Great help. Missing drink and wasn’t sure how to get it as number doesn’t work but they got in contact and rectified order fast. Great help

Time given for food to be delivered was spot on. Food was still warm as if you were ordering in the shop.

Staff is kind and professional. Good infrastructure. Manager do not accept blue ligth card. Is the first subway refuse blue card. Manager really don't look himself in the mirror. Manager not present, so typical Manager pop in to open store and go away, leaving poor staff on their own. As result I will prefer travel to the next subway

Nice Subway accommodation, the only reason why atmosphere is 4 stars is because it was very quiet, though it was near to closing time. Staff are ultra-friendly, and the guy serving us even went out of his way to have a conversation with us. The coffee is amazing, and the cold drinks are a very good price. Also, the door needs fixing, it doesn't close haha

Staff were a bit blunt, the whole toilet situation is a ball ache, you have to put a pin in from your receipt to use the toilet. Really not a good idea and is inconsiderate to your customers as you and your kids have to hold it in until you've received your receipt, then go to the toilet while your food gets cold. I find subways very hit and miss which is not good for the brand. I am aware your a franchise but many other franchises run very similar like arc car washes, KFC and mc donalds so I'm sure subway can sort this minor problem of being inconsistent out.

Food was cold. The team at Downham market subway were incompetent to deal with our complaint and Just eat sent us round in circles! Really unhappy with the service I've received from both parties. Will never go to Subway again nor will I use just eat.

Delivered food was cold on arrival. Subway are blaming just eat and it seems like there is no complaints system. Either that or just a difficult team. Been hung up on twice. Just eat are offering a pathetic resolve. I will not order from either just eat or subway ever again. I find it very unprofessional that subway are putting the blame on just eat.

Waited an hour for order when I booked delivery it said max 35 mins, gave me blue Gatorade when I asked for Pepsi max!

Ordered Via JustEat, food never arrived and Subway marked as delivered. Had to request my money back and wait 7 days for a partial refund. Shop owned by scammers ! Dont order online you wont see your food or any money.

I order a lot but unfortunately the food wasn’t great this time. The end of the bread was really hard and parts of the bread was soggy

Went in on Sunday 19th November at 3.15pm and some lad serving literally rolled his eyes when people come in. Didn’t say hello, just waited for the customer to say their order. I get it’s not your dream job but being polite is literally what you’re paid for. It’s so embarrassing on their part. I don’t know who it was but they’d be gone in a second if I saw that as the manager.

i payed for my order and it got delivered somewhere else so i didn’t even end up getting my food, absolutely outrageous i spoke to the store manager and he said “there’s nothing i can do about it” i then wasn’t able to eat that day because he delivered the food to the wrong place, in my opinion he should have said to the person who took the order is this for you, outrageous i payed for something i didn’t get

sadly it was a horrible experience. at first glance my wrap was re warm or something as the whole thing was crumbling once it cool down a bit. second the first bite i take taste off like old tomato or something. so thats like 7 pounds down the bin and still hungry. also i got a footlong for my kids and they have only half of it as the edges were too hard to bite. sadly i will never order from subway again.

Again, ordered and paid for 9 hash browns and only 6 delivered. Normally very good service but a little disappointed the last couple times as this is now the second time I've paid for 9 and only received 6

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This establishment is AWFUL! Treat staff like dirt, food is sub par and so is the service (from the manager). Staff are mostly school leavers and not really interested in being at work, this is obvious by the lack of effort and customer service. I’ve heard staff say the milk is out of date but being used anyway, seen ROTTING SALAD, and the manager is a prick!

Normally always give 5 stars as my order is perfect. Only problem today was I ordered and paid for 9 hash browns and I was delivered 6. Other than that, everything else was lovely as usual.

Food was not what I ordered - specifically ordered item to be toasted and WARM - it came frozen cold, to be told “thats how it’s recommended to be served” - appalling customer service afterwards from just eat as well as disgusting food that was inedible

What I ordered, and what was delivered was totally different. Ordered a chicken a bacon wrap, was sent a 6 inch hearty Italian sub with chicken and salad!!! Disgusting customer service, from both subway and just eat!!

Ordered from here, the food was freezing, the cheese was all stiff, I am really disappointed since we actually go here alot and now my children will not touch your food, I actually cried because such a waste of money

Missing both snacks from each part of the order. Nacho chicken cold and had to be heated at home. Crinkle wedges at ice cold and dry. Appalling. Tried to call 6 times to get my cookies delivered and get fresh food in replacement. What a refund thanks to not having a single valid number to reach the restaurant!!!

The food was prepared wrong I paid extra for double cheese and there was no cheese I ordered pickles and lettuce instead I got lettuce cucumbers and sweetcorn

Shocking customer service. Ordered a delivery via JustEat & the order was incorrect, late & stone cold. Phoned the store & it was agreed the next order I place would be free for the inconvenience. I’m then told weeks later when I order again that basically that phone call never happened the way I said & that nothing would be done for I’m the inconvenience of paying £20 for food that could not be eaten.

Easy, quick and professional service

All the hot food was cold. The gravy was that cold it was separated and unedible ..... the sticky toffee pudding cookie was lovely though. Delivery time was 12.55-13.15 arrived at 13.38. I called at 13.33 and staff said driver had left 10 minutes ago. It must have been longer than that as the food was not nice. We also order quite a lot of weekends and during the holidays.

Never had a problem with home delivery, always ontime, food as warm as it can be considering its been delivered.

Received the wrong cookie, and the wrong subs were toasted. Not particularly happy with the order but cannot get a refund from just eat as we have just got on with it and eaten them. Poor service, clearly the order wasn't followed properly.

Literally the most vile food I’ve ever had wrap was dripping with water for some reason and cold and nachos were cold and horrible with the tiniest sprinkle of cheese and jalapeños. Horrible food and no refund!

Only just found out I can get delivery from here. After reading a few reviews, I was skeptical but really craving a subway! Best idea ever! Food arrived within 3 minutes of the start delivery time, sandwich was perfect and not squashed (even delivered in a box!) And order was absolutely spot on, everything I ordered was in the sandwich along with the sides and drink. Will definitely use again 👍🏻

Most veggie options not available on day of order. Either veggie patty or brie left. Had brie sub, so little brie i didn’t think it was in there. Ordered with regular cheese too, definitely wasn’t in there. Basically paid for an overpriced salad in overcooked bread but even that is restricted to such a small amount of lettuce and about 3 olives and pickles! This is the only subway I seem to always have something wrong with the order everytime hence now making the time to leave a bad review as I hoped the other times were one offs.

Late but spoke to staff and got great communication lovely customer service and worth the wait!!

Orders are incorrect 90% of the time. Staff do offer to rectify the issues and are friendly.

Was called saying food was going to be late because of a drive Mix up, was hoping they’d keep the food warm but when food arrived it was like it coke out of a fridge very dissatisfied

Our food was 2hrs late and when it came all the food was cold and they got the drinks wrong. When I phone to see what was going on with our order they lady gave me little Information and was quite blunt. I was not asked for an order number or anything like that. This food delivery was Abysmal!

2 hours late, had to eat it in a car journey as it was late

Taken my payment and confirmed the order and no food has been delivered and app says restaurant is closed. Not answering the phone either. Really poor.

No surprises its just subway, but the best thing is this one is really quiet, so you actually eat in with relative peace.
