Extra mayo that didn’t arrive could not eat it

I have completely wasted my money. The order wasn’t read correctly, I paid extra for cheese and it even says it on the receipt but there was no cheese, asked for no onions and they put onions on and it wasn’t even toasted. Stale cheesy bites too

I am very disappointed with my experience at Sybway today. The two girls serving were extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service was terrible, and I'm definitely not coming back to this branch.

Firstly took an hour for delivery. Secondly freezing cold. Thirdly the toastie wasn’t even a toastie as ordered. Not impressed. An absolute disgrace. Don’t normally complain but this is just disappointing to say it took an hour.

I frequently visit this Subway, and my experience varies depending on the time of day. Unfortunately, the morning service, especially under the manager, has been consistently disappointing. He often gives different instructions sometimes insisting we order at the machine, other times telling us to order directly causing unnecessary confusion. Worse, he prioritizes finishing his other tasks before even starting to make the order, which leads to frustrating delays. His attitude is not welcoming, and he comes across as quite arrogant. On the other hand, the evening staff provides a completely different experience. The worker during that shift is extremely kind, welcoming, and treats customers with respect. He engage in polite conversations and ensure a pleasant visit every time. If you’re looking for good service, I’d definitely recommend visiting in the evening rather than in the morning.

It wasn't good. The restaurant smelled bad, the food was black, the hams looked like they had been out of the Refrigerator for a long time, it wasn't a good place.

Don’t know how the woman who works here still has a job 😂 multiple times she’s got our order wrong. This time missing a cookie, out of principle drive round to get it and she admits to missing one from the order on purpose and then laughs in our face. Terrible service

Seems to be a pattern here. Every time the woman that works here does our order she misses something. Doesn’t answer phone so no way to resolve the issue. So we drive down to get the missing item and she laughs in our face admitting she purposely forgot to include missing item. Don’t know how she still has a job as this has happened multiple times. Paid for delivery and still had to drive to get the full order I paid for. No sorry just a sarcastic laugh. Rest of the people who work here are great.

I do not appreciate the delivery driver leaving my order 1 on the ground and 2 for anyone to quickly grab it and run off as my front door directly leads onto the main public footpath. It’s a disgrace that anyone would treat food in that way.

Just a quick one - was given Chicken Tikka instead of normal chicken! Not end of the world - still ate it and was nice but would have preferred normal

absolutely shocking, ordered a footlong notorious BMT and was sent a 6inch instead then when I tried to comtact subway (3 times) there wasn't any answer. absolutely disgusting service and order was late AND cold!!!

Absolutely love Subway sandwiches, you make them how you love them with content you really like not Pre made with foods you take out and don't eat or like. Staff are very friendly and efficient and I feel OK when eating inside the shop/cafe area. Great experience everytime.

Got a phone call from another customer to say my food had been delivered to his house. Tried to call shop for 90mins after but no answer. AVOID THIS STORE

The sandwich was burnt with very little filling, was completely flat and had not even been cut in half. The wedges were an extremely small and under-cooked portion of cold anaemic potatoes, and the drink hadn't even been refrigerated. Extremely disappointing experience with the meal quite clearly being prepared in a rush with very little care. I would like a full refund.

Food came earlier than requested meaning food went cold. The festive sandwich has seen better days.. where is the rest of the filling, just had Brie and bacon… deffo not worth £10 for the meal..

The sauce was missing, the cheese was missing, most of the veg was missing, bread wasn't toasted, wrong flavour cookie, wrong flavour crisps. All in all very poor.

All the food was freezing. No mozzarella cheese bites and the wedges were badly undercooked as u can tell on photo. And the meal deal says it comes with a drink but no drink came with it & driver just ignored when I asked.

Wrong sauce on sandwich. Delivery driver did multiple drops therefore the wait was quite long and the food was not fresh when it arrived.

Food is sometimes nice but most of time it’s burnt here Today (6/9/23) 10am and i went in and no worker on the counter for 10 minutes and a que was building. Other customers knocking on door and counter but the guy ignored everyone and carried on in the back doing god knows what and he had his earphones in I had to walk out and so did many others. Manager boss needs to find out who this worker was and take serious action!!!! Customer service is 0

It won’t let me chose the late time - original del time was 720. Arrived 8.10am issue it seems was courier who took 40 mins to get to store. Good job I didn’t have somewhere to be. Was pretty cold on arrival and store is only 5-7 mins away, probably made for the original del time so sat for 50 mins going cold and soggy

The best subway in town, great value of money

Ordered a sandwich with dietary requirements due to allergies and being 36 weeks pregnant. I specifically stated this on the receipt however due to incompetence, my order was wrong. As soon as I put the order through I tried to ring the store multiple times over 10 x but again due to incompetence DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Working in customer service myself it’s absolutely shocking and I want a refund. Disgusting

How hard is it to just read an order? Missing FOOTLONG SUB ANDDDDD COOKIES. Won’t be ordering again absolutely furious

I asked for the pesto to be included in my order. I’ve ordered two foot long sandwiches with pesto and two portions of 9 hash browns with pesto and received one tiny tub of pesto to cover it all. I expected better.

The whole point of subway is to "order your way" and yet evan with notes to make sure the order is made correct they don't listen!!

They didn’t pack the sauces that were ordered, didn’t toast the bread as requested and no attempt to wrap the food in anything to retain the heat, not even tin foil, so the food was flat cold when it arrived 6 minutes after leaving the shop.

Went there a couple of times. Nice Clean & Specious store, seating area is good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The order came on time but some of the salad wasn't so fresh, the lettuce had brown bits on and there was far too much sauce it was sloppy and couldn't taste anything else for the sauce

Sandwich was great, chicken salad came with all the extras requested but no chicken in it.

Theae guys are awesome i order all the time and working on this day well its wonderful outside and they still do top notch work well done guys!
