Absolutely disgusting food shouldn't be allowed to use uber eats platform. The fish and chips is a joke. The fish was like jelly certainly wasn't cod. Order at your own peril. !

Ordered some food, just minutes after ordering got a call that they don't have chocolate cake so I had to choose a different one. The delivery was very fast. The worst thing is that the chicken burger bun was mouldy. I found mould on 3 different spots of the bun, it was disgusting.

Chips can be a little dry on occasion but that's being pedantic. Food on the whole is nice and staff are generous with portions. Would go again.

Ordered through Uber eats, had 4 star review and 5 star hygiene rating so thought it would be good food. Boy was I wrong, I have no idea what they use in the pizza dough but the pizzas were disgusting! Inedible. The onion rings were spicy, I've never had a spicy onion ring before. Not good food at all! Sent wrong order instead of just ringing us to say they had no chicken sent 2 of the worst jumbo sausages I have ever seen or attempted to eat absolutely bone dry the outside was like a bat like it was the day before and reheated the masala fish in nann bread wasnt as fresh as I'd of hoped was dry no sauce or salad I would think that something like that would need some sauce to stop it being dry the measly salad tray was just full of lettuce and sweetcorn I was looking forward to trying this place as it said its 5star hygiene I wouldnt go that far ..... as for ordering again I would rather starve...... disappointed is a understatement!!!

Ordered £25 worth of food with over £10 worth missing when it arrived, phoned amd they said the driver forgot a bag and they would get it sent out to us, an hour and half later still nothing phoned again and they called us liars and said the driver said he had delivered it and there was nothing they could do, shocking customer service!! There's a reason for this shop always having discounts! And I stupidly ordered. After inspecting my pizza because I thought it was,what I can only describe as sloppy. I found a hair! And not at the top, but actually inside the pizza dough! Disgusting and lesson learned.

Right we’re to begin with this place avoid avoid avoid in my entire lifetime experience of ordering fast food I’ve never been subjected to this appalling service I ordered a pizza nuggets chips and a bottle of coke when it arrived the driver was dirty with bad bo they missed my order of the litre bottle of coke I have them the £13 that was for the full delivery and I asked for my £3 back for the litre of coke I was owed he said he can’t do anything about it and ran of so basically I was robbed the pizza was raw it was the consistency of play-dough the fried chicken came in a naan bag and smelt 2 weeks old and when I opened up the chicks ti have further inspection 4 black long hairs came out of it nearly made me throw up the nuggets were like carbon the chips were greasy I will be contacting the health and safety ministrations immediately I spent the whole night throwing up this is beyond unacceptable avoid this place at all costs worst experience I have ever had regularising a fast food chain

I always order from here and have had zero problem, food always excellent, delivery always on point. Tonight, order in, latest delivery estimate 7:25. I Phoned once just before 8:00 to be told approximately 7 minutes away. Okay. Phoned at 8:25 for the guy to tell me *I think...5 to 6 minutes* when I said *yeah you told me 5 to 6 minutes 20 minutes ago* he replied with *yeah yeah okay* and hung up. Guys. I get that you're busy, but seriously. Come on. Customer service goes a long way especially when dealing with customers on the phone. Whilst the food is still excellent, and the delivery guys were fantastic, polite and efficient as usual, the customer service from the restaurant itself is shocking.

Ordered tonight, delivery took over an hour and half when I was quoted half an hour with Uber Eats, phoned twice to be told order was on its way, it wasnt. When they finally arrived the driver apologised for how long it had taken, saying they had to wait for the chicken to be cooked (we only ordered 2 pieces) when we checked the food the chicken was stone cold! We ordered 2 slices of cake that came still FROZEN. Wouldn't recommend and won't be using them again. I'll stick with Chikka Filla. Their food is amazing!! Wish I'd stuck with them instead of trying somewhere different.

Worst takeaway I've had for long time... Fish was raw!! How can I give that to my child. Chips were stale and refried. Please please avoid this place!!!!! Wouldn't even give it 1 star but I have to as it won't let me summit the review... Boris wants us to order more takeaways during this time... They should close this one down. Avoid this place if you want to eat lol BTW I did read the bad reviews on here before ordering but thought it can't be that bad... Trust me it is!!!!

I went to this place in 2007 and I still can't remove the putrid taste of the chips from my memory. The fact this place takes money from folks in exchange for what you get is beyond incredible! They should knock out the "P" and just call it "Rinces" as that's about the only thing they do well. Horrid chips, horrid kebab etc. This place ought to have a walk-in A&E section as you'll be crunched up more than the chips after one bite! Avoid at ALL cost!!!

After using Uber eats to receive a £10 discount I placed my order. The delivery time said to arrive between 18:35 and 18:55 when the time reached 19:00 and it still hadn’t come the app suddenly changed the delivery time to between 20:00 and 20:22. I phoned the restaurant and they assured me it was on its way. I didn’t receive it until after 20:00 then the delivery driver asked me for full payment . I explained that I had a discount and it was through Uber. As PayPal hadn’t sent me a receipt I thought they hadn’t been paid. They accepted £15 cash. I took the food only to find items were missing and the food was stone cold and swimming in congealing grease. I phoned the restaurant to complain and they hung up on me and after repeatedly trying to ring back was ignored. Food in the bin and twice out of pocket. Uber didn’t refund me either. Avoid avoid avoid

Unfortunately you cant leave a 0 star review. Waited 2 hours for our order, when it arrived it was stone cold and completely inedible. We called the shop to complain and they hung up on us. Food in the bin an £20 out of pocket. How they are trading is beyond me

First time I've ever thrown away a takeaway after a few bites. Chicken pakora dry and bland. The mixed grill had no sauces, meats dry and bland. Ordered a large amount of popadoms, no sauces, chutneys or onions.... Avoid the place. Dry and bland sums it up. 1st and last order from this place.

I can't speak for all the dishes here, but I've been ordering sausage and chips from Princes for the past four years (mainly because it's one of my local fast food places). It's always tasted great, and although I don't come by as often nowadays, I still do enjoy the food from this place. The food's decently priced, and it tastes pretty damn good.

I stopped going to this place years ago because the food was horrendous. Last night out of sheer hunger I decided to give it another try. The chips were raw raw and greasy, the chicken only had flavor from the sauce I asked to be put on them. I will never in my life buy food here again. I should have stayed hungry. It's even worse than it was before. For the life of me I can't understand why this place is still open.

Horrible oily greasey chips when the boss with the beard is working how ever other workers give good food my chips where full of batter hard fish skin very oily and the boss always seems stuck up and the bin is always filled up they dont seem to empty the bin.
