Subway in Leeds

M.Ali was amazing absolutely phenomenal customer service will definitely be coming back and bringing friends, made my experience at subway really nice, enjoyed the occasion.

Missing items in the meal deal and other items, they called asking us to collect but I don’t drive requested refund

payed for a chicken salad got a box of lettuce

Several meal deals missing crisps, cookies and drinks. Just-eat showed an offer to get 20% off orders over £20, this was never discounted

Rude male server. Flies everywhere. Told me the scanner wasn’t working so couldn’t scan my loyalty card - I offered to read him the account number to manually input but he said no. Added about 3 leaves of lettuce & had to request more - and then still added a tiny amount. Same with all the other toppings I got 3 bits of cucumber for a footlong. Finally once I’d paid I went to the seating area around the back to find it closed off with chairs still on tables at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Food was bland and boring - not enough toppings or sauce funnily enough. Joke.

Didn’t even receive it. Took it to somewhere else n didn’t answer the phone

do not go, I got really bad food poisoning from the steak.

Food was really good apart from missing an item but over 1 and half hours wait time when it was estimated 15-20 mins is ridiculous. Not the restaurants fault as i think they were waiting for a delivery driver

It's a subway. bad bread, slightly dry sandwich, and the decoration is like a gas station. DP though, the server that was on on Thursday night on the 7th of November, was excellent! she was very friendly and very helpful.

This has never been the best of branches - crowded & untidy at peak times with very slow service. But my latest visit took the biscuit - arrived at 5.15pm, the shop is completely deserted, waited 5 minutes for a member of staff to appear who told me mid-order that it was takeaway only. The shop is open for another two hours. I give up...

It's said estimated 8.10 then changed to 8.25 and the food was freezing every part of it was freezing so not edible and we threw it away. This came by bicycle so will be why it was freezing cold! Not happy waste of money and now having to cook for the kids instead.

The worst Subway experience i had!! I ordered a footlong and wanted to use the £4.99 offer on it. When i pay, i double confirmed that my food is eligible for it, scan my QR code and the employee also confirmed that I am using the offer. But later when i checked my receipt, i saw that it’s in the usual price! Then i went to confront them. But they refuse to admit that it was their fault on operating the payment system. They BLAMED me for not checking through my account to make sure I can use the offer, which i actually DID, even with the employee!! And went on to accuse me for disturbing them and wasting time as they are busy doing others’ orders. At last, they said there is nothing they can do for this, and have the audacity to ask me to use the offer next time! WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY OR ADMITTING THAT IT IS THEIR FAULT!! Worst service ever!

This order was delivered to someone other than me. I have no idea where it is and have not recieved a refund despite putting in a request. I recieved no phone call or confirmation just the order said delivered suddenly.

Very dissatisfied with my experience. 2/10 sandwich quality. First experience in Uk Subway, satisfied that I won’t be having a second. Extremely light veggies, and forced me to take what was on an apparent “pre-made sub”, same deal with the sauce. Won’t be returning here.

Just terrible dunno how someone can make it look so difficult to make sandwich, slow and gormless

This store is under new management, It has Best food and sitting place just opposite side of The Leeds university - Parkinson building

Ordered Nacho chicken bites and was given cheese bites.

Short changed on most items. Everything was there but in tiny quantities. Chicken bites only received 4 instead of 6 too

food was cold and took came 45 mins late

I hade a horrible experience with this subway, staff are rude and they miss items from the delivery, the phone number does not work on google, so you need to spend petrol money our pay for a taxi to go and get your food, I will never order anything from them again.

I have been here a few times, it's in the top 10 of the SubWays I go to.

Deliver driver was rude and arrogant

Ordered a salad box and it's was about a 3rd full I do t expect it to over flowing but it was soooo measly not worth the money

There's just something about the smell of freshly baked bread wafting from a Subway... We got the TLC (tastes like chicken) and the plant patty- TLC: texture was a bit slimey and didn't taste of much. 3/5. £4.19 for a 6in. Plant patty: decent flavour however not as good as their (now discontinued) veggie patty. On the pricier side. £4.76 for a 6in. Generally tasty bread and a good selection of sauces and veggies.

