Actually I was not pizza fan, But accidentally I ate pizzas( texas BBQ, meateor) from studly branch mine become fan of it. It was delicious and just woww. And I ask to meet cook, his name is Rajesh. If anyone want to try his brilliance I will suggest 100%.Thanks

always been a local place for me as i live in the area most of my life, great food and a common place to get our dinner from on the weekend with my family! normally i get collection as staff in the store are great however i have had a couple deliveries aswell and they dont seem to dissapoint either (just better deals when you collect)

I use Dominos Studley regularly as the staff are always friendly and welcoming in store and the drivers are always great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our pizza!

Domino's Pizza Studley is one of the best pizza stores. I am a regular customer and enjoy their pizza and staff service. They deliver pizza before the time limit, and it is always hot and very tasty. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend their pizza to everyone.

Not sure this will get read but this is the second time where I have had Pizza delivered that by the looks and taste of it was reheated. The centre was stone cold which was a giveaway. The pizza was dry unlike piping hot melted cheese on others I have had. This is not the drivers fault but if this gets to anyone who reads these then the store needs to be investigated on why they are reheating old cold pizza’s and delivering as fresh! I have a Digital temperature gauge and the next time I order pizza from Studley Redditch and find that the pizza looks reheated and is cold then the information will be posted on social media where someone will take notice. Not a happy customer

Pretty disgusted that I've been discriminated against in this store by trying to pay with British legal tender I thought we were past the days of not accepting real money no signs no explanation just sorry we haven't got a till card or leave disappointing that I'm able to use cash in plenty of other Domino's establishments

We ordered 2 pizzas takeaway. One of them only had toppings on half of the pizza!! Disgusting service from an expensive pizza "restaurant"

Utterly shambolic service! Gone to the store to pay and they've told me the card machine isn't working, They tried to reset a few times and still not working, No alternative option to pay so had to give back my already cooked pizza as they had no way to take payment, Wasteful in every sense!

Great pizza but the customer service was poor, they wouldn't accommodate my sons dairy allergy by putting DF cheese on a normal pizza!

I have been ordering a while. I wrote a bad review some time ago, as they kept forgetting the sauce on pizza or something was missing. But lastnight was the best pizza, maybe they have a new chef 😁

Sat in the takeaway waiting for order clueless staff never told me it was ready after asking. Finally realised . Got home and cold. Won't use again

just ordered pizza for the family, and i then realised i forgot to add a dip on(they’re under £1.50). I then called them up, to see if i can add it on to my order, and then i was told the only way to get the extra dip was to come into the store just to pay for it. This is absolutely ridiculous as at the end of the day it’s only a dip and not worth it at all. USE OTHER PIZZA DELIVERY!!!!!! DOMINOS IS PETTY🖕🏼

Somehow this branch of dominos manages to be the worst in the country. And I have tried a few as I travel. Are they rationing the cheese and sause? Hardly any of either on my dry overcooked pizza base. I ordered a cheese pizza. Not exactly the most complex pizza in the world. Dominos in Redditch town 2 miles away from this branch somehow manages to made edible pizza so why can't you? The box the pizza came in was more appealing and digestible.

10/10, dropped my pizza at the door and the man on the till gave me a fresh one with an extra topping, very friendly and food is class

Second dreadful experience with this branch. Appears they don’t take any notice about procedures or how long orders take to get delivered. Food was cold after it was left for over an hour on “quality check” and was only sent out after I phoned to complain. Staff think customers can’t see where driver is on App! Utterly dreadful and advise all other customers to look for other local alternative pizza shops. 0/10.

Took 2 hours, and was ice cold. What a waste of £30 for a single pizza

Worst experience of my entire takeaway order life. Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 sides. When the driver arrived with only 2 pizzas, we were told to call the shop. We did right away. We were told the sides will be on th way soon. Then we started eating pizzas. Half an hour later still no sign of sides delivering. This is the worst part. The women who answered the call has no clue about our missing orders. Then she said the driver has just left the shop. As you can imagine, I'm not very happy because it has been so long. The guy called Ash then answered the call said the driver has left 10 or 15 mins ago. Because I was asking for refund. 20 mins phone call continue to request refund because don't want food anymore. It was REFUSED. I suggest if any food missing from your order. Just get a refund. Maybe you won't get it again and no refund will be issued. I will follow this up as their customer service team will email me for solution on Monday. Very bad service. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN NO MATTER HOW NICE THE FOOD IS.

Ordered a pizza and an ice cream. On delivery they missed the ice cream. The driver told us to ring the franchise and let me know, on doing so, they were closed before their official closing time. We then emailed Domino's personally and were told the franchise would get back to us within 5 working days, in which we are on day 8 and have still not heard a thing. All i wanted was my ice cream on the day or my money refunded.

Majority of the pizza`s have been good. Only thing is they need to cook the wedges better ! and not forget sauces what are meant to be on the pizza topping. Also stop forgeting things ! Like i ordered chicken strips, got wedges. And items get forgot.

1 hour 20 mins delivery despite being a 7 minute drive away Food turned up stone cold and the stuffed crust cheese was hard. Overall pretty tasteless. Called the store and spoke to Pete who said they can't deliver another one, they can't refund but they'll give us a voucher which turns out wasn't a voucher at all. I could have spent half the money somewhere else and got it delivered in half the time and it would have been hot. Don't waste your time and money

Delicious pizza... makes you realise all over again that the "cardboard pizza" lurking in your freezer simply should have stayed there..! Freshly made, what's not to love..! xoxoxo

Pre order food at 1740 for delivery at 1945, checked the app at 2000 and still at the prep stage. Phone the store and after 3 attempts and the line going dead it was answered on the 4th call told it would be sorted. Called again at 2045 so an hour late to be told it would be another 30-40 minutes. Shocking service was won’t be ordering from them again.

So annoying this store is now our local one after moving from one side of Redditch to the other.. The town center store are spot on with their pizzas. Always hot, fresh and on time. Studley store are anything but. Ordered our 3rd and final time tonight. Its arrived late which isn't really an issue to us but its was almost stone cold and as for the quality, it wasn't any where near fresh and could tell its been sat out the oven a long time. If you cant get your food out quick enough don't cook it so fast!! Spent almost £40 tonight and nothing but dissapointed. Will be collecting from town center store in the future. Not the dominos it should be!!

Pizza arrived smushed in the box but they sent a replacement right out which was perfect and were very courteous about it, much appreciated.

Swift delivery, hot food. Got halfway though my pizza and found not one but two different human hairs. Never once had a problem with a Dominoes until now. :( Apologetic and replaced pizza, only then to hear a new delivery driver chatting up my girlfriend. Complete joke

Appauling! Orderded on Saturday evening at 7.10pm for delivery, took nearly an hour to arrive and all of it was stone cold. As we were starving and waited so long we microwaved everything, but it wasn’t the same. I wouldn’t give them any stars, but had to to write review!
