I wouldn’t order from here again - it was advertised as delivery time 10- 25min. I ordered at 12.25 and it’s arrived at 1:56. The sandwich was not what I ordered at all either. I would not use or recommend

Unlocked subway secret menu! Just ordered 2 breakfast subs. One on toasted bread and one on untoasted. Apparently if you order untoasted according to the shop this includes not cooking the ingredients as well. Frozen meat, raw bacon and frozen hashbrowns and a hair. I have all these ingredients in the freezer at home (apart from the hair) but was too lazy to cook it. I now have to cook my takeaway but I’ve been charged £21 for the pleasure. So next time when you go to Subway and ask for untoasted bread, just make sure you ask them to cook the food inside. Absolute joke. Avoid this place.

I ordered at 11.25 and the food arrived at 13.10. My sub was toasted and was cold. I also had the crinkled potatoes as a side & they were really cold and soggy. Complaint only showed hot food as sub and didn’t include the side so I was unable to point that out.

When you’re paying 7.99 for a salad….. would be great to have the correct salad delivered, instead some disgusting looking patty turned up, not impressed.

ordered extra meat for my sub and got barely a handful in the first place so no extra was added so wasted £4 on somthing I didn't even get

I’ve ordered from here for years and never had any problems. I ordered today and took it home, I started eating it and had to spit it out as there was a 3cm bone in my sandwich (I ordered a chicken tikka sub). Not happy at all

Don't bother with the new stacked bacon and cheese sub... Stacked not how I would describe this abysmal mess.... couldn't find any bacon in it and the bread was as flat as pancake

Two hours late, was told that the delivery is going to pick up delivery then cancelled it hour later, 2 hours later a different delivery driver can to get the order, not happy has ordered just before 12pm didn’t get it till almost 2:30pm

Ordered a sub footlong meal but didn't get the drink, crisps and cookie. Subway rayleigh admitted their fault but not interested in sending until I order next time. Not ideal.

The restaurant pushed the time back twice, I called and they blamed Just Eat, so I asked if the food was waiting to be collected and they said it wasn’t prepared yet … not sure why they blamed Just Eat they only deliver food that’s prepared …

My hot chocolate didn’t come which I paid for !!!!!!!

Every time I order food from the Rayleigh store, the portions are tiny, well under what you get from other stores, it's like OCD'ness on portion control. Certainly feel that you are got getting value for money. I wil try to avoid the Rayleigh Store from now on.

TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. Called the restaurant who said the driver was assigned but didn’t collect it. Ended up driving to the restaurant ourselves only to be told the driver has just been and gone. RIDICULOUS

I so love this place! The food and drink is very good, plenty of choice and very tasty. The staff are friendly and jolly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The service is very good and speedy. As for Mufizur, what a lovely young man he is! So helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou, Mufizur!

The time kept being delayed and it resulted in my order taking 1hour and 40 minutes! My driver informed me he was scheduled to make a stop before ours which was in the opposite direction from me, my food was cold and soggy. I ordered this to have on my lunch break from work and due to the massive delay resulted in me having no time to eat the food before having to work again. Extremely disappointing and I don’t believe I should have to pay for such appalling service and zero communication on this.

I got the completely wrong order.

I can’t fault the food or the delivery. However the order wasn’t complete- ordered a foot long and got a 6”. I have taken this up with customer services, after trying to call a number of times to which there was no answer. Being hot subs we ate them why trying to call so they didn’t get cold. Only to find you need to take a photo of your order 😩

A little concerning when the bags aren’t sealed with stickers or stapled together when being delivered

Food had been reheated somehow as both packets of crisps looked like a roll of tin foil (not edible) and the Pigs In Blankets were in actual fact some strips of wet bacon separate in a box to some seriously undercooked sausages - also not edible and undercooked. Very disappointing and paying for items which cant be eaten is serious malpractice.

Food turned up stone cold, bread was hard almost stale and some of the salad like the lettace was yellow. Both sandwhiches were so cold they were not finished, waste of money nearly £25 for 2 stone cold stale sandwhiches i would like a refund!

40 minutes late! Nothing toasted (ordered 3 toasted subs), 5 dips ordered and none reveived. Absolutely rubbish service! How hard is it to make a sandwich and send what's been paid for. Now comes the struggle to get a refund from just eat but thats like getting blood from a stone. Regular customer and very unhappy

Can you please add the ability to tip our drivers? Fewer people are using cash these days and it would mean we can reward the service we receive. I've often chosen another delivery service because Just Eat doesn't offer this facility.

Very disappointed. I asked for chicken and bacon salad of cucumber, onions, peppers, tomatoes sweetcorn, onion bits and onion sauce and got loads of lettuce which I hate, no sweetcorn and also bits of jalapeños and I hate Chillis. By the time I got rid of all the stuff I don't like and was minus the sweetcorn there was not much left. Waste of money today and very unhappy

One out of four orders, one was delivered correctly. Of the other three, the bread was wrong, the fillings were wrong (seriously wrong in that a vegetarian had meat) and the extras were wrong. Very disappointed and I will not be using this Subway again.