Little care for cross contamination. I ordered a vegan party after the person before me ordered chicken and the server asked me if he wanted me to change his gloves - this should be mandatory, whether I requested it or not. He changed his gloves for the first part of my order then handled chicken for the person after me then wore the same gloves to handle the vegetables that were going in my sub. I just know that if I was to order online there would be no care for cross contamination at all. I don’t eat meat because i don’t want to, but if it was for the sake of an allergen, this could’ve been much more serious.

To small and congested. But good for a take out.

Ordered via Just Eat. Took an hour to get our food (just literally down the road). Food when it arrived was not nice. Hash Browns on my salad were clap cold so the food must have been sat for ages. I'll use a different Subway next time as never had any issues with other branches before.

Not a great experience here - I walked in and it was completely empty. Before I’d said a single word, the server rudely told me to wait while he made online orders first even though I was stood there in person. After exactly 7 minutes, two more people had walked in, he rushed taking my order but decided to make my 1 sandwich alongside 1 others plus a salad for the guy behind who was taking an eon to decide what he wanted so in total it took about 20 minutes just to get my sub...

Service was a little slow, and the food was what you would expect from subway.

More expensive than other subways for some reason.

The breakfast sub I ordered was a bit weird - the sausages tasted funny and the bacon wasn't real bacon, it was some weird substitute. All told, I was very disappointed by my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, but their hands were tied.

Good food at a reasonable price. Staff are so friendly and helpful. As a Leeds uni student, this subway helps me save a great deal of my time. Highly Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very slow service, no beacon available, food just ok..nothing special.

Rubbish! Staff that cannot speak English clearly and when I asked for a poached egg and cheese breakfast sub I was told "eggs are out of stock!" WHAT? there is a Tesco Express 20 metres away so go get some eggs, what a joke the place is, I'm amazed they have some bread lol.

Discusting selling out of date food as I know as I worked there and had to get out DO not go to this store its vile you will get ILL if you eat here pass it on as I have reported it to food hygiene ECT

Subway sandwiches are what they are but the cleanliness of this branch is suspect. Seating area dirty, and in dire need of a new coat of paint. And be prepared for the free diarrhea that follows the next day..

Nice seating area, but wood flooring in the toilets was a poor choice.

The stuff are nice, products are what you expect at Subway, maybe a little bit unclean But mostly it’s really nice

Like other people said, sometimes feels understaffed because the customers fluctuate from so many that the queue goes out the door or to none. The staff is amazing and It's halal too as a bonus and I have no hesitation to award 5 strong stars.

Typical food for a Subway, all food is Halal. Is sometimes busy and feels understaffed, perhaps for being in a student area

if i was able to give less than one star i would, the service was terrible, so unorganized, not only that the staff had no clue what they were doing, i wasn't given a receipt, so i couldn't take back the food which had multiple hairs in it i'm honestly disgusted

Staff could be more friendly. Most unhygienic subway I have ever seen. Counters are very dirty and doesn't look like it has been cleaned at end of day or start up. If you are a vegetarian then there are no real considerations to their views and beliefs. Cheese boxes are placed closely to meat and at times they have meat hanging over the containers going into the cheese. I have seen bits of meat in the cheese containers which is off putting for a vegetarian.

Worst subway ever, staff very very slow and not enough of them. Today I had finally gone through the ordeal of getting to the point where my sandwich was wrapped up and ready to go. But when I tried to give the money to the woman she wouldn't let me just pay for it (even though I had the correct money in my hand!). When I asked can I please just pay for my sandwich because she very abruptly said that she needed to make other sandwiches. In the end I thought well I don't have time for this and she was just rude to me and clearly doesn't want my money so I just walked out with no sandwich but my dignity intact.
