I enjoyed the pizza and service from this shop, pizza is expensive if you not using the app deals.

The ‘employee’ at the till couldn’t be arsed to serve me. Clearly TikTok , Facebook or absolutely anything else was more important than a disposable customer. She couldn’t be bothered to look up until I made my presence known and even then she seemed oblivious. Well done, domino, for your exquisite training! The best thing about this was to remind me that there are other outlets nearby for other cuisine that treat their customers as more than a means to an end. Going back? Don’t make me laugh. Corporate apology? Not worth using as toilet paper. If you feel like going there my advice is to keep going.

Good pizzas and great system for ordering. Can be a bit pricey sometimes but look for deals and collection considerably cheaper.

No matter when I visit him he always seeks to ensure I have a positive experience trying to find a deal which is value for money. He will then personally make the pizza himself where there is never a question in quality. I always find Ikrar to be polite, pleasant and friendly. Very rude staff just called to ask about the vegetarian options he just put the fone down will never ever try the food because off the rude staff

Disgusting Service.Staff was very rude when I complained about my order. No sauce on the base of the pizza, like eating cardboard. order was wrong no chicken or chilli on the wedges just burnt potatoes. Tried calling back blocked my number . Don't order from Hall Green

Terrible place - never order from here again. Customer service terrible. Ordered pizza had toppings which I clearly said I was allergic to. Then reordered and waited 1h 42 mins to find out it still hadn't been placed in the oven. A joke of a place.

Absolutely terrible place. The guy writing the review below is defiantly a bot or being paid. Had a children’s party specifically asked for no mushrooms on order when placing order. Due to allergy’s and the fact no child there liked mushrooms we even phoned to state again we would like no mushrooms. Both these safeguards failed ,when phoning the branch we was told to bring the pizza back. It was a child’s party, it was late and we had paid for delivery. The manager was terrible. Thank the high heavens we live in Moseley and could order from PEACER to fix the problem domino’s had started and didn’t correct. Stay away from This place. Feel sorry for the delivery driver he’s literally the nicest thing about the place. Really do hope the owner of this franchise changes something quick.

Second time I have had the Tandoori Hot, very little chicken with loads of sauce. Please put the price up if this is a poor attempt at reducing costs. It tastes awful, nothing like the pizza I have had before and therefore you are going to customers. Looking at your most recent reviews there is definitely a problem with this outlet.

supposed to be open till 2 at night on a Saturday all close at 11pm. I phoned to find out this was the case and the phone slam down on me

For the last 3 times I have had a pizza delivered from Hall Green, they have been awful, first one completely battered in the box, second one was burnt and this one was overcooked and cold. This will be the last time ordering one from there

If you’re ordering and chose to add extra toppings do not bother. Twice I’ve ordered now and they ignore the order notes and simply do not add them, yet it’s ok to charge for it. When ordering via the app there is no option to contact and raise an issue and honestly who has the time when they’re hungry. The only reason I’ve left this review now is because it’s happened twice in a row. Annoying and won’t be ordering again in a while.

This is my local Domino's "Hader" has served me many times but all the staff have always spoken to me well and treated me with respect. However it depends on the staff on at the time as to whether it seems like value for money... My pizza always looks ok and value however my mrs likes thin crust and that always looks like bad value even at the offer price I doubled the toppings and it still makes me upset when you see how little is on it. Mine is a spicy beef pizza with stuffed crust with mushrooms swappes to green chillies.... A Damn good pizza !! Buy one get one free - walk in offer. Always fresh and tasty - very quickly prepared Can't speak for others only myself but I for one use these guys and it's usually very good.

My first experience was very bad, as the worker there was treated inappropriately. I asked him before completing the pie that it was halal. He told me that it was not halal and he did not return the money, so I had to take it and throw it in the garbage. I attached the photo on the site

The worst half under half over cooked food I’ve ever ordered I didn’t even want to give 1 star. I ordered today because yesterday I was in Smethwick with family and they ordered domino’s and it was amazing. But this dirty place is the reason I’d never eat dominos again. When you call all who you speak to are incompetent also. Awful experience

Utter discrase placed a large order to which I was told it will take 20 minutes when I arrived 25 mins later was told it will take another 20 minutes which actually took 25 minutes. Also if your vegitrian DON'T order from here they do not wash their hands which making the pizza handling .

