sandwich was ok but wouldn't have about it was expensive for what it was

Delivery driver is always pleasant, food arrived as we'd asked on restaurant notes, we all enjoyed our footlong subs, we never go any where else :)

driver took longest route amd food was stone cold

Utter terrible from someone who use to work at subway it was a disgrace.....my mom is heavily allergic to cheese and stated "no cheese" repeatedly but the worker didn't listen....why hire someone who can't understand English in a English speaking country? Secondly the hot well and bains were dirty also the atmosphere had a burnt smell...so the toaster wasn't cleaned either And thirdly she didn't change the gloves at all or even wash her hands I saw so many food violations there im still surprised the place still running (Go to the one in willenhall it's so much better)

Food, lovely service fantastic

Avoid very stale and teeth breaking hard bread on several occasions. Don’t like to leave bad reviews but when you try and address it with them they don’t care. Standards have really slipped.

Delivery always pretty quick, order notes always read and adhered to, food is still warm on arrival and delicious, delivery driver pleasant, we do not order from any where else, recommended by our household 👍

had to drive to the next street to collect my self as the driver could not find address should have collected myself from the shop.

Not had a subway for a long time and was really looking forward to it but as it was busy they mixed up the order and put peppers and jalapenos on mine which as I'm allergic to was unable to eat and wasted money.

I bought a sub veggie delite from harleen there is literally no veggies in it am paying £4.19 for that atleast do proper filing of salad she put 2 cucumbers in it not happy with the service

Order from this Subway restaurant regular, everything as it should be, order notes were read and carried out, quick to deliver, foods great, pleasant delivery driver :)

overall good just don't bother with nachos not a lot for the price

When food came it was cold had to be put in bin waste of £42 driver said it had been prepared and put on shelf and wasn’t called tried to get a refund but to no avail

As was ordered, apart from delivered a 6" pepperoni pizza sub :'( Should of been a foot long.

Sandwich was a usual Subway sandwich. It was toasted even though I said no. (didn't notice as I took the sandwich away). I asked for 2 macadamia nut and white chocolate cookies and 1 rainbow cookie. Again I didn't realise until we got home. Maybe staff should concentrate on the customer and not continuing their chat with their co worker. She did show me how to use the app.

I’ve been to this subway on a few occasions, each time the staff were always very friendly. I can’t fault the cleanliness of the shop, the staff always change their gloves as they prepared my food orders. The food has always been to a high quality, I would highly recommend this store!

I'm not sure about the low reviews. I went in today 13/07/24 at 11.30 am and had the Mexican chicken footlong. It was delicious, and bread was crispy grill The server was pleasant and patience.

Excellent Service from staff Harleen! Greeted with smile service was very fast normally subway are slow but this is by far the best Subway i’ve come across , Harleen deserves some recognition for her efforts as people like her is why businesses perform well.

A guy who work there today he's very disrespectful man when I past there he talk very hard.

the car went to bilston far away, tracker kept saying unavailable, then parked up on the other side of the road just sitting there for 15minutes

Long que and both assistans were on there phone waiting for customers breads wernt much left at 11.30am but made do also no insentive to have a meal deal feels like no customer engagement.

Delivery time was fine, food was really nice but was just about warm when it arrived. Ordered the meatballs side and that was cold when it came.

Food was alright , but service and atmosphere was rubbish and we were ordering today, and there was a man who look furious and was very very rude . No smile on his face , he looked like he has been forced by someone to be on his job.

Been to this branch twice this month, being served by two different employees and I've got to say it's some of the worst service I have received they both looked annoyed to serve me, the first one was a lady who couldn't be bothered to get off her phone, second was a man who wanted to eat his sandwich ( speak to your employer if you've not been allocated enough break time) this branch is a DISGRACE TO THE FRANCHISE. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will advise everyone I know to do the same.

Cold food. The order was messed up. The Philly cheesesteak was more salad than meat. The presentation was horrid. Never ordering here again

Entered the store and received a very friendly welcome, asking each other how our days went with a smile. I then stated I had saved up 1000 reward points on the app and wanted to redeem a free footlong. The staff then immediately went stale faced and questioned how many points I had. So I showed them. They then rudely asked, "What do you want?" in a harsh tone. I asked for a BLT that was with cheese and melted. The staff then put the sub in the merychef (microwave oven) for 10 seconds and removed it too soon. I asked them to kindly do it longer, so they did it for another 10 seconds. The cheese was only just metled, and the sub was not toasted. I did not want to cause any problems so I accepted the sub. I then scanned my reward points. I then asked to pay for 3 cookies, and before paying I wanted to scan my sub card for the points to add to my account. He said "no"! I said "it's for my points! He then understood and scanned my QR code. Food was amazing. I usually have lettuce but it didnt look fresh (was brown and wet) so I had a sub without lettuce.

Whoever made my tuna sub with spicy chipotle tonight deserves a raise

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered a "make your own", with no meat, just wanted cheese and tomato, but instead they send me a sub with just meat on it, two types, nothing else, no cheese or tomato, so why bother offering clients to choose what they have on the sub if you're not going to do that. First and last time, will never order from them again.

Breakfast Sub arrived with just ketchup cheese and onion 2 bits of bacon.

food was toasted when it wasn't supposed to be. as someone with a health condition is was inedible due to all the grease dripping of it. disgusting.

Ordered Nachos, have paid for them but they have not been delivered with my order. Unsure how to contact the branch so I can let them know. But this isn’t great in my opinion

We always use this subway and went through uber eats as always. 3 veggie delites and wow... how disappointing, bread was ripped, no cheese at all and not even a handful of salad and not even the right salad. Called the shop to let them know as this isnt an uber eats issue and i was told I'd get a call back... didn't get one at all after waiting saturday and sunday. 0/5 for food and 0/5 for customer service. Absolutely shocking. I worked for subway for 2 years and this isnt how you're meant to treat your customers, especially when you messed up their order.

Happy with order. Requested deliverer to not ring doorbell. Doorbell was rang. Driver claimed “did not see” request, yet it is in bold letter on the receipt.. Ignorance at its finest…

Unfortunately even being in a cardboard sleeve didn't save my sub from being as flat as a pancake. Barely toasted and skimpy on the fillings. It wasn't the best effort. The cheese bites were barely warm which is probably a good thing as my milkshake was in the same bag directly next to the 'hot' food.... surely a chilled drink shouldn't be packaged with a 'hot' food source? Overall it tasted OK, after being unwrapped and plumped up a little. Cheesy bites overpriced for the size.

Literally no cheese or tomatoes on the nachos. Steak melt no onions or salad one bit of pepper. Not steak awful.

1st and last time i order a salad from subway online , the salad box was less than a quarter full , whereas when i go into store the salad box is always filled nearly to the top , paying £7.15 for a little lettice , hardly any other salad items , is very poor
