Subway in Birmingham

I’m regular customer of this subway and never feel the need to leave review but since this guy Ahtasham came in I think he should be praised for his dedication towards his work. You can tell it by looking into his eyes and face always smiling and courteous. Never happened to me before that my sandwich artist remembers what I need he sees me pass the smile and made what I need. ❤️ He specially takes care of the hygiene so I highly recommend you this guy and branch.

sent complete wrong order. ordered hearty italian and got given italian herbs and cheese (i’m allergic to herbs) ordered hashbrowns and got given cookies?? and what looks like a mouldy potato ball in my waffle fries. called restaurant to complain and the guy was extremely rude. was also not given a receipt.

I come here almost everyday, the service is always super quick and staff is really polite, especially ithisham.

Scanner usually not working..One buffoon overcharged me and then tried to blame me "tol you scanner not workin." Chased up with Subway CS and still awaiting my refund.Complete and utter clowns

Went into get food from subway sparkbrook and got served from a really nice gentleman caed Mohsin, his customer service skills were fantastic and really well mannered.

Food was great! Best subway so far.

Kids were a little short, member of staff was not rude and very polite, she did embarrass the children and let them take the little extra. A little kindness goes a long way. The employee’s name was Alima. In a world we’re nothing is free and people embarrass others for falling short, she did not. I was really impressed by her kind gesture and she is a very friendly and bubbly lady. She is a asset to the company and the owners should be very proud of her.

Staff and service was very friendly. The girl was so supportive to choose the menu. Recommended 👍

No good too late . Subway take too long make food

Its quite quiet and very cold but the server is hard working and kind. The food is great! I sadly had soggy bread quite a few times . The side I got was the crinkle fries and they were very dry.

Paid £24 for 2 sandwiches, they came cold, and barely any filling in it, mostly cold bread! Very dissatisfied especially with the prices they’re at now

Rude delivery driver wanted my code before he gave me the food and then proceeded to tell me "what do I want to do with your order, I've never seen you before" if you don't like your job, leave.

The rating is not right for this app as my order was never delivered so icant comment on food quality or deliverey so its flawed. I didn't receive my order from this Subway, this is the 2nd time its happened with this branch. I called the branch, and the worker didn't understand the question of whether my order was placed and if it collected by the driver. She said no order was placed.

2x wrong items delivered. Also the bread was hard as rock most likely means it isn’t fresh bread.

Please change your driver. He was absolutely awful and behaved very unpleasantly. Decided not to follow any instructions in regards to where my house was even though he was told by many neighbours where my house was located. I Spoke to him and gave clear instructions and still refused to deliver my food because he wasn't familiar with the road. He was so rude and kept driving up and down the road refusing to stop in order for me to collect it. Refused to use his map or even read the road name even though we came out and directed him. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the driver. Please change your driver and employ someone who is aware of delivery food to people. I even called the restaurant in order to advise them of the situation but no response from them. The driver wouldn't let me speak on the phone and was shouting continously. Purposely chose not to deliver the food or hear me out. All he did was drive up and down even though the neighbours directed him for almost 15 minutes. Change him don't use him to make a delivery. The least subway could have done was answer the phone.

They are always on time or early which I love!! Love the sub

Okay only if I could give this dump a 0 star! First of all stay away from the lying little creep sabir. He was so rude and arrogant and lied to me telling me that chicken teriyaki has been discontinued by subway! I contacted other branches to be told that chicken teriyaki hasnt been discontinued and they all had it in stock

Food arrived quickly when it was with the driver. I give the restaurant a high rating as in Ramadan they would only prepare order when they knew the driver was arriving. This means the food would not go cold or soggy and would be as fresh as possible.

I waited roughly an hour as it said driver is being organised. Then to call, I called the number via just eat twice, but it was invalid. Then, I searched for the correct number and phoned. The lady told me how there was no available driver and that I could cancel my order. A few minutes later, she phoned saying the driver has been organised and will be here. Quite disappointed.

I tried the new vegan steak, and it wasn't for me. It's good to try different types of food

I visited the subway opposite Aldi on Stratford Road. I purchased the pepperoni slice twice and twice the meat was off and really smelt. It was inedible. I thought the first time was maybe a on-off, but it occured again. A lot of the meat has an old appearance. This place needs to be checked out by food inspectors. I had to throw away the pepperoni slice twice. Really bad experiance, will not be visiting again.

I ordered hash browns and two lots of veggie patty (plant based) . Delicious food as always and delivered on time and still warm. Would recommend this Subway.

Very fast delivery, very polite delivery man. The food is fantastic, incredibly tasty delivered as ordered.

As mentioned from another reviewer, this branch pays no attention to details. I ordered a steak with cheese sub, it arrived with no cheese inside. I ordered a chicken tikka sub with cheese, again not cheese in the sub. I specifically did not want cucumber, the sub came with cucumber inside it. I ordered Pepsi Max Cherry, they gave me Pepsi Max Raspberry. Unless you want a random order delivered to you, I do not recommend this subway branch. I will not be ordering from this branch again as they don't know what they are doing. How difficult is it to follow basic instructions for a simple order?

Please READ people’s comments when we place orders…. This is starting to get annoying my orders keep getting wrong.

Place is late night open, near to Lidl. But space is bit small for big families

I placed my order and confirmed at 12:59 it arrived at 15:46pm also asked for them to be toasted and they are freezing cold

Salad box portion size was disgraceful. I've ordered from Subway plenty of times before. I ordered 2 boxes this time the portions were half the size of the box. I called the restaurant and Just Eat and nobody offered any compensation or replacement. Not ordering from the restaurant again.

The staff working there at night were rude. I do not recommend it.

Came in Subway Sparkhill first Time saw this Amazing Man (Raheel) With a big Smile Greeted me and served with Passion and Love definitley coming back give this man a raise.

I have not received my order but I have been charged. I have tried calling the shop but no answer. No response from Just Eat either. Such a shame as usually very good

Food was good, however delivery tume kept changing from the initial 20-35 minutes to 1.5 hours. It went past lunchtime by the time we got the food. Don't order to deliver unless you've got time to wait.

Haven't had a Subway in years. As it turns out that was a huge mistake. Excellent sandwich!

Fresh food and good customer service.

Always use this Subway as they are normally really good but today the order was all wrong - no cheese, wrong sauce, wrong salads. A real shame. Must be a bad day.

I went yesterday in the evening around 7pm and the guy who work there cant speak English properly and all of sudden he starts bad behaving with me it makes me feel that i should go somewhere else the service was so slow and the food wasn't good

I asked for a tuna salad and only got salad. Not happy at all and would like some money back.

Delivery was good but the drink was already open and a quarter of the bottle appeared to be drank. Not sure if I can trust to buy from here again.
