A beautiful Christmas market, plenty of choice and at good prices. This market is nicely laid out and is bigger than you think. A lovely gem to find

Great place for plants particularly palms, yuccas and exotic outdoor plants. Plants are good value too

Can't really rate this centre as it didn't do indoor plants

Witnessed a rude worker tell a girl that they only hire young men because girls can’t lift heavy! Wouldn’t expect someone like that to be working in customer service, what a shame.

Excellent choice of plants,trees and flowers also a great eating area afternoon tea and a variety of fresh cooked dinners,lunch and a amazing ploughman's thank you for a great day out with my sisters

Amazingly bigger than we thought and the price of the plants, trees and shrubs is great value. Needless to say my partner purchased many things!

Old lady with short dark hair helping with parking was rude and miserable. Cafe wanted to charge £5.00 for 2 cans of coke to take away. Really disappointing as it was always such a nice place to visit.

All ways excellent prices. Just visited again. Loads of winter Pansies. Plus some lovely Xmas decorations.

Unfortunately I was spoken to in a very rude manner by one of your staff, did not catch her name. I was just asking for some general advice on plant types for a pot in my garden (what type may work best e.g climber types) and she responded in a very rude tone for absolutely no reason. It was clear she didn't want to help us so I will not be returning here in future. If it was because she didn't know how to help she could have simply said sorry I'm unsure or explain who could help but she just carried on being rude and started talking to someone else before we had finished speaking so I walked out without purchasing anything and will not be returning.

We had the nicest afternoon selecting plants 🪴 for my outdoor borders and pots today. Huge amount of choice and the plants looked so healthy. We asked for help a couple of times and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous garden centre. Thank you.

Brilliant place lots of variety of flowers and plants . Pots and compost etc

This garden centre used to have a lovely Café but sadly it is no longer a warm and welcoming place to meet up with friends. Even when you had to wait for a table, it was worth it. Sadly no longer worth a visit.

Some nice plants here, reasonable prices for the quality. Parking can be a pain if you have a bigger car, they are packed in!

We enjoyed our breakfast at the Remedy Tea Rooms located on the site.

Amazing choice of Christmas decorations, beautiful Trees and also the Santa's grotto is awesome, the kids loved it. You can tell its a family run business as everyone is so friendly and helpful

Lovely garden center great Christmas bits

Great garden centre. Cosy cafe and good food. Only drawback toilet is on opposite side of centre to the cafe which is not good especially for those with young children and the elderly or anyone with a disability. Garden centre would benefit greatly by a new toilet block closer to the cafe so that you have hand washing facilities before you eat.

Great local garden centre, this time I tried the tea rooms, about 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, was empty, server exemplary, food perfect, varied menu, recommended.

Have spent hundreds of pounds there over the years .I will not be spending another penny there after the rudeness I received from a woman this week dreadful customer service!

I adore the little shop in this garden centre, the garden plants are all very well looked after and very reasonably priced. I also want to shout out to the guy who directs the traffic, his such a diamond he insisted on helping me put my large bag of peat in my car 🤩👍 ALL ROUND GREAT PLACE TO VISIT

I love this place, good prices, and they take card, the young guys put bags of stone or compost into your car for you, and they have a great little cafe too.

Bought our Christmas tree here. Staff were super friendly. Their Christmas Market area was the best we visited. Great range of decorations well priced. I wish we had brought our Grandaghter , they had an area with animatrinic polar bears, reindeer etc. It was well presented.

Had a nice cleanly cooked breakfast in nice surroundings with friendly staff. Very nice.

Came here for brunch with daughter and granddaughters. Lovely food and staff who were keen to make a fuss of the dog too.. Our first choice from the menu had just been taken off menu, but plenty more to choose from so not a problem.

Fantastic Christmas section, lovely restaurant, great place to spend a couple of hours.

The garden centre is attractive and really well run. The prices are really good. Lovely Christmas displays. The tea room however lacks coordination when serving several people together. Big gaps in getting food to the table. Not brilliant when it is served. Attention to detail is needed by management! Then it would be as it used to be.

Lovely place to have a walk around, buy some plants and take a stop at the cafe. Prices in the Garden centre and cafe were really good... in some cases half that of Altons... we'll be back for sure.

Staff need training the way they speak to customers they can be quite rude & don't seem to know the meaning of thankyou.

Friendly staff throughout, including the lovely tea shop. Their herbal tea choice was really good, the good stuff not those pre bagged ones. Very quaint tea shop and will definitely be going back. The market itself is well laid out with a huge choice of plants, big and small, pots and other garden items. Highly recommended
