Burger King in Stratford-on-Avon

Litrally the worst burger king in the UK, always has been too, can't believe its still open after being so useless for so long. Don't waste your time it's generally beyond a joke..

No complaints about this Burger King. Fast service

Not good ! Chips and drink ok but burgers are not really cooked and buns very stale . Very disappointing considering I was hungry and just couldn’t eat no more after one bite .

After struggling through floods in Oxford, needed a break and something to eat. Not keen on KFC so used BK. No hot drinks on menu (this is November, not July), about twice the price of our usual MacDonalds. Ordered for eat in, expecting a tray with food and drinks on. No. Paper bag with food and drink containers placed on counter and, with a wave of his hand, shown where to fill them. No words spoken, just a gesture. As I have a tremor in both hands, I couldn't transport the drinks even to a table so had to wait for my wife to return to help. A tray I can manage better but none was offered. On unpacking paper bag, no mayo inside my wife had ordered. Couldn't be bothered to go back and get it. Burger was minute, with two small patties, tiny amount of gherkin and relish. Very poor value. My wife's chicken sandwich was better.

Burger mildly warm, chips were cool yet took forever to get so would expect food to be hot! Definitely not good value for money £25 two burgers and large fries.

Got food poisoning from here today, never seen my husband so ill- tried calling but no answer and voice mail was 'full' so couldn't leave a message. Literally the only place we ate today, got extremely sick shortly afterwards

Both the most expensive and the worst Burger King I’ve ever had. Cold chips, stale bread, huge bits of tough stemmy lettuce, charge 30p for bbq sauce.

Ordered 2 burgers, one with chicken with double chicken and one beef burgers with 2 patties. So i paid extra Chicken burger was ok but beef burger missing one patties 😡 and was only acceptable. This shop is cheating you I was going to get refund but i already eat half of that and i was already gone to my truck I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY FAST FOOD AGAIN

No burgers at 6pm on a Saturday. Hardly the king of anything at that point

The food is terrible! A lady dressed in black with a scarf on her head, coughing into her hands, eating french fries, no hygiene at all.

Took an hour to get a single burger... Wouldn't order from here if I were you.

I can't speak for others. I guess we just got lucky but service was fast and helpful and the food was just what I would expect

Thought I'd treat myself, wish I hadn't bothered. Cold bacon on my burger Was told this is normal. Would suggest KFC instead

2 meals and a kids meal ordered, forgot the main part of the kids meal, drove home 9 miles before realising. Cheers.

Double whopper with cheese last Wednesday - perfection

The southbound Burger King is just terrible. Twice I’ve been and they’ve had no power, and I’ve been again today and they had no beef, no signs anywhere stating that, all the machines were broken again (this has happened before) and the staff looked utterly disinterested today. Not going to bother again. The service and quality for the price of their burgers is like being politely mugged.

No ice so my coke was disgusting. No napkins and the burger was stone cold.

The white guy with the curly black hair was extremely rude. I asked nicely for help and he ignored me and showed no interest or kindness to help. What is he being paid for. Disgusting customer service. How do people like him get hired lol management needs help as well then.

Food was okay, but the servings were so small. For example the chips are usually loaded and out of the packet but here they weren't even near to filling it, chips were also so crispy close to burnt. 4 burgers and 2 were almost completely squashed and there wasn't enough sauce, had to get extre ketchup. 4 meals and they didn't put it in 2 bags just tried to stuff everything in 1, reason why everything was squashed. Overall, kinda disappointing usually eat burger king and usually really good.

Absolutely rubbish service. Lady at till is rude and doesnt care for customers at all. I cant see any managers even bothered to check for service. Not sure how does burger king as a brand not see all of this. KFC next door seemed far better

Just waited 15 mins for the worst burger ever. Understaffed and chaotic. All of our food was cold, even the buns tasted like they'd been left out all day. Never again! Avoid this branch if you want half decent food that's been cooked well and served hot.

Was putting my order into the screen and they literally turned them all off mid-order, and then said no more orders... there were 20 people waiting to order/collect food.

Didn’t add the customisations in the burgers, the drinks were warm. Wouldn’t go back.

Just stood for 10 minutes being blatantly ignored. After asking why the lad just said “I’m not taking orders.” Then just turned his back and ignored me. I pointed out I wanted to pay cash. He just turned and said “tough” truly shocking service. I’m now driving to the next services.

The staff are not happy to help, not friendly

I ordered double cheeseburger, the burger was cold, and the cheese was fridge cold ! I took it back the girl with glasses on the cashier was rude, unprofessional, would just change the subject and not willing to listen, or pretending she was, you can clearly see she is not happy with her job, the manager how ever was friendly, understanding and was listening to what I had to say.

Inclusive, not the best food, but its good compared to other burger kings around. Rude customers Staff trying their best

Try a different fast food place if you happen to stop at Warwick services Pearl the lady who was serving really really didn't want to be there The food was diabolical the bread was stale the salad found on the floor - next to no sauce on burger Really frustrating because I had not had a burger in months and really fancied a Whooper On that note also why do they call them a Whopper these days...perhaps a flopper...the meat burger literally is about 4mm thick...a birds eye frozen burger puts this to shame This place needs shutting down its worse than a 0 star hygiene kebab shop in Rhyl... Shame on you burger king you used to be a decent place to eat....🤮🤢🤮 You can clearly see how stale the bread is...I've contacted burger to complain and guess what - yesbthats correct absolutely nothing back from them

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Shocking in fact Try a different fast food company if you happen to stop at Warwick Services Pearl who's name the lady was serving she really really didn't want to be there. The food was diabolical - the bread was stale the salad was questionable - lack of sauce also. Really frustrating because I haven't had a burger king for months I was so looking forward to this Whopper... On that note why are they called a whopper ?!?! It's actually quite laughable - the meat in this burger must only measure between 4mm & 5mm. I mean its paper thin...£10 it cost as its a service station - If I was Burger King I'd potentially shut this restaurant until they can manage it successfully Bad on you BURGER KING
