? Of course there is.. Besides, the quality of the food does not matter when you are treated like this.

I did not receive my order. I am still waiting for my food to be delivered and now the subway is closed. I am extremely disappointed in this service. I called subway on boar lane to ask for my order they told me they cannot refund me and they cannot deliver my order. I want my refund back. Now it is showing on just eat that they have delivered my order but I have still not received it so they are lying to cover their own tracks. How do I get my refund back ??? I had to give it a star even though I didn’t want to in order to submit my review
