sandwich which was supposed to be toasted wasn't and sandwich which wasn't supposed to be toasted was.

The mist eat driver decided to charge his phone for an hour before delivering food , came sloppy and freezing ,sort it out

Bread was stale, swimming in sauce and was stone cold

Absolutely disgusting, well and truly scammed with my order. Where do I even start? The Sandwich came cold and very clearly wasn't toasted like asked, it also came on the wrong bread & was missing a load of ingredients, there was barely even any meat on it! The Nachos also came cold and again no way they were even heated to begin with, the cheese wasn't even melted and still in the square form on the nachos. Not to mention that it was supposed to be a footlong of Nachos and look how it came! I don't even need to talk too much about apparent "Footlong pepperoni slice" the photos explain it all. Absolutely disgusting behaviour they must employ animals.

Unfortunately the order was messed up, I spoke to the branch and the guy who made said order and he was very honest was very apologetic. It took me a bit of effort to get the issue resolved satisfactorily with Just eat themselves but it was eventually sorted. For the record though, this branch of Subway has always been very consistent which I can't say for other branches around my area. I'm satisfied and will be continuing to give the Longbridge branch my custom.

Waited over an hour for this food which took ages to not only be prepared but to be delivered. I don’t spend £20 on food for it to take ages and not be worth that money.

There was no sauce on my steak salad even though it’s clearly stated on the order and receipt. Also there’s no seasoning or crispy onions. When paying a premium via just eat i expect the order to be correct. Please pay more attention to detail, and read the order properly and check that it’s correct.

£32 for two meal deals, one had the wrong sauce, no seasoning and half the toppings missing, plus the drink was wrong. The other had no seasoning which was asked for and hardly any fillings. Won't be using this place again, disappointing.

There was no crispy onions on our subs again, apart from that food was nice and delivered very quickly.

I ordered a Drink They were out of stock And Rude staff! I am not trying to be a karen or anything But they could of least put on the ordering page Out of stock. The delivery was okay It Took An excellent 10 minutes But I give this place 1/10

ordered a meal and items were missing. I called the restaurant to be told they couldnt refund and they couldn't send them out to me. not happy that I havent got what I paid for and will be claiming a refund.

There was hardly any chicken and I didn't feel the other toppings were plentiful either unfortunately we were disappointed.

I was given the wrong crisps, I ordered walker's max paprika, and I was given chili heatwave doritos

driver was quick, however, my sandwich was missing the sauce, cheese etc (Veggie Philly).

Every single time I have ordered from here, there has been something wrong with the order and the restaurant do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Not ordering again from the longbridge branch.

Food not to order, not toasted

We ordered a salad which was barely 5 mouthfuls of food. A couple of spoons of chicken, 5 bits of peppers, 6 bits of onions and a few olives with a sprinkle of dried onions on top and not enough spring onion sauce to taste. Absolutely disgusting

Happy overall, it was tasty food. The cheesy nachos I wouldn't recommend for delivery as the cheese cools and sticks to the box.

Wish I could order teriyaki chicken on the app but it doesn't show it. Food was nice.

Had to order twice as the delivery guy gave my food to someone else and tried to hand me a kfc. But it wasn’t subways fault. I reordered and they sent a few extra cookies and a drink. Food was good thanks

Waited 2 hours, they were preparing my order for that long, try to call, but number was invalid?? Couldn't cancel my order, absolutely abysmal, won't be ordering anything from here again 👍🏽

Asked for no ketchup on sub and the sub came dripping with it!

1 hr 45mins late, food was stone cold! And was soaking because it had been sitting in the back sweating before it went cold!

Order arrived about 3hrs late. The one item that should have been warm was cold. Order was marked as delivered about 1.5hrs before it actually got here so it was really difficult to know what was going on and took a lot of back and forth with the restaurant to even find out if we were going to get the food at all. Absolutely dire.

Order was listed as delivered but never came.

I’m asked for help regarding the coke machine.. he muttered something! Didn’t get my drink in the end… the boy / man who works there has to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever met! The Christmas party must be fun! Please avoid going here for food.

Gourav was super friendly and attentive with resolving a previous issue, and I walked away a very happy customer - the food was perfect!

No crisps were delivered - so no cheese and onion crisps and no quavers (x2) delivered.

Great food from Subway as always but the experience of using Just Eat for the first time, less than impressed. 3 delivery time adjustments via the App, apparently the courier was at the restaurant for well over 30 mins, really? I would really think twice about using again based on this experience.

Do not use, staff are next to useless and hardly understand English! They always get the toppings wrong and plonk everything on the sub leaving a mess - absolutely terrible for premium price as well!

Useless. Workers at that subway must struggle with reading a basic order. Forgot most of the stuff I asked for on both of my subs, plus both of the items I ordered were freezing cold. Generic standard of people that work at subway. B-Tec.

The donner kebab tasted vile. Tasted like the meat had gone bad and left out all night. Chicken kebab delicious. Battered chips glorious!!! Scallop nom nom

Please put enough ceasar dressing on my salad when I order as it hardly had any on both salads....

I asked for a salad box with meatballs, The gentleman serving up the food literally threw the salad into the box and put in five meatballs, I then asked for a little sauce which when i got home he had smothered everything in a thick layer, that said the young lady on the till was very polite and was being micro managed by the food server, she actually knew what she was doing. I will be going back at some point to give them a second chance.

They need to be retrained in hygiene and food handling . They put on a pair of gloves start to prepare your order then open the till , then go back into the salad all with the same pare of gloves on . Disgusting

I ordered one small sandwich deal abd one large and 6 hash browns , all I received was the subs abd the 6 hash browns didn’t receive the drink or the cookies or crisps, I used to order a lot from subway but not anymore u lost a loyal customer after only giving my half my order , very unhappy

Very rude girl said no Italian bread when asked for white her response was that is Italian. Could see white bread on the shelf. Asked for it was told it was hard@ but still charged full price! How this business survives with staff so unhelpful. Won't be going again.

Why do we have to pay 10p for a bag when it's paper and we have no choice?

Food itself was fine as usual. The problem this time, was the tracker on the app either showed the driver going a long way to my house (Despite the fact that it was literally right around the corner) or did multiple deliveries and went to the furthest 1 first. By the time the food got here, some of it was cold. Mainly 1 of the subs and the hash browns. I've ordered from this 1 multiple times and this has been the only time it has ever let me down

Very shy on the toppings, will not use again. To the owner I would remember that you are one of many Subway stores in the region and are not exclusive.