Still ordering from Domino's but noticed a remarkable change in quantity of toppings, quality and standards - the pizza had barely any toppings at all. If I wanted bread, I'll buy bread.. Please lower your pricing if you are lowering quantity and quality.

Burnt / cold food.. rude member of staff on phone trying to tell us that the food wasn't burnt. Avoid as they don't even help you!

Avoid this place when ordering over the phone, pizzas never arrive. Ordered for delivery and was told 30 minutes but order never came. Phoned again and they said to wait another 30 minutes! Phoned again and told to wait another 30 minutes! Poor service all round workers are rude and unhelpful.

Wanted to know if the pizza base was suitable for vegetarians as my mother is vegetarian, precisely meaning egg free. EXTREMELY RUDE "BOY" who answered the phone, didn't want to help, didn't know the basic of information he should know, my sister works in a restaurant and knows all the basic ingredients, My sister has spoken to Dominos customer care, who admittedly said it was odd that he didn't know what the base ingredients are. The boy clearly knew we'd complain spoke he refused to give his name. Clearly don't want custom. Was going to order first time from this branch but think I'll stick with Pizza Hut who seem to care about their customers and knowledge of whats in there pizza base. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOUR VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN.

Rude staff always changing every second. very unprofessional and also to find out that the suppliers for the chicken strips change sometime! Meaning sometimes it’s halal strips and sometimes isn’t. So just be careful and ASK cos they won’t tell u which is terrible! It’s fine but thier attitude is careless. Spend ur money at a different dominoes

Domino's my favourite pizza place

I have never had a pizza from here before but our friends order me a veggie pizza. I don't think it is worth the money as I have had much better from a cheep take away shop. Very little filling on the pizza and not much taste l was happy that I did not have to pay for it out of my own money.

The pizza is good, there are a lot of people, and the speed of the pizza coming out needs to be improved

What's not to like £7.99 collection most of the time, they blow the socks off all other takeaway pizza in my opinion.

Dominoes is fundamentally expensive. By rule I will only order for collection and utilise the BOGOF, this somewhat negates the prices a little (£12 for a standard large C&T, no thanks). It's all okay though, I still love the pizzas there, recommend grabbing a large Garlic & Herb dip for an extra quid.

5 stars for staff. This branch is no longer Halal.(2017). It was a trial Halal branch years ago. They cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination with pork and other meats. The vegetarian pizzas are prepared and cooked in same trays as pork and other meats. Thank you to the staff for clarifying this to me personally.

Disgrace.. pizzas come with hardly any cheese.. over an hour delivery when we live 2 streets away from the shop.. missing items but the main concern is the lack of cheese on some slices there was just 2-3 inches of dry dough near the crust not even any sauce or toppings.. gone downhill ever since years ago when it was sold to the asian guys from london

YOU SHOULD AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL! This place honestly doesn't even a one star! The customer service is so rude! I've never come across someone as rude as the 'manager SALEEM' who is apparently the assistant manager! Why he is in the customer service industry is beyond me, his customer skills are atrocious! A simple issue could've been easily resolved by an apology instead he started giving me attitude and TELLING a VEGETARIAN customer that they use the same cutlery for cooking meat as they do FOR their chicken pizzas! The error was giving us a chicken pizza instead of what we ordered! His response wore for word was 'take the chicken off and eat it.' For an error they've made, making us seem at fault! Absolutely insane! Also the 'manager' first said it was halal meat then he said it WASNT halal meat for a 'manager' to lie like that.. That is false representation! Serious issue

Order from them regularly . Food is ALWAYS fresh and hot,delivery quick and delivery staff has always extremely friendly approach . Menu is full of different options and Half and Half pizza idea is just great . App is great as you can track your order all the way through . To me the best delivery place ever and I do use quiet a few ,could not prize them more. Well done guys .

Awful Customer service. They messed up the order and after calling them they told me to stop eating the food so they can replace it? Tried to fob me off with a medium sized pizza after ordering large? Contacted head office who sent me a £50 voucher to redeem at this store only, did I use it? No chance. We spent £100's if not £1000's at this store therefore poor customer service has lost you a good customer. In fact we haven't shopped at any Domino's since, PIzza Hut now has our business.

I had the price repeated to me 4 times They told me my card was expired when i just used it this morning. I asked if the wraps were any good and i was ignored and asked about my order again.
