I recently visited Heavenly Dessert and was thoroughly impressed. The presentation of the desserts was spot on, closely matching the photographs on the menu. We tried the pistachio cookie and the milk cake with pistachio, both of which were absolutely delicious. The milkshake was also a highlight, with a rich and satisfying flavor. The place itself is quite spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy your treats. Additionally, there's a nice photoshoot area at the entrance, perfect for capturing some sweet memories.

Not great value for money at £19.70 plus postage for two very small portions of cookie dough with a single scoop of ice cream.

Welcome and service are very good. Food looks better on the plate than in the menu and is all absolutely delicious. It was so good we didn't take any pictures.

I am really disappointed with my order from heavenly desserts on this occasion. Usually my order is meets the standard of what is on the ordering page. The crepe was a complete let down. It was chewy, hard and rubbery. I am not sure what mix was used to make it but it doesn’t taste like a normal crepe which is supposed to be soft.

Naseem served us and was friendly and helpful. He was very attentful and did his job well. Great customer service. Food tasted great even though they didn't have what we initially wanted (vegan croffle).

ordered a fudge cake and custard the slice is tiny and is not worth it, there was more custard then cake. the waffle was ok but was topped with too much nutella and was too sweet

Waste of money paid £30 for 2 Oreo milkshakes and cookie dough, what came was 2 plain ice cream shakes with some tiny rectangle microwaved cookie dough it was that microwaved it was stuck to the paper absolutely waste and rip off, avoid!!

Am allergic to strawberries i ordered 2 waffles on with strawberries and the other one with no strawberries. The place brought me the same thing with strawberries and they now telling me to ask for a refund so i have to sacrifice my appetite..so stup

The only reason for the 4 stars is that I haven't tried everything else from their menu. My go to is Legendary Royale milkshake (Ferrero Rocher). We tried rose lemonade recently, that was nice too. For ice cream we usually go to Baskin Robins but we tried Pistachio Gelato from here and it was good. The positive was that it had more real of a pistachio flavour but the negative was that it was way too sweet than usual. All in all it's a lovely place, atmosphere is very good too.

Been here loads of times. And doesn’t disappoint they have lovely desserts which you can’t go wrong with.

Food took over an hour to arrive and shop wasn’t answering calls. Understand it was busy but not an excuse. Milkshakes were horrid, tasted like I was just drinking flavoured milk, no taste whatsoever. Banana and toffee milkshake had no toffee sauce. Cookie doughs were not great either, could just tell they were left on the side as was the milkshakes. Only decent item was the ice cream scoops. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Would not recommend!

I’ve been to this franchise 4 or 5 times now and every single time it’s been the same issue. Service is incredibly slow. On this occasion, we’ve had to wait just over 45 minutes for our food to come. Even then, it’s come in parts as opposed to all being served together. My experiences have been the same the previous 4 times I’ve been. Food is very mediocre as well.

Good was very nice I order monkey bread and cheese cake it was lovely served well very clean Restaurant .Like seating setting for families.

Service was very quick and good customer service. Dessert was lovely got the milk cake and waffles. Only feedback would be the upbeat music was a bit much for a Wednesday night, something slower tempo would have been better.

I’ve been to many dessert places but heavenly desserts is by far and away the best. They have a great variety of desserts and service is always 10 out of 10.

Always have a pleasant experience at Heavenly’s, especially Naseem he is welcoming and recommends the best desserts and a hard working individual. Always love our stay here with friends and family.

Food nor drinks didn't come out all together, Noone really checked in but it was good.

Empty place yet waited 25mins for order to be taken, walked out in the end.

Naseem our waiter was extremely accommodating and kind. Service was top notch. The atmosphere is amazing, a real vibe. 5 stars for sure!

I didn’t receive my full order and the dessert was not as described or like it should be the san Sebastian cheesecake tastes nothing like san Sebastian cheese cake its totally different to it and very small portion on uber eats looks like normal size portion and the milk cookie dough is really thin and doesn’t look like described and like on the picture and when i try calling them about my order was wrong they said that they cant do nothing about it and she was quite rude such a disappointment never ordering from there again 👎👎👎👎

Ordered a warm brownies Sunday and it was absolutely disgusting. Worse parts of it was the taste of frozen ice cream. Couldn't even have the second spoon of it. Very disappointed. Not gonna come back

The cookie dough itself was tasty but the portion size was ridiculously small. Considering the price paid compared to other dessert shops I’ve been to, this will not become a regular choice.

Come here regularly and the food is amazing but the waiter naseem is honestly the best, gives great service and always friendly with us, highly recommend

Had such an amazing experience here. Went out with family and we all enjoyed ourselves alot. The desserts were beautiful and tasty, the atmosphere was brilliant and chilled, the decor was stunning. I ordered 2 cookie dough. It was ok but too sugary to eat. I left and put it in the fridge but next day was surprisingly tasty.

