Subway in Birmingham

Never received food but driver marked it down that they delivered. Waited outside my door still nothing.

the nachos were nice however the sandwich there was too many vegetable compared to meat i could not taste the meat at all and all I could was just the bread along with the spicy sauce

I used to visit this store every morning at 9 AM for breakfast tha staff member serving is very wellcome he always greets me witb warm smile, food is very fresh, service is very quick and store is very neat and clean dine in worth here!! Highly recomend to visit this store!

Do not trust this restraunt the delivery is a total scam on 2 orders they disappeared and silly women on counter said we have no way ov saying delivered or not total total.rip off and the place stinks of weed

Poor service ordered for a pickup went in when order said it was ready on the app. Order was not ready and waited 15 mins for the guy to make it.

Mixed up the Ice cream and the crisps, only got 1 out of the 2 of the crisps right and the same again for the ice cream, normally it's really good, must be busy or something.

order was never delivered after waiting 1hr 30min . I had to drive to that subway store in.person and pursuad them to give me my order instead of having just eats delivery. apparently the just eats courier did not have My address which was false as my order details had my address on.it. there is no point ordering off just eats if I have to pick up my own order . luckily the subway guy listened to my complaint and made my order for me to take home myself. thankyou . but I will not be ordering

The Tuna mayo Foot long was nice but very cold and there was too much mayonaise in there . The cheesy bites were delicious. The food was delivered on time .

Didn’t receive jalapeños in my sub like I ordered. Might seem minor but for someone who’s pregnancy craving is jalapeños this is VERY important.

Placed my order around 12:30 and was told it would be here by 1-1:30. The timer just kept getting pushed back. It got to about 5pm and my food never came even thought I watched it on the live tracker say it was nearly here but no car arrived. To make matters worse this locations phone number is incorrect so you can’t to speak to a real person about any updates. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t take the orders cancel them. Don’t waste peoples time or money.

Subway was cold, but it did taste good. Had to reheat it. Perhaps they could wrap in foil instead of paper to retain heat.

Driver called 6 minutes away to ask if I put the postcode/ address on the delivery note. So he hasn’t even checked the delivery note- was meant to be a 25-30 minute delivery- ended up being 56 minutes.

This is the best subway store I've been to. I am a very regular customer and the service and staff never fail to impress me. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, the service is great. The store is clean and the food is amazing.

Delivery kept getting delayed. Maybe about half an hour.

This is the second time that I received an incorrect drink from here. I order Robinson orange and passionfruit NOT Robinson fruit shoot. I'm happy with the food just not drinks.

Very poor customer service, inconsistency in quality of food and the information they give you. Every employee makes their own rules up. Manager is completely and utterly unprofessional and rude. There is no point making any complaints as these people will totally disregard your concern or query and become very rude if you remind them of what customer service actually is. They don't listen tk your concern but instead put their guards up and do their level best to make you sound like a liar. Their employees pick and choose who they want to give special treatment to and who they want to apply the company rules on. The manager is responsible for training staff on how to insure excellent customer service but unfortunately the manager himself needs to be re trained in this most crucial role and skill. I will be sharing my very negative experience with my followers on social nedia so others don't get the same disgraceful treatment for giving these people their hard earned money. These people forget whose paying their wages.

I did not get my full order. I had ordered 2 sets of 3 double chocolate cookies for me and my friends which means there should have been 6 but only 3 were delivered.

The staff are so friendly so so helpful they work so so hard to keep the customers happy and they do a marvellous job I think the staff are amazing people doing an amazing job and I’ve always encountered a amazing experience and the food is always 100 percent And the staff have never got my order wrong . I’d like to thank them Hugely for there efforts

I love Subs of Subway. My most favourite Subways to visit are Springfield and Hall Green ones. The welcoming staff with best preparing style of making sub is fantastic. I took a photo of my favourite staff as well. He is the top man. Many reasons to go back and one of best seating arrangement in Sparkhill.

Friendly and prefessional ! I went there for a quick dinner in thur night. I mindlessly ordered a turkey ham instead of my usual turkey breast. The shopper professionally answered the difference between two. He was paying good attention to making process and was very polite. I later on asked why did he put the sauce first before stuffing ; he replied he searched about this kinda info and it would taste better ! As I was eating in ,I choked on the bread as I was too hungry I ate too quick. The shopper saw me suffered later on just gave me a cup for free drink said it would taste better and I was moved. But oc I declined it. The bread did taste way better with sauce put in before stuffing salad and the turkey ham was delicious as well I asked the shopper about his positive attitude and he answered back ; the owner of the shop is a kind guy. He allowed the staffs to eat as much as they want without moaning of nothing and during inflation and covid the owner never sacked anybody and paid them well so he gotta return the favour

Ordered a muffin didn't have any. Without letting me know they sent me replacement item that I didn't want. I would have liked a refund. Poor customer service as I lost my money and item went in the bin

Restaurant service very poor, didn't take care with the food - threw opened sauces in to the bag which ended up being everywhere by the time they were delivered. Also they didn't attach delivery instructions so the delivery driver didn't follow 'do not use doorbell' instructions that were given with the order. Delivery was on time and delivery person was nice. I liked the food although it is overpriced for the amount, e.g the tiny amount of potato crispers (literally gave 4 in the box).

My order was incorrect. I had cheese in my Italian BMT which I did not want. My sandwich was not toasted. And the meatballs was not fresh. Cheese was stodgy.

It took an hour and a half for the delivery to arrive and the estimated time changed 4 times…I know this is estimated but if I had known it was that long I would not have ordered

I ordered food at 6pm and waited 3 hours only to find out that the driver stole my food. I will be filing a formal complaint for this atrocious service and certainly will not be dealing with this shop again.
