Qué decepción después de que tuve una mala experiencia con una señora que trabaja allí no habló conmigo correctamente delante de otros clientes fue tan poco profesional que disfruté de la comida en la zona de estar dentro y es limpio y hermoso, pero nunca volveré de nuevo, así que no recomiendo Mr. Peluca. Broma absoluta. ¡Nunca vuelvas a ponerme el dinero aquí! ¡Arréglalo! ASAP Mal trancing en el servicio al cliente y hacer los sandwhats y saludo. Pedí maíz dulce en uno de los míos y me pusieron solo 5 piezas. pedí más y fue igual de nuevo nada. Igual con cebolla solo que 3 rodajas pedí más, me dieron 2 rodajas más, tenía más salsa que relleno y fue horrenda. Vine a las 10. 50 am un sábado por la mañana yo era el único allí y no es como si alguien puede decir que estaban ocupados. En respuesta a esto. Anuncie el producto con excelentes fotos para luego recibir basura absoluta hecha polvo. Debería avergonzarse. Falsa publicidad porque eso definitivamente no es lo que recibes cuando compras

Asegúrate de revisar tu recibo si vas aquí , son buenos para agregar queso extra por una libra cuando no lo pides , y si te atreves a pedir una porción justa de ensalada en tu sub añaden una libra por esa también diciendo que tenías una porción extra sin siquiera decirte que vas a agregar nada en , también pide galletas y te dan unas rotas y te cobran el precio completo , antes era un habitual aquí ya no !

El peor metro en el que he estado. El gerente (la señora india) trató tanto a su personal como a los clientes con tanta falta de respeto. Tiene una mansión realmente vil. Nos vendieron agresivamente montones de extras que rechazamos cortésmente, pero luego descubrimos que nos cobraron por ellos de todos modos. Muy grosero, inútil, cuestionable higiene alimentaria, con un servicio al cliente terrible. Evitar a toda costa.

El personal era muy muy grosero. Cobró 2 libras por queso extra. El metro es mi lugar para el almuerzo y la cena, pero visité esta tienda y el personal estaba corriendo y discutiendo. La tienda no está limpia, puedo ver moscas sobrevolando y cerca de la comida. El personal nos dijo que esto es una franquicia por lo tanto pueden cobrar más si quieren y depende - del propietario si quieren cobrar £ 1 o £ 2. Siempre tengo queso extra y siempre he estado pagando £ 1. Absolutamente indignante. Además, les pedí que pusieran aceitunas un poco más y dijo que solo puede poner 6 - 7 aceitunas en cada sub. Esto es muy decepcionante.

Dirty place walked in to order and children wanted the toilet felt like i was asking for safe code i was shouted at across counter asking if i was a customer which i clearly was. Then very stressful ordering little order Indian lady very rude and made you feel very harrased with terrible customer service. Floor was filthy , tables dirty, walking on dropped food. You staff was friendly and really good maybe lock the old woman out the way no idea what she is doing. Go elsewhere stressful

Would not go here absolutely disgusting behaviour from a member of staff they burnt my friends food and complained when she asked them to make it again then proceeded to try tell another customer that the burnt food was hers I had told this lady 3/4 times that the burnt food was my friends that needed replacing she ignored me every time then when I told her “I have mentioned three times that is my friends food” she started shouting at me and threatening me from behind the counter saying she would “smack me” “ know your self “ “bitch” several vile things came out of her mouth subway shouldn’t be employing people like this then wonder why no one goes there SORT YOUR STAFF OUT and if you can’t then get rid of them

I am surprised at negative comments. I found the staff very friendly and very helpful in fulfilling my order. Restaurant was clean throughout. Good to be able to seeing yhe prep. Kitchen area and to observe how well that ran too. All in all a great experience. I would certainly come again and have no problem in recommending this Restaurant.

i went in just to order some food for me and my wife, there was a rude woman, who i think is the manager of this store, shouting at member of staff. one of the younger girls tried to stand up for herself but the woman kept cutting her off and telling her to just shut up. i have been here quite a few times, this isn't the first time i have had an encounter like this at this establishment. she shouldn't speak to her staff the way she does, it is rude, disrespectful and clearly she has no respect for her fellow staff members.

We have visited many Subway chains and always been happy with the service. However after visiting this store several times we have found pieces of meat and cheese in our sandwiches and salads as quite literally food is flying everywhere and the staff just throw whatever has fallen out of the dispenser containers back in to any container. As someone who does not eat meat, I cannot eat here as on three occasions I have found pieces of meat in my salad. My daughter has also found pieces of cheese in her sandwich. If you have an intolerance to dairy I feel that eating here would be detrimental. Another point is the staff never ask if you would like them to change gloves which we are always asked at every other Subway we have been to. A real shame as the Evesham branch is fantastic and have separated the meat and cheese from the salad area and take cross contamination seriously. It’s quite a basic thing really when offering vegan and vegetarian food to ensure meat and dairy isn’t mixed in with it. Will not return.

i am not normally one to complain but this is absurd. went in to maybird as i wanted a subway so i went in. shocking management from this woman. not sure i will be going back there as the manager was shouting at the staff members for them making mistakes all the time, she even unwrapped a sandwich and re did it leaving all the salad and sauce etc. on it and toasted it all, still complaining about it saying there wasn't the correct salads and things on it, about the cross contamination in the establishment she was going on for a good 5 minutes at these poor staff members. feel so sorry for them just don't get how a manager can treat their staff so bad. the poor young girls in there looked like they were about to cry. this place needs better management asap. * also saw her put chicken that went wrong on an order or something once that still had lettuce and melted cheese on it.* yet she's shouting about her "staff" cross contaminating things. not happy about it.

I was ordering my sandwich which was being made by a young girl called Tina, when the manager thought it was correct to shout at here for different things she was apparently doing wrong in front of everyone, for example, the young girl asked if i wanted cheese i said yes just grated please the manager then shouted over to her saying , ask the right questions Tina !!! does he want both grated and sliced or just grated ? , the young girl then asked me what salad would i like, before i could answer , the manager then shouted give him options !!! ( i know the options) Really..... i think a managers communication skills course is definitely needed here . i was happy with my service received by the young girl but i don't want to hear poor management communications and I'm sure no-one else in the que did either

Day trip to Stratford, many times in different area's of GB and overseas have been great or satisfactory, but! The one in central city is not good, if you were to go upstairs you would see the air con leaking water onto the floor, the door to the store room was open so customers could see inside, plus the toilet needed cleaning.The staff looked under pressure to.

Rude, untrained and useless. Eat in to help out doesn’t work, said we wanted to eat in and asked if they were doing the government discount however they still managed to mess it up. When we got a drink from the dispenser, it was disgusting, not sure what was floating in the cup but it was full.

We love staying at the Home2Suites in Forest Park. Our driver, Tonee, dropped us off and picked us up from an Italian restaurant at The Hill. She was so friendly! She engaged in conversation with us about the area. Tonee is a real asset to the Hilton properties.

We have been regulars for a while now Unfortunately that's going to change We ordered tonight 2 hours we waited we then called and didn't get through for another 10 to 20 minutes My burger bun was stale My partners pizza was hard and cold And the "chocoholic donut" was far from that it was a sad little donut with the tiniest bit of chocolate sauce on not to mention also hard in parts In the past orders have been so wrong that food was inedible including allergens I've specified having The only reason there is one star is one I can't do any less and two the owner is the nicest person out there it's just ashame his team as severely let him down tonight