The delivery time kept changing and delaying which ruined the experience of enjoying the dessert and home. Then dessert was also cold on arrival. Such a disappointment!

This place is very cool, it’s so clean and the waiter is so kind. I have been here a numerous number of times and I always take my friends here to work. I spend roughly 2-3 hours and always feel welcome my whole way there.

Forgot half my order had to go to the shop to go get it , while I was on the phone they said we can’t do anything about it the driver left it here. Even when I went to the shop they didn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience. Bad customer service never again.

Cookie dough was completely raw. Quite disgusting . The manager tonight wasn’t friendly. (Not the one with the balenciaga T-shirt). Both myself and my husband got a belly ache and couldn’t finish the cookie dough. Leaving a review because I tried to ring up but no one picked up.

Amazing atmosphere, they even do a lovely warm glass of milk for those who want something subtle with their dessert! Deffo returning again !

The bushras that work here need to sort out their attitude. Basic costumer service involves polite exchanges with the customers. Don’t come here if you want to be treated half decent.

Went to this place the other day dessert wasnt worth it i ate my waffle then after a while im having the maddest toilet problem this is unacceptable the waffle wasnt even cooked right it felt like i was having toast with nuttella and strawberry

My recent experience at Heavenly Desserts left me incredibly disappointed, particularly with their offering of cookie dough. First and foremost, the cookie dough was burnt to a crisp, rendering it nearly inedible. Not only was it overcooked, but it was also distressingly stuck to the paper it was served on, making it a challenge to even salvage a bite. The portion size was laughably small, resembling more of a sample size than a satisfying dessert portion. However, the biggest letdown was the utter lack of flavor. Despite the promise of indulgent sweetness, the cookie dough tasted bland and uninspired, as if it had been hastily thrown together without any attention to quality or taste. It was a far cry from the delectable treat I had been anticipating. Overall, I cannot recommend Heavenly Desserts based on this experience. Their burnt, stuck-to-the-paper, tasteless cookie dough is a culinary catastrophe that should be avoided at all costs. Save your taste buds and your money by seeking dessert elsewhere. Nothing like it used to be. I used to love it when they actually cared about the desserts but now its just a fancy name to go along with less than mediocre desserts.

First time coming here and it was an amazing experience. Nice food , nice staff , nice environment and very clean . Will come again and would highly recommend

honestly one of the best cookie doughs i’ve ever had. gorgeous interior, wonderful server and food stayed warm after the 15 minute drive home since i ordered takeaway. just look and see for yourself how perfect this dessert was. plus, they have the caloric information available which dessert shops never do! love love love

the desserts were nice but the sundae I didn't like so much . it was more cookie based I wanted something more ice cream based .

Waited over an hour for it to be delivered and when it came it was cold, all over the box and hard when meant to be soft.

Cookie dough was cold, as the lid was open and the ice cream tub was sitting on top of the cookie dough!

Dessert was raw and took ages to get everyone’s order. That being said, staff were lovely and accommodating. Just a shame about the delay and uncooked dessert (raw dough)

Naseem always serves us when we’re in there and he has a brilliant level of customer service always really attentive and recognises us when we come in. Good job bro 👍🏻

Worst shake ever ordered..seemed like drinking water

Naseem and Nazia were great in Heavenly desserts at Soho Rd, Birmingham were amazing.

Brought two Ferrero Millshakes from here, For the price and the Hype of heavenly Desserts. It just tasted like a chocolate milkshake and was not nice at all. Couldn't taste any ferrero and no nuts or Chocolate sauce was put on top or asked. I wouldn't recommend these lot and the staff aren't very friendly too when given the complaint. AVOID SOHO ROAD. HEAVENLY DESSERTS. Waste of time and money

First time eating here have tried other heavenly dessert restaurants and this kept up with the quality you would expect. But the service was fantastic especially Naseem who did all his best to make the experience fantastic

Placed an order on Uber and asked for it to be vegan. They were very friendly and accommodating. Customer service is amazing.

Naseem did an amazing job, served us with a smile and dealt with all our specifications, we had 7 young children with us who made a lot of mess and dropped a few drinks and he come rushing over to make sure all is cleaned up so we can carry on enjoying our evening. Food was great and the service was really quick considering it was a busy weekend

I was recommended the caramel monkey bread from the manager Qasim , it was absolutely delicious will deffinetly be back for some more . The service provided was above exceptional!

I love coming here. Lady at the front called Mania with such amazing customer service , always engaged and you can tell she is passionate about her work. She offered me a variety of desserts to try, positive attitude!! Loved it here.
